becuase i am finally reading fire and blood (it not that good) i revisited your king visenya au posts and i am curious… assuming that the fake historical documentation angle is thrown away, whose pov would it follow?

Oh my god the king visenya au. I forgot about it after I wrote the first and second part I need to get back and write rhaenyra the unlucky through the darksister rebellions at some point cause it’s a very fun outline to me.

I really like the main series’s assertion that none of the kings get to be POVs because they are fundamentally unknowable and in a sense killed the second the crown touches their head. I also think because it’s an expansive whole thing it probably does work better with a fake historical perspective, but if I’m playing this game of the named characters in Fire and blood, Orys Baratheon, whoever the founding lord commander of the Kingsguard was, Sharra Arryn, Elissa Farman, Jonquil Darke, Mysaria and Even More of a Crashout Daemon, Saera’s dead daughter Aerea, sad baby Laenor and maybe Tyland would all be on my list since the whole premise is extremely self-indulgent.
