Everyone in the Capitol knows who Erevan Ravinstill is. The overachieving grandson of President Ravinstill, winner of the Plinth Prize in his graduating class, his heart set on following in his grandfather’s footsteps – and on wooing Tigris Snow. Unfortunately, the overly ambitious Coriolanus Snow is dead set against seeing him realize either of those plans.

Hadrian Demos ( The Gem Of Panem ); x Titania Snow

District 2 victor (volunteer). After he won, his parents used his winnings as well as their advanced military technology developments to buy their way into the Capitol, with Hadrian and his little sister. After his games, Hadrian really doesn’t want to spend more time in the Capitol than he has to, but he is hoping that being there instead of in District 2 will prevent his sister from being reaped. He was a very popular tribute (second only to Finnick), in large part because of his interview with Caesar, but Snow became concerned about his actions being seen as rebellious – specifically, his family had developed the cameras used to watch the arena, and he was able to re-rig them so that he could spy on other tributes. Along with being forced into prostitution, the combination of his popularity and Snow’s desire to punish his rebellion (in a way that wouldn’t be seen as a punishment, because of his parents’ own work for the capitol military), Hadrian was also put to work as Caesar’s apprentice, being mentored to eventually host the games himself, and has to constantly hide his horror as he watches the games. He tried to refuse, once. Snow threatened that if he refused (or showed his real opinions on the game), his little sister would be put into prostitution as well, and also threatened to have her reaped as well.

Titania Snow ( The Gem Of Panem ); x Hadrian Demos

Coriolanus Snow’s youngest daughter, absolute wild child. After the tragic and unexpected (to Titania, at least) death of her older sister, Deverra, Titania has known that her father intends to marry her off to one of his peers for political advantage. Titania absolutely does not want that, so has dedicated her life to ruining her reputation enough that none of them would ever want to marry her. She is always at a different club, well known for her hedonism and active sex life, and constantly pictured with men below her station. Which is how she meets Hadrian Demos.

Morella Sage Baird ( Denizen of Death ); x Peeta Mellark

A Covey girl in district 12, some speculate that she is the daughter of Lenore Dove and Haymitch, others say that she is the reincarnation of Lenore Dove, sent to haunt Haymitch. Either way, she is raised by her uncles, Clerk Carmine and Tam Amber. She learns the history of the Covey and of the women who came before her and, when her name is called in the reaping, she vows to herself that live or die, she will make sure that President Snow knows that he will never escape his past. Dying, it turns out, would have been a kinder fate than winning, and Coriolanus Snow cannot look at the spectre of two women he killed and let her go free. Morella instead finds herself trapped in a dangerous deal with Snow, bargaining her life, body, and soul in exchange for her father's continued survival. She lives in his mansion and cannot leave the Capitol, has the best of everything but has no identity, has no control over her own life, and has to do whatever he says; disobedience will not only forfeit her own life, but Haymitch's, Clerk Carmine's, and Tam Amber's as well. She had it under control. She was fine. No one told that to Peeta Mellark.

Cyra Snow ( Burn Me Once ); x Lucy Gray Baird, x Mr Donnor

Coriolanus’ younger twin sister, Cyra Snow has always known that her responsibility to her family is to marry well and relieve some of the financial pressure from her family. Tigris wants her to marry for love, Grandma'am wants her to marry for money, Coryo wants her to marry Festus Creed. She has been preparing for this for years, learning how to be a proper wife and charming socialite and how to keep a husband happy, and she has never given it a second thought. Until she sees Lucy Gray Baird. Watching Lucy Gray’s resistance and refusal to compromise her principals even in the face of death inspired Cyra to want more control over her own life. She convinces Gaul and Highbottom that the next step in maintaining the games is to follow the lives of the victors after they return home, to keep the people of Panem invested all year. And so, she gets to follow Lucy Gray back to District 12, not knowing that Coryo would follow soon after. For a time, everything is perfect. She and Lucy Gray are together, even if they have to sneak around to avoid being caught by Coryo, she has finally found the love she always desired, and she is happy. And then it all goes wrong. Sejanus is dead, Lucy Gray is gone, and Coryo is transferring to District 2. Cyra is supposed to return to the Capitol and learn under Lucretius Flickerman to host the next Hunger Games. She doesn’t. She stays in Twelve. She falls in love. She has three daughters – Maisylee, Merrilee, and Mailys – and her life is perfect. Until the Second Quarter Quell. She should have known that Coryo would never truly let her be free.

Maylis Donnor ( Nevermore )

The youngest daughter of Cyra Snow, Mailys’ early life was as perfect as life in District Twelve could be. She had wonderful, doting parents; two loving older sisters; and the very best friend in the world: Lenore Dove Baird. Maybe life was better in District One or the Capitol, but Mailys was happy. Until Maysilee is reaped, and everything falls apart. Maysilee never comes home, but Haymitch does, and that’s more than Mailys could have asked for. But then Haymitch’s family die, and then Lenore Dove is gone. Merrilee and her parents never recovered from losing Maysilee, and Mailys is alone in the world. And she’s alone when she’s cornered by a Peacekeeper, forced at gunpoint to let him do whatever he wants with her. She’s alone when she realizes that she’s pregnant, alone when she debates getting rid of the child. And then she’s not alone. Haymitch finds her at Lenore Dove’s grave, and the whole story spills out. There is nothing to be done about the Peacekeeper, she knows, even if she tried to tell the truth, she would be killed for it. But Haymitch has a different offer. He can claim that the child is his, that their shared grief over Lenore Dove – and a bottle of liquor – brought them together. Mailys agrees, and Dove Abernathy is born. For a time, Mailys feels at peace. Not the happiness she had as a child, but more content than she’d thought was possible. Until Dove’s name is called in the reaping, and her world falls apart once more.

The daughter of Mailys Donnor and Haymitch Abernathy, there was a lot that Dove knew about her family. Her aunt had died in the Hunger Games. Her father had won the same Games. She was named after her father’s first love and her mother’s best friend. Her parents were not in love, but never wavered in their love for her. There was even more that she didn’t know. President Snow was her uncle. Her father was not her father. Her namesake hadn’t just died, she’d been poisoned by the Capitol. But the irrefutable truth, the fact that Dove knew as well as her own reflection? She would, eventually, be in the Hunger Games. Her mother denied it, insisted that their family had given enough, that Dove had never needed to enter her name more than once, that the odds were in her favour. Her father disagreed, and had been training her for as long as she’d been able to walk. And so it’s no surprise when, freshly thirteen, Dove Abernathy’s name is called. But she is not the weak, caged bird that President Snow was looking for, and Finnick Odair is no longer the youngest victor in history. It would have been kinder if that was how her story end – but she soon finds that it’s only the beginning.

“Got a lot to say about Billiards.” She stated, standing up and pulling her bag over her shoulder. “You just happened to get a girl talking about one of her favorite subjects.” 

“Only one, huh? And what are others?” He tilted his head to the side, unmoved as the bell rang. 

Nat tightened her lips with a only slightly real look of disappointment. “Sorry, Handsome, but you’ll have to reach a higher achievement letter to find that out.” 

she left then, making her way around the table when she was stopped by one of those hands around her forearm. Pausing, she kept the smirk off her face and looked at him with a slightly bored expression. He didn’t let go though, instead, guiding her towards his chest, now that he was standing. If he thought the height was going to give him an advantage he was wrong, but damn if there wasn’t something interesting in the closer unreadable gleam to his eyes.
