Not culture sorry, but I'm still confused about the concepts of "innerself" and "outerself" in szpd, is there somewhere I can read about it and examples of it? You can use your own words too.

Innerself and outerself refer to the i guess "facets" of a schizoid, with the outerself being a facade and used to protect the innerself of a schizoid, which is who we really are.

Over time, some schizoids can see these merge or no longer have a reason to protect their innerself, so their outerself disintegrates.

As of right now, I can't find any further research into these terms/don't have access

i start to feel really anxious when i'm affirming or living in the end, bc the circumstances in the 3D don't match it. i think the problem is that i don't fully trust that my imagination is what creates. i know this objectively but putting this into practice is kind of difficult. how do you think i can overcome this?

for me the best thing i can tell you is what i did, because i used to face this as well.

so for me, i kind of really allowed myself to sit with all of that. because at the end of the day — nothing is hard. so why do i consistently choose to make it so hard ? and i got my answers from my inner world. once that became clear, i decided to no longer identify with that story. so that means when the triggers come up, instead of going “yeah, you’re right” i moreso don’t get involved and i reassure myself instead.

as i became more used to that practice, i also slowly began to identify with my inner world more. who are you identifying as ? the outerself or the innerself ? because the innerself is the real reality and the outerself is the shadow of the inner world. when you find yourself identifying with your inner world more, everything truly begins to change because you’re not as thrown off or swayed by the 3d. you more consistently turn within yourself, to find the truth of the matter. and the truth is always whatever you say it is.

It could be possible, but i would say it’s very rare. Since a big thing revolving around szpd is having an inner self and inner world to hide away from the outer world, but I can’t say anything since you know your brain most anon. If everything else fits, i’d say it could be plausible.

Bismillah ir Rahmaan ir Rahiim

Tasawwuf or Sufism is the essence of Islam and its Practices and Teachings are based upon the Quran and Hadith. From the word Tasawwuf, we derive the word Sufi. “ A Sufi is a person who treads on this path and its teachings. ”

Some Mashaikh have said that the word Sufi originated from the " ASHABE-SUFFA".

These were approximately 70 Sahabi's ( radi Allahu anhu ) of the Prophet Muhammad (salallahu alaihi wasallam) who stayed in the Musjid-Un-Nabawi. A special platform was built for them from where they where taught the Quran, morals and how to worship Allah directly from the Holy Prophet (salallahu alaihi wasallam). They ate very little and slept very little. Many other Aulia have given their own interpretation. Below listed are a few:

According to Sultan Aulia Ghouse Azam Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani ( radi Allahu anhu ) , the Arabic word Tasawwuf consists of four consonants T,S,W,F

The first letter T stands for TAWBA or Repentance - This is the first step to be taken on the path.

The second Letter S stands for SAFA - This is to purify ones inner self by Rememberance of Allah.

The third letter W stands for WILAYA - This state depends on inner purity. The one in this state is totally conscious : in love with, and connected to Allah as a result he is beautified with the best of characters, morals and manners.

The forth letter F stands for FANA - This is the annihilation of oneself. In this state the " false self " melts and evaporates. When divine attributes enter one's being.

Hazrat Data Ganje Baksh (radi Allahu anhu) in his famous kitaab KASHFUL MAHJOOB states that Hazrat Junaid Baghdadi (radi Allahu anhu) says a true Sufi possesses:

The courage of Hazrat Ibrahim alayhi salam

The obedience of Hazrat Ismail alayhi salam

The patience of Hazrat Ayub alayhi salam

The signs of Hazrat Zakariya alayhi salam

The poverty of Hazrat Yahya alayhi salam

The travelling nature of Hazrat Isa alayhi salam

The simplicity in dressing of Hazrat Musa  alayhi salam

The renunciation and contentment of Sayyid-ul-Ambiya Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (salallahu alaihi wasallam)

Some say it comes from the word "SAFAA" which means Cleanliness, mainly of the heart and soul .

According to Hazrat Khwaja-e-Khwajegaan Zohdul Ambia Baba Fariduddeen Ganj-e-Shakr ( radi Allahu Anhu ) , Tasawwuf is a code of mans morals, religious life and conduct. Although a sufi is "cut off" from the world yet he never curses or looks down upon its affairs that is he neither has love for the world nor hatred towards it. He also said , A Sufi is one who has nothing corrosive around his heart which he must keep clean and clear with no interference .

The aim and objective of Sufism is the purification one's inner and outerself by which one can become aware of his Creator at all times and to attain His nearness and divine proximity.

Outer Purification - To cleanse oneself from impurities which according to “Shariah” makes one impure.

Inner Purification - firstly to repent for one's sins and to purify one's innerself from things which make the heart rotten such as; Pride, Hatred Jealousy etc.

The knowledge of Shariah is important for those who adopt this path. As Hazrat Imam Malik (radi Allahu anhu ) states :

"ONE WHO HAS INDULGED IN GAINING KNOWLEDGE WITHOUT TASAWWUF IS A HERETIC, THE ONE WHO HAS INDULGED IN TASAWWUF WITHOUT GAINING KNOWLEDGE IS A MAJOR SINNER AND, THE ONE WHO HAS INDULGED IN BOTH TOGETHER HAS ACHIEVED ONE'S GOAL."

To adopt this path it is compulsory for one to be under the giudance of a Spiritual Guide or a Murshid who is qualified in this field. It is very dangerous and difficult to adopt this path without any guidance.

NB: Tasawwuf as you can now see, is not a type of new “ bidat ”or a cult where intoxicants are used to make people feel that they are in some state of ecstacy .. Allah forbid !

Sufi's were highly spiritualised people who ruled and still rule over the hearts of people therefore one see's that all types of people ranging from the very wealthy to the very poor flocking to their Khanqha's and Mazaar's because in their presence everyone is equal and people find peace and tranquility in their company.

Basically SUFISM consists of: 

a) Shariat

b) Tariqat

c) Haqiqat

d) Marifat

Success on this road depends on three degrees of faith.

* Ilm-ul-Yaqeen - knowledge of belief eg. knowing about fire.

* Ain-ul-Yaqeen - To witness what one believes eg. To know about fire by seeing its flames and light

* Haqq-ul-Yaqeen - To experience ones belief eg. To feel the fire and feeling its burning capabilities.

Each degree of faith showing itself through the Shariat which is the road, Tariqat which is the journey on this road, Haqeeqat which is the destination, and Marifat which is the secret which is revealed upon arriving at the destination.

All are dependent on one another like a bird which is dependent on its wings for flight. There is no such thing that Shariat is one form and Tariqat is another. Both are linked to one another.

This relationship can be described as follows using a circle as an example: The circumference is the Sharia, the center is the Marifa' and the radius proceeding from the circumference to the center represents the Tariqat.

This is an interesting placement. I'll start with the sun/venus conjunction making you charming and very likeable. There is a sense of ease that comes with this placement, and others are very attracted to your persona.

Now when we have lilith here its makes things a lot more interesting. Because it goes from likable, to being obsessed over and then hated. All going in a loop. Could experience jealousy from women/feminine individuals a lot. Your shadow is in the forefront due to it projecting in your outerself (10th house) so you cant hide from us especially with it conjuncting your sun.

With venus and lilith, I have a fascination with this placement. Typically I connect a lot of my work with venus to Lucifer. Because technically Lucifer is venus, and theres a powerful darkness to venus that we haven't fully uncovered. With its connection to lilith makes this a whole lot sweeter. Theres a theory that both lilith and Lucifer is the same person, or that lilith is lucifers wife. But im just using these as examples for my next point:

With your Venusian energy mixing in with lilith this can make you out to be devils advocate in some shape or form. You are naturally taboo and break many barriers in this lifetime. Your romantic partnerships can take a turn for better or for worse because you dominate them. You can have your way with your relationships because you made it so.

So basically it’s like instead of just thinking about our desires maybe “mindlessly”, think about the feelings & happiness/joy I get with them? Can we still acknowledge said desires as ours? Like that it makes us feel good inside. I’m not sure if that makes sense I’m trying to put it into words lol. I think I get more fearful thoughts because I see people say not to think about our desires & I’m like confused because isn’t that why they exist for us in the first place yk?? Or saying not to place our happiness on our desires, but what if it really does make us happy. Isn’t that the point, It’s not the only happiness, but it’s one of many…. Like say someone wants to be a singer, that’s their passion & can take up a lot of loving space within them as in theirs multiple aspects to being a singer that they like yk? I get confused a bit lol when we are told not to emphasize on our desires, but I feel like our desires emphasize us in a way that its a piece of our internal world or soul meant to be fulfilled in this world & space maybe & that’s why it’s brings those good feelings up??? So isn’t it the point that our desires or whatever (tbh i just say life but to get my point across lol) is a part of our internal happiness in a way. Like it wouldn’t be okay if I said I’d be okay without this or that, when this or that feels right you know?? Or that there is something better & to let life flow & happen to me. I know that’s not what is said but it’s the fears that pop up in my thoughts when that is said because I get confused lol on what to believe or think. I think I understand but I’m not sure lol

yeah, for me i will acknowledge the desire. i acknowledge it’s mine and then i shift my focus to the feeling itself. to be honest, i no longer practice putting the life of the feeling into the desire. the life of the feeling is me. from personal experience — i used to feel uncomfortable with this type of practice for the same reasons you expressed. but with time, i realized the importance of it all.

think of it this way — why do you feel the need to constantly think of your desire ? what part of you doesn’t trust ? if your desire is a promise and if you know feeling is the secret — then catching the feeling of fulfillment associated with that desire is enough. your constant need to think of the desire like “oh im happy because of X” shows your lack of it and distrust in yourself. everything you said is right. but you’re ignoring that fact that god’s name is I AM. and I AM… without anything added to it. the god within is already whole and complete. so no. your desires are part of your human experience, they are what god within wants to experience in this life. and that’s so beautiful. yes, they are part of your inner fulfillment. because you are already fulfilled. when we choose to feel unfullfilled without them… well that’s the many people (including myself once) who continue to be unfulfilled, thinking their desire will come one day to save them.

you expressed how you get fearful and it’s good you recognize that. the thing is that fear is showing your place of unfullfillment, not fulfillment. i don’t get scared anymore being happy without my physical desire because i know i have it within. and that’s beautiful to me, that’s enough. because i actively choose to remember the innerself comes before the outerself. when you keep choosing to identify with the outerself, you keep putting your fears before your desires. i remember jen from i am love speaking on this, because many of us fear that inner fulfillment means we don’t care about our desires. and she was like no, it actually mean you care about your desires so much, you’ll do what it takes to bring them into your 3d view. we latch onto our fears because we once thought they protected us. but when we learn about this law, the truth is choosing our fears over faith just keeps us where we don’t want to be.

i also like to think of it this way. my godself isn’t a cruel god. why come into this human body for a human experience, if i am expected to act like a perfect god all the time ? it’s not like that — we’re allowed to be human. but it must be understood that the outer world is only a mirror. you have to sit down and ask yourself, if you truly believe it is. (have you bought the pearl ?) because if so — you wouldn’t be *hoping* the 3d shows you something to finally fulfill you. you would realize inner fulfillment can only come first. because the 3d always comes second.
