BULLDOG TENACITY LUKE 18:27 says “The things that are impossible with men ARE possible with GOD.” We must receive a revelation of that truth. It can’t be mere words that you mentally agree with. This truth has to become an attitude of life. Then we will be in a strong, steady position to reap those God-possibilities. You see, until something becomes a revelation to you,(alive in your spirit man), you won’t act on it. You may go along with it mentally when you hear it. But it Won’t be a living reality to you. You may be facing a situation where it sounds impossible that Gods Word can become more real to you than what you are going through. But it IS possible! When Gods Word becomes revelation to you in your heart, it will be a rock that will not be shaken. Do you read the Bible? Honestly I never have read it all, it wasn’t a thing my family did as I was growing up, then in my young adult and mom years, I was just trying to survive and figure out life. I had a couple years in my mid 30’s where I was exploring religion and accepted Jesus into my life, but then got sidetracked again with life. This summer I was called back and have been thirsty for connection to God. It has been very comforting in the midst of the craziness of the world. I've really been taking the time to dive deep into Philippians lately. Learning who Paul was and how he thought. I don't think we are ever too old to learn, to grow. Life is a learning experience and a lot of what I am learning is that life is a loving experience. Easier said than done, especially in this world of social distancing today. Paul was very separate from those he loved, but he still took the time to express his feelings for those who were important to him, while in prison. Maybe we should take this time to let all of the important people in our lives know how much they mean to us...set aside distance and differences and just express love and gratefulness for them just being in our lives. ... Today let's talk about TRIALS.. GOD is our perfect teacher. He develops us spiritually through His Word and through trials... A trial is an adverse circumstance that comes into your life designed to develop you spiritually... They don’t come on our timing when we’re ready for them... Instead, they typically pop up when we least expect them to... Sometimes trials involve pain and suffering.. Trials may be unpleasant, but they nevertheless teach and transform... God always has a purpose in permitting trials because through them, He moves us.. the believer towards spiritual maturity.. Then there are TESTS...Tests are slightly different... A test is a situation that comes into your life and forces you to apply spiritual resources to determine the best course of action.. In other words Sis, a test evaluates if you know the right answer.... . God uses trials to develop us, but eventually, He will administer tests in our lives to reveal what we know about Him.. So today's question.. Have we retained the information that we learned through our trials? We only move forward when we have passed the test..
