Thinking of this AU.

Omegaverse, possibly sugussy, preguru. This is a direct consequence of getting a lot of preguru fanart on my tl.

So suguru is a single omega who is pregnant. The baby daddy is no longer in the picture. So suguru has to do this alone. He isn't doing particularly well when it comes to finances so he has to take out a one room flat in a very rundown housing complex.

The day he arrives, lugging along his handful of belongings he hears rustling coming from within his room. He is scared that there might be some stragglers who he can't deal with alone.

But he somehow gathers courage and the broom he had bought to clean his new home and approaches the kitchen from where he heard the sound.

With the setting sun sifting through the window grill suguru spots a mop of unruly black hair beneath the sink and his heart beat slows down. It's just a kid.

After much coaxing the omega is able to get the child to leave it's hiding place and come into the one single room.

Dressed in a pair of worn out shorts and a shirt the young boy looks wary of Suguru but not scared.

He knows he has to inform his landlord or the lone security stationed at the creaky gates of the colony.

Somehow he convinces the kid to take his hand and they walk out of their flat. As suguru is locking it up he hears a loud voice, like that of a child calling out a name.

The boy whose hand he is holding stiffens, responding as if he was the one being called out.

And maybe he was because when Suguru turns around he sees a very strange sight. An impossibly tall man with the strangest hair colour suguru has ever seen on someone, white and a pair of dark round shades is walking towards him. But the strangest bit is the two kids hanging off of this man's long limbs as they alternately shout out the name.

Anyways, long story short, Satoru's the guardian of all three kids- Megumi, Yuji and nobara.

Suguru is preggers with the twins - mimiko and nanako.

Satosugu meet like this for the first time but not the last.
