it never fails that when I play Overwatch and I finally decide to play quickplay they always put inexperienced players on my team and experienced players on the enemy team. why do they like it when I lose??? why am I playing against duos of Diamond and Masters players when im unranked??????

who's your fav Overwatch character? Is it Tracer then?

Mmmh, with Overwatch is a bit more complex.

I'd say as an all rounder for the franchise, the character, the lore, the gameplay and what the character represents, yes, Tracer is my overall favorite.

She's the best designed OW character, I love her personality, her story and relationships/interactions and her gameplay still leaves me in awe. She takes so much skill with such a simple kit. She's by far the highest skill cap hero in OW.

Though, if I'm speaking story/lore wise only.. I would say I really love Ana, Sigma, Sombra and Ramattra as well. They are incredibly interesting characters.

Gameplay wise, I am through and through a tank player, I love my Reinhardt, Winston and some Orisa too, always, tho I do love Venture a ton too. I actually managed to reach Gm2 on Venture last season, they are the most fun dps I've played.

When Crash joined the bloodline he made Roman play Overwatch with him and it turns out Romans actually pretty good at the game.

The only problem is that Roman one tricks Mercy, and he’s kind of embarrassed about it. But he’s also a really fucking good Mercy player and keeps pissing off the enemy teams bc they cannot kill him when he superjumps around the map and keeps whipping out his pistol to vibe check unsuspecting genjis.

Crash mains Hanzo/Cassidy/Ashe and people keep screaming at them in chat when they queue together because Roman will hard pocket Crash and they will stomp poor unsuspecting enemy teams who just wanted to have a fun game

bro why you worry about maining someone? like I play a different person in r6s depending on what I feel like / the map / the location of site. actually when I first started playing the game all I would use is the random button! like unless ur in comp it really doesn't matter. one of the only reasons why I don't do random these days is because the button isn't in standard only qp. just like... click someone- except for mira or clash. banned.

BELIEVE IT OR NOT i've actually got like... little to no gameplay experience playing r6, most of my knowledge comes from watching other people play. I've played maybe about 2 hours worth of actual matches tops :P

after going through enough fps games with characters that have unique abilities/guns, i eventually figured out i learn a game best if i just pick a character and try to learn just them until i'm comfortable with their utility enough that im not trying to learn the maps, the plant spots, etc etc while also fighting learning my own ability and guns. x_x

I ALSO USUALLY JUST PLAY WHOEVER I WANT TO IN GAMES, apex i do that a lot, but i only really started to learn once i told myself "okay, i'm gonna just pick ONE character to play", and so i'd only play mirage until i felt comfortable in the battle royal format. now, i play a variety of legends! >:)

i do get you though, it's not like... a giant worry, starting is just hard for me LMAOOOOO. the r6 gameplay loop is so foreign to me and these kinds of learning curves i find i get over the fastest if character choice isn't an aspect im fighting against too, if that all makes any sense?

nah but like it’s so funny watching overwatch fall apart as someone who was there at launch and the like Peak of the game. Like do i love the game? yes. do i love the foundation and the possibility it had for all the characters and storylines? absolutely! am i glad it’s user base is turning on the game review bombing the shit out of it and straight up not playing it anymore bc of the increasingly ridiculous and predatory money grubbing tactics? fuck yeah.

Deeply concerned about the future of Overwatch. Not only do you have all the lay offs (Including a bunch of the writers and environmental artists!!!!!). But a lot of the content creators/ former pros have been vague posting about how scuffed the Season 9 changes are.

And how the new tourney scene is somehow going to be worse for the players than Overwatch League. I did not even know that was even possible.
