Next up on the "Introducing my PMD-Outlaws Train", it's Team Prepensed Punchers!

My 2nd team in the group, both v1 and v2 (Sonia added) for the main team app! While Sonia didn't change too much (aside from more scars beyond her eye), Ninami changed more with better anatomy, her "hat hair" downwards (like from her PMDUnity sketch design) but still no visible clown nose. Somethings can change but liked keeping that quirky, lmao.

Ninami's teammate, Sonia later joined her team, whether Ninami likes it, or not! (Note, Ninami doesn't like it, she doesn't like it at all but she's gotta deal with it XD)

Ni, needs someone to be the team muscle because clearly this little Mime ain't that, lol

I'm thinking of how funny it would be if Ark and Twig came across an outlaw that they don't actually know is an outlaw. And they tag along, hoping for the chance to steal their stuff for a quick buck.

And then they quickly realize just how bad of a situation they're I'm because these two adventurers, NEITHER of whom are registered under an official guild, are destroying these monsters with ease! For goodness sake, that creepy one just powderized that guy while discussing dinner plans! And he didn't skip a beat! Eventually they make their way out and, ever so thankfully, they're not infamous enough to be wanted in this somewhat isolated town. But now they're crashing at Twig's place because he let slip that they dont have a place to stay?? And they can't sneak out because that creepy floaty guy isn't going to bed???? And they have a kid that can transform but ISN'T a ditto!?!? Apparently they have guests coming later, that's good. Maybe they can slip out when they're distr- IS THAT CELEBI!?!?!?!??

Anon you have NO idea how in love with this concept I am. It veered in a rather different direction than what you originally provided— hope I didn’t take too many liberties with your initial premise!

This Pokémon gave listeners an excruciating headache when it seemingly cried out without making a sound. Perhaps there are some sounds that the human ear is simply incapable of hearing.

A note on colours: in my experience, floss looks different irl than in online pattern makers. If you think a different colour will work better, go with your gut!

Since started this account posting PMD group art, might as well start doing so again and since it's been a decade (omfg), might as well show off how both my art skill and kids have grown.

First off, this group I'm now in, is called PMD-Outlaws!

My first team for it is Team Tag Together! Both v1 and v2 (Marilyn added) for the main team app! Revamped so my boi Alto is now a Kirlia than a Chingling but still has an element to it in his design.

His current only teammate, later obtained via a group raffle is named Marilyn! A new char (who's a Water Delta Rockruff) but a needed once since Alto can be a bit too bold lately, lol

September Magma event "Pokémon Mystery Dungeon" results!!

This time on Magma we set off on adventures in a mysterious alternate world where only the Pokémon live! We explored wondrous locations, teamed up while hunting for treasure, helped Pokémon in need and had a lovely time hanging out together! For this event we included beloved characters from the official Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games as well as official human characters transformed into Pokémon, I wonder if you recognised them all? And also Pokémon OCs/sonas so that everyone could get in on the fun! This event was organised by @skyreptain who is a massive PMD fan! They put in their best effort make the whole event feel faithful to the game series as possible, it's really amazing!! They also prepared & edited the announcement videos featuring adorable riolu named Steffan (created, drawn & written by @aur0raaura)!

here's the background that i drew for this month's Pokemagma session! it was such an honor to help out with this amazing project and join the other wonderful artists who did such an incredible job with their assets! for context, this is the Eastern Cave's Trap Room as seen in PMD Explorers of Sky :D also, here are some of the drawings that I did during the session itself: Volo as a Togetic (and an outlaw at that! watch out!)

I've seen a bunch of "putting Poptropica characters into _ universe" so I wanted to try my own hand at that!! Which means they're in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon now. yay!

started with my usual four (Amelia, Red Baroness, Rumpelstiltskin, and my OC Comical Catfish respectively), but let me know if you wanna see other characters in PMD!!

i also...really wanna ramble about what their roles would be sooo. there's that below the cut!

...OKAY RAMBLE TIME 😇

Starting with Amelia! She'd be a Diamond Rank Explorer, which is a EXTREMELY high rank to have. girl is built different and nothing can stop her. But even with Diamond Rank her main focus is...of course...to run a shop! Specifically for fellow Guild members in need of helpful dungeoning items. Honestly, not much would differ between her and her original counterpart.

The same kinda applies to the Baroness! They're an Outlaw and a troublesome one to catch. Likely having a big bounty that they'd hold with pride. But I've seen on the pop wiki that she's got a bit of robin hood inspiration in her?? So even as a thief she's one of the good one's. Especially compared to any other Outlaw out there.

Rumpelstiltskin. That ugly little fella (I say it with love), is an Outlaw too for SURE! Worser than the Baroness and a lot more of a trickster. Actually, he's pretty similar to Gengar from Rescue team (the first PMD game). WHICH...kind of makes me wanna think of him as a human turned pokemon? That's definitely too far. i can giggle at the similarities though 😊

And finally...my own character. CC my silly gal...she'd be a Slakoth. I just think that's funny. She'd also become the Guildmaster of an entire guild on a whim! Whoops! Becoming the leader of an entire organization with Multiple rescue/explorer teams was never in her plans. But now she's got the role and a bunch of new responsibilities! ..She'd take a lot of stress naps.

To derust from my time without drawing, I thought to give Robyn yet another Pokemon version...this time as another of my all-time favorites!! 

I don't really make any new Pokemon OCs...but I guess I can compensate by seeing Robyn as different Pokemon, eheheh♥ 

I actually have some lore in mind for this version of him! Here you go:

Originally a human Pokemon trainer (perhaps even the one I drew for PL:A or Violet), Robyn awakens in a world of only Pokemon as an Absol, much like any PMD scenario...

...Except instead of a warm welcome or a partner, he awakens to a village that has historically avoided and feared Absol, seeing them as harbringers of calamity and misfortune. Even the town's Guild of Explorers declines offering him work, out of intense superstition. This leads Robyn to become a withdrawn, lonely mercenary, taking on whatever duties he can find from those who won't mind his species.

Even his trust in others is somewhat damaged by the glares and avoidance, and most of the friends he makes are outlaws or criminals.

Adding to the mystery, his precognition for disasters and intense events is extremely intense and accurate, even beyond that of most Absol. His long, sharp tail also allows him to mix it into his attacks alongside his horn, making him a very versatile fighter.

No closer to figuring out why this even happened to him, he slowly grows used to this life...Enough that a shiver runs down his spine as he realizes he's slowly forgetting what his life as a human was like.
