they're 3 y.o and they are mainly inspired by those freaky bunny baby dolls where you're not sure if it's a onesie or their body (as pictured below)

In the triplets' case, it's a part of their body.

Ah! I'm glad you asked! Well Caine obviously don't know shit about how humans actually work, and is fully convinced that humans make babies by kissing, so Ragatha and Jax kissed one evening and the next day, Ragatha freaked the fuck out because she was pregnant with triplets out of nowhere.

But how did the babies got out of her belly? C-section :)
