ladies and gentlemen. friends and mutuals. gamers. i am proud to say i am no longer a bolero by ravel hater
#i speak#i am now an appreciator. not an enthusiast. but i get what he was going for#the crescendo was never enough to do it for me#but hearing it live all the different timbres come across and it makes it a very interesting exercise in orchestral colour#and the variations you get when you just change one or two instrumenrs#plus seeing the entire string section bow in unison is really cool
