George using your dyson air-wrap (an expensive and powerful hairdryer) to blow dry his hair and accidentally breaking and going out to the streets of Monaco to buy a new one before you notice

"Have a good day, darling", George said as he saw you walk out of the door, quickly kissing you goodbye as he was getting back from his workout, heading straight to the bathroom so he could shower.

His new hair required a bit more care than his usual cut, so he went to look in your drawer for a hair dryer, finding something he was sure was one despite its edgy look. It was fine for about a minute until it stopped. Thinking it was the outlet on the room, he moved around the different outlets around the house that were working, reaching the conclusion he had broken the device. It didn't look like it would work anymore and he had a few hours to go in the monegasque streets and find one.

Taking a photo of it, he began his search around the shops. The first eletronics one he went to, the older man apoligised for not having such a recent form of hair tool, only showing him the more classic models. The second shop, the young woman said they were out of stock.

So, the shopping center it was. Full of people no matter what time of the day, he looked for the chain of stores that would hopefully solve his problem, beggining with the speech as he had done in the last shops, "Hi, how are you? I've been looking for this exact model of hairdryer, and I can't seem to find it anywhere", he almost pleaded, "do you want this exact one? It is on the pricy side", the women advised, "you see, I used my girlfriend's this morning, and I broke it. So I really need this one otherwise I think I'm going to be single soon", he joked about the situation. Deep down, he knew it was fine and you'd probably laugh about how he got out of the house with his hair half dry, but still, he wanted to replace what he had broken.

"Oh, I see! Well, let's make sure you're girlfriend still loves you at the end of today", the woman joked back, finding the exact model and completing the purchase.

"I'm going to take a shower!", you said to George as soon as you got home from your own workout, kissing his forehead and heading for the bathroom. George had already unpacked the new device and store it like you usually did, hoping you wouldn't notice anything.

"So, nothing happened today?", you asked George after you got yourself ready for bed, opening the sheets sp you could get in, "the usual", he mumbled, "okay", you said, nuzzling your face in his neck, "thanks for the new Dyson, by the way. Well my hubris has let me to drawing 5 character in one paper with little preparation yet again

this time i wanted to draw an au of hololive myth i had made a while back, sortha like an eath2/opposite universe kinda deal

Change also some desings and lore stuff too, cause consintecy has never been my forte

So to start up, i tried to sortha maintain the theme of the myth character but just change stuff a bit, also the colors are suppose to be opposite in mesure to the original while still maintaining the same (aka if the main color is blue and the thirth color is red then i do the main color red and the thirth blue)... to some extent at least

So first calliope, in this version she is apolos deciple, but due to her raudy and compulsive nature, she cast off mount olimpous to "find a better work etique", in the proceses crashing the ceo of liveholo car into pieces. She mostly a himbo with a maternal side, that loves to party drink expesive wine and play music with harp from clasical to more pop or jazz, sometimes even mixing it up with poems

Next to her is ina, in this version an exorcist of a holy order who is in her processes of "accending", she was task to determine if the strange creatures at liveholo would be problematic for the church and if so eliminate them. She is quite social, tho tending to have a fake politeness in her words than could easily be expose falce if poking her short temper and fragile ego

Going next in line is kiara, in this au she is an old vampire that has lived in asolation most of her life, only festing on humans everytime they got near her castle untill she was contacted by liveholo and say their proposition intersting enough. She can be quite rude and antisocial but has a deep facination with human nature, bordering on sadism, to the point she abducts people she finds intersting to work as maids in her high class restaurants

Up next is gura, in this version gura was part of knights of a confederation of warlords in the arturian mythos, unfurtunaly she was poison in one of the battles putting her body on an "eternal sleep" until she was woke up on modern day, now with a case of captian america syndrom and a new shy voice in her head. Due to her life she tends to be quite abresive and rude, tending to trow tandrums very easily, despite this she is very book smart and loves playing chess, her other personaly is far more shy akin to something like launch from dragon ball

Finanly we have amelia, in this version a famous criminal with both the powers to stop time and teleport (both stolen from the godess of stillness), she was caught by liveholo and force to work with them. She is quite coniving and cold, yet loves to make sarcastic remarks to poke fun at people, she is also weirdly enough not really good at computers and eletronics most of the time using brute force to solve her problems

you are incredibly more better off just moving to a blue state than immigrating to ANOTHER FUCKING COUNTRY that has NOTHING in common with your country of origin

the information irt immigration is correct, it is very easy to immigrate here

private healthcare and education is way more accessible when compared to the usa but to locals is still extremely expensive. you will only find it cheap because you earn in usd. minium wage is around R$1400, that's around $280 a month. if you work an USD work from home job you might be able to swing it but it still doesn't fix everything

if you do not speak the language, it will be very difficult. my girlfriend moved here 3 years ago and i still go with her to doctor appts w her because it's incredibly dififcult to communicate medically when you don't speak the language

cultural differences aside, purchasing power in brazil is a lot lower in the usa and you do not have access to a lot of ammenities. to me personally that is not important, but i know for usamericans living here they miss a lot of the commodity (drive thrus, having a car, anything eletronic wise, commodities, pre made food or pre made anything, temperature controlled houses - most ppl do not have ac, no dryer, no dishwasher, i can go on forever and ever). some differences in work culture: there rarely exist part time jobs, it's not like in usa where you work by the hour, (in most jobs) you work by month and your wage is fixed by month, you do not have sick days (only if you have a doctors note to excuse your absence) or can take a day off whenever you want like in the usa...

i love brazil and i prefer here than the usa any day, but access to healthcare, education and social services is HIGHLY dependant on city/region. most immigrants tend to settle in larger cities/metropolis because they need to be able to access the embassy (there's 5 usa embassies in the whole country) and immigration services, in which the quality of life is not good. i cannot go into all the differences in one post, but i hope this is enough to illustrate. abortion is illegal and will not be legal any time soon. brazil is the highest ranking country for lgbt violence - this doesn't mean it's the most dangerous to exist as a queer person, there's way worse places and we still have it really good, and part of the reason the numbers are so high is for sure because there's channels to report and there's organizations that process that data. but it's not this beautiful dream irresponsible people are painting as

Hey everyone, given the recent news and all, I imagine some people might be considering leaving the country if the hostility aimed towards and the loss of rights of women and the LGBT+ community keeps on increasing during this second Trump presidency. Immigration is an extremely bureaucratic process in most countries, though, so if I could suggest a potential alternative, easier way out of the US if it ever comes to a point where such a thing would be needed, Brazil, my home country, is particularly friendly and considered a “model country” when it comes to our laws regarding requests of asylum. For example, people who apply for a refugee status in Brazil:

 • Have a very good chance of being granted it. Just last year, over 77 000 people were granted asylum in Brazil [1]

 • Are almost never under the risk of being deported, even if they came to Brazil under unregulated means and/or under fake documents [2]

 • Have the benefit of a very straightforward, 100% free of charge process to apply for asylum that doesn’t require a lawyer and can be done almost fully online through filling a form on a website, with the exception of getting a physical copy of your application process at the nearest federal police station [3] and

 • While getting an official refugee status can take a long time (sometimes up to two years in certain cases), just by being officially registered as being in the process of obtaining said status, asylum-seekers have the right to obtain “temporary” valid Brazilian IDs, a legal work permit and also are granted rights identical to those of Brazilian citizens, such as the right to free education, free healthcare, and social assistance. Apart from having to renew those documents once a year, these privileges are never revoked [4]

Most importantly though, the Brazilian Refugee law of 1997 defines a person eligible to obtain refugee status as being, between other criteria, someone who

“has well-founded fears of persecution for reasons of race, religion, nationality, social group or political opinions, finds themselves outside their country of nationality and is unable or unwilling to seek the protection of that country” [5] which includes members of the LGBT+ community, as it’s explicitly stated in the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees website that

“Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex people may be eligible for refugee status [in Brazil] on the grounds of persecution due to membership in a particular social group. UNHCR recommends that people who are subject to harm, inhuman treatment or serious discrimination because of their sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or intersex status and whose governments are unable or unwilling to protect them should be granted refugee status.” [6]
