cyn is also a fun protagonist to pair duncan with. in my head hes meant to mirror duncan in that hes still fiercely defensive of those he cares about (very small list) but everyone else is just a stepping stone to him living in a boujie party filled life of luxury. distorted reflection. you know

duncan & cyn being rebellious kids.. duncan matures into realizing how selfish he was & wanting to somehow help from within a broken system.. cyn goes the opposite path of 'everyones a worthless backstabbing liar except those close to me. i deserve everything they have' (and took from him) (he would never admit this its way too pathetic for his narcissist ass)
