I love 💜love 💜love 💜my lavender essential oil.💜 I literally put it in my diffuser every single night 🌙because it's so soothing and it helps me unwind after a long, stressful day. 💤I fall asleep even easier when I mix some into coconut oil and rub it in my neck and wrists.💤 ✨It helps to settle my daughters down too.
