Don’t forget the clocks go back on Sunday! This is an annual event and part of two annual events that bring them forward then take them back again. 

How does that work in your business?

Have you checked your employee’s clock in data. Have they presented themselves on time for work every day they should of? How accurate is this data? Have you done an audit recently to check this?

Using the right software I the first place will monitor this information and report on it real time. This can be live on a screen or in a detailed report. 

Just remember that the annual events only happen twice a year and get promoted quite well. But your audits should happen 365 times a year ad get promoted/highlighted instantly. - Food for thought!
