I’d like to do a better picture for Halloween but I was doodling the boys in their costumes tonight and I really REALLy liked this one so have it in case I don’t get another one up lol

Fun fact: Despite that he’s been around for years I’ve literally never drawn Jacques the same way twice. I may keep this design. At least Pet is always recognizable though.

Another fun fact: Before I alctually watched Tangled: the Series I knew Varian as “That kid that dresses like Pet” I’ve always seen it and I doubt I’ll ever unsee it.

I missed it because I was at work all day, but yesterday was this blog’s anniversary~

He had fallen asleep in his clothes again, curled in on himself on top of the blankets. One arm was thrown upward, cushioning his head as he slept. He was exhausted, the sleepless nights catching up with him and dragging him down. There was too much going on, too many thoughts running rampant through his head to let him rest. He had worn himself down.

Sleep had come unexpectedly, embracing him in sweet forgetfulness. Everything that had happened, all the stress fell away and left him bare to his dreams. He wouldn't remember them in the morning, though he would retain a sense of warmth. it was what he needed, what he longed for. Soon he would wake, his mind clinging stubbornly to the tendrils of his vision, the memory of soft touches and whispered words. Fingers combed through his hair, loving in their touch. Washing over him was a sense that all was right and he was just where he should be. His lips curled in sleep, smiling softly, even blissfully. He shifted and sighed, only one word passing breathlessly over his lips. "Nick..."

Oh! Thank goodness, I'm back to normal now! It's been a while.

I think...I might have been getting too comfortable that other way. I'm glad I'm me again. ^_^
