Circhester always had a certain beauty to it, from the architecture, to the Hero’s Bath and the constant falling snow that glittered against the ground.  Unfortunate was that Victor was never fond of the cold, preferring the consistent pleasant weather of his hometown and a light breeze at most.

Hands shoved in his pockets to keep warm, he still kept wait outside the pokemon center as he promised Gloria, but perhaps he should just go inside where it was warmer..?

Brown eyes glanced over at a figure passing by from the corner however, blinking a few times at the stranger before his mind registered who it was.

“Oh, evenin’ Mrs. Melony.” He perked with a friendly wave towards the ice leader.
