Sant Cugat ha sabut projectar una imatge d'èxit: ciutat jove, pròspera, amb un creixement econòmic envejable i una qualitat de vida reconeguda. Però no podem permetre que aquest reconeixement es converteixi en un miratge que eclipsi una part essencial del nostre patrimoni: la seva riquesa artística i cultural. Com a impaciência na calma tentei ligar-te, mas tu não parecias querer atender.

Não tinha muitas questões, acho que só queria saber de ti como chegámos aqui.

Não estava ninguém, foi para o correio de voz.

Ouvi a doçura e a inocência na voz de alguém que vivia claramente demasiado depressa.

Sentias o sorriso sob os teus dedos, tinhas o mundo inteiro na palma da mão.

Tudo parecia ser lúcido, planeado, embrenhado no caos e longe da realidade.

O momento passou, parámos pelo caminho. Houve desvios e devaneios, rasgos de loucura descontrolada, sempre ou quase calculados.

Parecias fazer ser simples, não é difícil quando se finge não saber, eras actor sem máscara, peça sem palco.

Monólogos levou-oa e trouxe-os o tempo, assim chegados aqui.

De ti eu entendo, a ti devo-me por inteiro.

Mesmo sem atenderes, há partes de ti que consigo guardar, pedaços que reprimi por mim, cicatrizes e almas que guardo em fim.

Continuo a tentar, o correio de voz tarda em surgir. Não sei na verdade para quem ligo, se hoje estou aqui e tu não estás aí.

Como é possível esquecer afinal uma imagem que estamos a projectar?

És um recanto de mim que não sei onde guardar, se na fé em algo que possa surgir, se na esperança de que todos os sinais do mundo a ruir não sejam mais do que água que foge por entre os dedos.

Em estado sólido ou líquido todos fugimos de alguma coisa, em detrimento de encontrar outra que nos iluda para o facto da a felicidade e a alegria serem tão pouco mais do que um estado passageiro.

As emoções são feridas que abrimos em nós quase que de forma voluntária sem a noção de que são tão difícil de fechar.

É válido sentir tudo. Conhecer os lugares onde conseguimos chegar hoje são o que nos motiva para viver amanhã, superar a procura de algo mais, mesmo sem saber o que nos reserva esta caixa.

Controlar dois terços é a parte do jogo mais difícil, quando insistimos em olhar só para a frente.

Desce de ti, toca o mundo e cheira as flores, aprecia o Outono.

O inverno vem lá, mas se não olhares para o chão pode nunca se proporcionar.

Salva-te todos os dias, hoje pode ser a última vez.

Estic construint un futur d’abundància per a mi. Aprenent a organitzar-me i enfocar l’energia en crear, impactar, viure en llibertat i claretat. La claretat és la clau, però no és l’objectiu. L’objectiu és la llibertat, és el flux, és el ser. La claretat és l’eina per treure el tronc travessat dins del riu. L’art, aleshores, és un mecanisme de llibertat.

Però no un mecanisme qualsevol: és un mecanisme al qual només accedeixo com a salvació un cop estic immers dins la meva pròpia tempesta de pensaments i símbols. Em pregunto: què passaria si pogués portar la tempesta a la realitat per voluntat, i no només com a reacció a una ferida o a un buit?

Tinc aquesta capacitat. Puc entrar dins el món dels símbols a propòsit, no només com a refugi. Però sovint ho faig per evitar la manca, per protegir-me d’ella. Així he construït un espai segur —aquell espai mental al qual vaig quan m’agobio en el primer nivell, quan busco protecció davant la meva pròpia falta i em refugio en la tormenta.

Però un cop dins, avanço. Tinc resiliència. Si no, no estaria escrivint tants anys. Vull anar cap al meu desig, però hi ha defenses. La por a la falta, la por de no ser prou, la por de no encaixar. I aleshores, una altra vegada, arriben pensaments i símbols com a boira que m’amaguen del centre. És una tempesta que em protegeix, però també em confon.

Aquest espai s’ha tornat tan familiar que l’he convertit en realitat base. Un lloc acceptable. He dit que sóc artista perquè això dona sentit a aquest món intern. Però potser no cal que el defensi tant. Potser no cal que m’hi refugiï. Puc començar a entrar-hi per voluntat, no per necessitat.

Quan entro voluntàriament, connecto amb el desig. No cal que accedeixi per dolor, per la ferida. I això és clau. No cal esbrinar tots els pisos d’aquest edifici mental, però sí reconèixer que puc estar en qualsevol pis per voluntat, no per obligació. Això és llibertat.

Per això cal cuidar el sistema nerviós. Regular-lo. Menjar, dormir, riure, fer activitat, crear, meditar... I també mirar als ulls la por: quan no sóc suficient, quan no sóc reconegut, quan em sento atacat o en perill. I sí, també treballar la relació amb la mare. Deixar de projectar la figura materna com a font de seguretat. Matar la mare, simbòlicament, per poder ser.

Aquí entra la disciplina. Una disciplina nova, no com a càstig ni com a exigència, sinó com a ritual: escriure, regular-me, crear, compartir, desapegar-me. Una disciplina que sosté. Que crea estructura per a la llibertat. Però encara no sé com encaixar aquesta energia masculina, cap a on orientar-la.

m’acosto a l’abocador que custodia el braç incorrupte de semivíctimes que caminaven per paviments predemocràtics. consisteix en una reconstrucció inaccessible de la flota enemiga en un crim de guerra. ara la flota ocupa el cel. s’hi veuen els píxels però ningú entén com l’enemic pot projectar sobre l’atmosfera. descarreguen un atac aeri simulat i prou precís per a causar víctimes. la intel·ligentsia en crea iconografia commemorativa. m’evacuo per paviments predemocràtics. tinc barba per primer cop en 9 anys i un outfit camp, extrets del Bar On No Aniria Mai. pujo a afaitar-me a l’últim pis compartit on vaig quedar traumatitzada. hi ha el braç incorrupte reintegrat en 4 o 5 maniquins, o làmpades tan càlides que maten les plantes, o acordar una entrevista en cassette entre una nena amb un sistema nerviós que serà examinat destructivament quan entri en contacte amb el ministeri d’educació, i un maltractador i traficant. he fet un error baixant per l’escala. hauré de parlar amb la gestoria i pagar-los l’ascensor. m’explicaran com han viscut el bombardament. m’explicaran la seva participació econòmica en el braç incorrupte. m’explicaran la necessitat de les barbes i de la calidesa.

Descrição do Buxo ou Buxinho

O buxo ou buxinho (Buxus sempervirens) é uma planta da família Buxaceae, lenhosa, em geral arbustiva, com folhas inteiras e perenes, frequentemente opostas, sem estípulas. O buxus sempervirens é um arbusto pequeno, originário da Europa. Cresce em colinas secas e áreas de mato do centro e sul do continente europeu, na Ásia menor e não norte de África. Em Portugal a maior concentração encontra-se em Trás-os-Montes, nomeadamente nos vales do Sabor e do Tua. Ocorre ainda noutros pontos do país, desde que as condições naturais e a acção do Homem o permitam. O buxo ocorre em matos, bosques (pinhais, azinhais, carvalhais), margens de rios e em ladeiras rochosas. O buxo comum apresenta folhas inteiras, opostas e flexíveis. A sua forma é oval e têm um tamanho muito pequeno. Costumam ter uma cor verde intenso e brilhante na face superior e na face inferior são pálidas e amareladas. Quanto às suas flores, o buxus sempervirens floresce ocorre entre Fevereiro e maio. As suas flores podem ser monoicas, ou seja, masculinas e femininas Têm uma cor amarelada, medindo uns 2 milímetros e não têm cheiro. Esta planta é bem flexível, podendo ser criada tanto em vasos dentro de casa, o que é bastante feito por pessoas que fazem dela bonsais, quanto fora de casa, compondo cercas vivas. É importante lembrar que em locais onde incidem mais sol existe uma tendência maior de nascer folhas. Não é necessário muito cuidado com o frio nem quantidades muito grandes de água para esta planta se desenvolver bem, porém isso não é motivo para deixá-la esturricada, humedeça o solo sempre que estiver seco, mas sem exageros, geralmente regas em dias intercalados são suficiente.

Objectivo e Regras da Prova O objectivo é lançar um disco o mais longe possível, a partir de dentro de um círculo de lançamento, respeitando um conjunto específico de regras. Regras principais: - O lançamento deve ser feito a partir de um círculo com 2,5 metros de diâmetro. - O atleta não pode pisar fora do círculo durante o movimento. - O disco deve aterrar dentro de um setor de 34,92 graus. - A medição é feita desde a borda interior do círculo até à marca mais próxima feita pelo disco no solo. - O atleta tem até 60 segundos para realizar o lançamento após ser chamado. - Cada atleta tem seis tentativas em competições finais; conta-se a melhor marca. 3. Equipamento e Espaço de Competição a) Disco O disco é circular, com bordas metálicas e um centro geralmente em madeira, fibra de vidro ou plástico. - Masculino: 2 kg; diâmetro de 219-221 mm - Feminino: 1 kg; diâmetro de 180-182 mm A escolha do disco depende da categoria e idade do atleta, bem como da sua força e experiência. b) Círculo de Lançamento - Diâmetro: 2,5 metros - Superfície normalmente em betão ou material anti-derrapante - Rodeado por uma “gaiola” metálica de protecção, para segurança dos espectadores e outros atletas c) Setor de queda - Ângulo de 34,92 graus a partir do centro do círculo - Deve ser plano e com superfície adequada para assinalar a marca de contacto do disco 4. Fases Técnicas do Lançamento de Disco O movimento do lançamento de disco pode ser dividido em várias fases principais, que devem ocorrer de forma fluida e encadeada. A técnica é essencial para maximizar a distância do lançamento e evitar falhas. a) Posição Inicial - O atleta começa de pé, de costas para o setor - O disco é segurado com a palma da mão virada para baixo, repousando sobre os dedos b) Fase de Rotação - O atleta roda sobre si próprio, normalmente com 1,5 ou 2 voltas (dependendo da técnica) - Os movimentos são coordenados: o pé de apoio gira sobre o calcanhar, o tronco e os braços rodam com força - O objetivo é gerar momento angular (força rotacional) c) Transição e Impulsão - O corpo transfere o peso da perna de trás para a perna da frente - A rotação cria energia cinética que se converte em energia de lançamento d) Liberação do Disco - O braço estica totalmente na direcção do lançamento - O disco deve ser libertado num ângulo ideal de entre 35° e 40° - A rotação do disco no ar (spin) garante estabilidade no voo e) Recuperação - Após a libertação, o atleta deve manter o equilíbrio dentro do círculo - Saídas desequilibradas resultam em lançamento nulo 5. Componentes Técnicos-Chave a) Posição do corpo - Ombros e ancas devem estar “desalinhados” (torção do tronco) para maximizar a alavancagem - O centro de gravidade deve estar sempre controlado b) Ritmo - A rotação deve ser progressiva: começa lenta e termina com explosão no final - Um movimento demasiado rápido no início compromete a técnica c) Transferência de energia - Tal como noutras provas de lançamentos, o segredo está em transformar força acumulada em velocidade de libertação 6. Perfil do Atleta de Disco Os lançadores de disco têm características físicas marcantes: - Altura média alta (1,85 m a 2,00 m nos homens; 1,75 m a 1,90 m nas mulheres) - Massa muscular elevada, especialmente nos membros inferiores e tronco - Excelente mobilidade articular, sobretudo nas ancas e ombros - Coordenação motora e equilíbrio Mais do que pura força, é a explosividade com controlo técnico que determina o sucesso. 7. Mulher-romã Cooperativa Arvore 7 às 16h a 28 Janeiro 2023 Exposição de Ana Torrie em colaboração com Costanza Givone som: João Vladimiro Esta exposição é o desenvolvimento do processo visual para a peça – Mulher-romã -  de Costanza Givone. Mulher-romã  é uma reflexão para uma nova abordagem do conto: o amor das três romãs - - um príncipe que procura uma mulher idealizada e que com a ajuda de uma bruxa que lhe oferece 3 romãs vai encontrar através do fruto o seu desejo. De maneira inquietante, com um olhar contemporâneo, questionamos o lugar da mulher e do seu corpo neste conto. Quem é ela? Como lá foi parar? O que pensa e sente? Como poderíamos expressar através do dispositivo cénico as suas angústias por se encontrar enclausurada dentro de uma romã. Foi através das características estéticas do teatro de sombras e do cinema expressionista alemão que tentamos representar imagens reais do corpo de uma mulher, da sua imagem afastada da realidade, remetendo a lugares oníricos e grotescos, como nos pesadelos.  Das sombras e grandes contrastes e exageros distorcidos do corpo feminino tentou-se intensificar a experiência pessoal e subjetiva desta mulher. Assim surge este corpo/objecto para manipular e projectar sombras com as diversas matérias que se encontram no palco e com a atriz em cena.
