Day 2905 The Batter

To love you was a sin I could no longer commit.

Loving me was a virtue you practiced more than your faith.

قَالَ ٱللَّهُ هَـٰذَا يَوْمُ يَنفَعُ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ صِدْقُهُمْ ۚ لَهُمْ جَنَّـٰتٌۭ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًۭا ۚ رَّضِىَ ٱللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا۟ عَنْهُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ

Allāh will say, "This is the Day when the truthful will benefit from their truthfulness." For them are gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever, Allāh being pleased with them, and they with Him. That is the great attainment.

How to attain ikhlas?

1. To remember the favour of Allah سبحانه وتعالى upon you, for this will silent Riyā from your heart and humble you, for it is Allah who has granted us hidaya

يَمُنُّونَ عَلَيْكَ أَنْ أَسْلَمُوا۟ ۖ قُل لَّا تَمُنُّوا۟ عَلَىَّ إِسْلَـٰمَكُم ۖ بَلِ ٱللَّهُ يَمُنُّ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ هَدَىٰكُمْ لِلْإِيمَـٰنِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَـٰدِقِينَ

They consider it a favor to you that they have accepted Islām. Say, "Do not consider your Islām a favor to me. Rather, Allāh has conferred favor upon you that He has guided you to the faith, if you should be truthful."

2. To remember the insignificance of the people, who are these people that you are risking your akhira for? How may these people benefit you in the least? These people who will one day be buried deep and turn to dust. A governor from one of the Muslim provenances was seen walking woth arrogance, so a man told him dont walk like that Allah سبحانه وتعالى dosnt like that type of walking, the man asked him do you know who I am? He said I know who you are, You are the one who started off as a despised liquid (semen), and youre going to end uo as a rot term corpse, and between those 2 phases you carry all sorts of feces and excrement inside of your stomach.” The narrator said he stopped walking with arrogance after he heard that.

3. Hide as many of your good deeds as you can for our pious predecessors said, “ The best antidote for Ar-Riyā (showing off), is Al-Ikhfa’ ( hiding them ) scenario ; assume your public actions dont count on yawm Al qiyama, only your private ibadat, then start to measure, which is why when as man asked hudhayfa رضي الله عنه if he is from amongst the munafiqeen he asked him, “do you pray when you are alone? And do you ask Allah to forgive you when you commit a sin?” When the man replied in the affirmative he said go for Allah hasn’t made you from Al munafiqeen

4. Remember the consequences for showing off, it is a form of shirk, good deeds arent accepted on yawm Al qiyama, deeds will diminish in size, Allah will remove ease from your life, whoever shows off Allah will expose him

5. Stay away from fame, if fame comes, it is a necessary evil. Ibrahim Ibn Ahdam said, “ not true to Allah is someone who loves fame. “

6. Dua, Abu Musa رضي الله عنه reported: The Messenger of Allah صلى الله على وسلام said, “O people, beware of this idolatry, for it is more hidden than a crawling ant!” It was said, “Whomever Allah wills to say! How do we protect ourselves from it while it is more hidden than a crawling ant?” The Prophet said, “Say:

اللّهُـمَّ إِنّـي أَعـوذُبِكَ أَنْ أُشْـرِكَ بِكَ وَأَنا أَعْـلَمْ، وَأَسْتَـغْفِرُكَ لِما لا أَعْـلَم

O Allah, I seek refuge in You lest I associate anything with You knowingly, and I seek Your forgiveness for what I know not.
