someone knocked on my front door and without a pause TRIED TO OPEN IT multiple times before knocking again but more quiet and

my paranoia is LOUD and mean

it's telling me its my ex

its telling me someone left something scsry outside or on my door

it's telling me i cant move or something bad will happen

its making me wish i didnt have to work tomorrow because noe im scared to open my door and meave my apartment

if someone had accidentally walked in i would have LOST it and to think of the fact it could happen if i forget to lock my door and my cats could get out and i would never see them again
