Can you rank the Tom King Batman stories from your favourite to your least? :)
I waited years to answer this because I figured we'd have a complete set at some point, but it currently looks like he'll be doing Bat-related books until the stars burn out, so while I can't do a full-on ranking without a reread I'm not in the mood for I can at least do basic categorization of his 'core' story:
Imperial, all-timer: Superfriends (The Superman chunk), The Best Man, Batman #83 and Batman #85 specifically out of City of Bane, Everyday
Rules: I Am Suicide, I Am Bane, The War of Jokes And Riddles, The Wedding, The Better Man
Vaguely remember as being great: Rooftops, The Brave and The Mold, Cold Days, City of Bane, Batman/Catwoman Special
It was fine: I Am Gotham, The Button, Date Nights/Last Rites, Superfriends (the Wonder Woman chunk), Everyone Loves Ivy, The Gift, True Strength
Memory's vague altogether: Every Epilogue Is A Prelude, The Rules of Engagement, Bride or Burglar, Knightmares, The Fall and The Fallen
Vague memory that it was bad: Beasts of Burden
What the fuck Thomas King: The Tyrant Wing, Batman/Catwoman
The extremely specific category of 'I enjoyed the Master Bruce stories as Batman detective adventures even though Master Bruce is stupid': The Origin of Bruce Wayne, that Master Bruce story in Knightmares
