Logan Ref Sheets (again)

Yeah, yeah, I know, I know. This is like the 4th time I've made a ref of this guy. I've had many different ideas as time passed to change his design ever so slightly, but I made enough changes to warrant a new ref. He is now slightly chubbier, his tail is floofier, and the navy shirt from 2021 makes a comeback! Woo! We also get to see what he looks like with a hat on, which is a first for sure lol
