Two years ago I saw Paramore live on Skyrim's 11th birthday, which I think is significant because it released 11/11/11. On that day, 11/11/22, I learned that concerts can be life saving. Going to that concert led me to make a bucket list of bands I wanted to see live. I've crossed off a good amount but the list is ever growing, reminding me why I keep going.

So far, I've seen Paramore, Bring Me The Horizon, Fall Out Boy, New Years Day, Avatar, In This Moment, Kiss, Icon For Hire, and Stray Cats. This isn't counting the bands I saw at Warped Tour in 2018 with my dad because that was a lot. I'm seeing In This Moment again, this time with my roommates, later this month.

I have a few bands on my list like Nightwish and Lacuna Coil that I'm not sure if they play in the States anymore but I'm willing to wait or travel if I ever get the funds. I want this post to serve as a reminder that you can find something to keep going for. It might be live music, it might be the next Marvel movie, it might even be the next sunset or the next birdsong. There's always something.

My absolute pride and joy, my (newly) signed copy of Phantom of the Paradise collectors edition Blu-ray. I got to meet Mr. Williams on Friday and he was very very kind.

I'm actually a little taller than him which I find amusing because I'm only 5'3 and he had such an intimidating presence playing Swan.

Mum and I made too much jokes about Portia's horse Phantom and poked too much fun at him.

I can't take this horse seriously anymore.

Everytime we come up stuff with him he's the silly crazy mad horse and there's a whole "Phantom & Wendy weird shit" story collection omg it has become a regular saturday night thing for mum and me to come up with the weirdest shit about Wendy and Phantom ends up being involved every time and we're laughing our heads off.
