01/08/2024: 1st drawing for this Thursday morning of July, here's one of Eddie Peng as 'Wong Fei Hung' in the movie Rise of the Legend (Chinese: 黃飛鴻之英雄有夢) from 2014. I honestly thought Hong Kong, or the film studio behind this should have at least done a sequel maybe a trilogy of movies. The action sequences are really cool and entertaining. I rewatched this recently, I thought this approach was better than the Jet Li 'Once upon a time in China' the action sequences were choregraphed a lot better. A shame it was just a one off movie.

To celebrate the release of Monstrosity this month (and all the incredible art drawn around it), I did my own poster for it! I've always loved doing the greyscale style and this gave me an excuse to go back to it.
