Season 7 Speculation Game

(It’s been a long road, but the last season of The 100 is currently in production! Since Jason & The CW announced that Season 7 would be the show’s last, I thought it would be cool to make a post where each of us gets to share our speculations for the show’s final plot.  Then, a year from now, we can look back and see how accurate we were! - OP)

Tagged by @blodreina-noumou like, a while ago. My excuses: busy, then sick (still currently sick--hence, tumblr), but this is a super cool idea, thanks!

Pick one or more characters you think will survive: Madi, Octavia, Raven, Miller, Gabriel (I know right? I feel like everyone thinks he’s doomed, but idk, even though any male character that shares a scene with Octavia and isn’t gay or her brother has died they always made it at least 3 seasons if they weren’t a romantic interest and so far her and Gabe haven’t been so I think he just survived the cut), Murphy (they’ve teased him dying like every single season, it wouldn’t be a tWiSt! at this point so I think he’s safe)

Pick one or more characters you think will die: Idk why but I think they might kill either Gaia or Indra--they’re the last family relationship that isn’t Blake siblings and if Indra died it would be emotional for Gaia and Octavia without killing off a main character, soooo, yeah, that’s my wild guess. I also don’t expect both Becho and Memori to make it to the end, I think one person from at least one of those couples is gonna die--the only one I think is safe is Murphy honestly.

Pick one deceased character you think might make a cameo: Ehhh, I don’t know, possibly Becca again? Also does Shiedheda count because technically he’s dead but he 100% escaped before the chip destruction. But honestly I kinda think they might have Jasper and/or Monty make a cameo--it’s the last season of “The 100” and if they didn’t do some sappy little scene about the 100 kids sent down to die that started all this I’d be surprised and they’re the two most recognizable/emotional (aside from Wells but I 100% doubt that will happen [but would love it, listen I would be so happy]) choices 

Do you expect any romantic changes to happen this season?: Not really? Okay, well, first off I wouldn’t be surprised if they made Bellarke canon--at this point I’m off that so I wouldn’t care, but with Beliza married and it being the last season and me not really expecting Becho to make it to the end (I don’t dislike the ship I just feel like it’s unearned we didn’t see any of it’s development in those 6 years for it to be endgame--but I also don’t expect both of them to survive soooo) I just wouldn’t be surprised. I could see Gabriel possibly getting with either Raven or Octavia (I actually think Raven has better chances than Octavia) but aside from that I don’t see any major romantic shake-ups aside from one person from a pairing dying (potentially Memori or Becho)

Where will the final scene take place?: Uhhhh, a space ship. I really don’t know. It’s either gonna be some random field or a spaceship.

What will the final line be?: Something calling back to Clarke’s “I was born in space.” Whether that be Jordan or a future baby after a time jump, or some variation along the lines of “I was born on Earth, not this earth” yadda yadda with some brief summation of the journey by someone like Madi or future baby or Hope, etc. They love callbacks and that’s a nice bookend whereas literally any other line would elicit a violent eyeroll from me and probably everyone.

Who will say it?: ^^future baby, or Madi, or Jordan, or Hope

What’s one thing you hope happens?: DREAM TEAM REUNITED! Honestly that sounds like such a little thing what with it being the final season, but honestly I just want to see Octavia reunited with Charmaine and it would be incredible to have Gabriel there too to complete the trinity because damn, never has there been a more dynamic, intelligent, powerful, complicated, and gorgeous team up in this show’s history.

Do you expect a happy ending?: Okay, so, kinda. I think it will be more bittersweet than straight happy, more along the lines of Hunger Games where people have died things have irreparably changed but ultimately the last scene will be peaceful and/or hopeful

List your favorite character, season and episode up to this point: Octavia. season 2. Episode is tough, I tend to like finales and two-parters and/or episodes that emotionally destroy you because that’s what I remember, but I do reeeeaaaaally love Day Trip so let’s just go with that.
