Wasnt expecting to see 2121 for dins today but we did. Unfortunately tcrs didn’t seem accommodating so we bailed and since I was too hungry, I just decided to eat anything from the aeon foodcourt. Beggars cant be choosers..

21st February 2025, TGIF! Listening: All For You, Sister Hazel

Had to go to the office just to receive boxes for our move next week. Had to Grab it because my car's still at the workshop. So expensive (both the Grab rides and my final car bill 💸). Got the car back late in the afternoon. It feels so much smoother now. Im still contemplating to either let the car go, or keep on maintaining it. It is getting a bit too expensive. The car is 12 years old.

22nd February 2025, Saturday Listening: Good, Better than Ezra

Finally tried Boys Don't Fry and it was alright. Not necessarily something that we'd go again but it was a fun experience to eat at such a quaint little shop.

Afterwards we left for BV where I needed to send my pants to ZA, get packing tapes at Czip Lee and restock on Kiehl's. Ended the day at whisk! Fulfilling Saturdate!

23rd February 2025, Sunday Listening: Blue Light, Bloc Party

Yesterday when I came home, the house slippers I ordered from Shoppee finally arrived from CN and they're cute!

For some reason I wanted to save money instead of ordering in breakfast like I usually do so I made some instant bihun, lol.

Left to 21's and went to the hardware store nearby his place. 1MK for Nando's and did all my groceries there after eating. Coffee at Chase, and entered Starling for Mr DIY, and we passed by a cute shop selling paper products so I stocked up on birthday cards for my family.

Also 2121 got me flowers from the grocers, I am that typical girl who lovessss receiving flowers hehe 💐

CNY at the office and it's always fun because during this season, the boss is always in a good mood, and so are we 😂

I think something happened after work which ended badly so I took magnesium to make sure I fall asleep. Could be a placebo effect but it does help for me.

My morning was horrible. Spent the ENTIRE morning in bed nursing my massive headache and sniffles. Felt better after Zohor and a nap. Was supposed to meet up at Ara to return a cable but there was a misscomm so headed to 21 and just passed it on.

Difficult, confusing day.

I didn't want to head home so I killed time just parking before eventually buying something to eat, bought panadols and (a sucky) latte at 15 Courtyard.

Night was spent working.

12th February 2025, Wednesday Listening: Just a Girl, No Doubt

Back to work. I wore the tudung that Juls gifted me and I was complimented by YY and others! I guess they've gotten so used to seeing me in neutrals so the moment I wear a different color, it's an instant attention grabber 😂

Lunk was imtiyaz nasi campur and the mamak packed me way too much rice & lauk. Did not finish. The day went swimmingly well and then JT made me realize that it's Chap Goh Mei, so no wonder! Over the years, I have noticed that during Chap Goh Mei, my boss will always be in a better mood as well.

For dins, we decided on Ikea cafeteria which was surprisingly empty. Bought post-wb. Stopped by OU for Whisk but they were closing so 2121 walked to Tim Horton's and so we tried it for the very first time, and....meh.

But then again Im fully aware that people don't actually go to chain cafes for coffee. People go there for their "fun" drinks. I would genuinely go again to try out their dessert iced drinks.

BAD MORNING. Last night's coffee triggered my IB so I spent the morning - noon suffering. Then I recalled 2121 saying that he saw them using dutch lady milk. Damn you dairy!! Thank God today is WFH day.

I bought another post-wb flavor out of impulse. Not proud of the person I am turning into.

Work was decent. Gege's home so that's always fun. Told 2121's story about the masjid people to my Dad and Gege and they had a field day about it! 😂

Morning spent vacuuming and doing laundry. Went to Parade to punch holes on my new belt.

Bought lunk. Home. Continued with errands. 2121 called to check in. Went out again to get a car wash and buy unnecessary snacks from the grocers..but this was legit delish;

I've become quite a boring person..

16th February 2025, Sunday - happy birthday to my '76 brother 🎂 Listening: Travelin On, Norah Jones

CSR day! It was surprisingly very tiring to the point of me taking a nap close to 3 hours the moment I got home and showered. It was an eye-opening, humbling experience..

They had several courts at the area and people were all playing pickle ball, lol.

Anyway, aside from the one bad day of the week, the rest was alright. I ate well despite being sick. Hoping for better health for the remainder of the month 🤲🏼

Tapao nasi campur atas bukit today for the first time in years and as much as I enjoyed the udang, I may have picked the wrong kuah because it was sweet, not to my liking. Scooped too much rice so I ended up not finishing my meal..

The office was so cold all I wanted to be was under the blanket with tissues up my nose. The cold gave me the sniffles all day.

The morning bihun that I sometimes buy for breakfast at the usual place had a price increase from 4.50 to 5.20 💆🏻‍♀️

Work was a roller coaster because I had a request for something which I was sure enough that it was for something else but was too lazy to argue so I will do it first and debate later when Im done..

Highlight of today was receiving the cheap shoes I bought from Shoppee! Aren't they cute??

The battery to our Dad's phone has been acting up so Gege and I planned to buy a new phone for him and we settled on another Samsung with a stylus because Baba uses the stylus a lot on his current phone and he's already used to using Samsung so it would be a much easier transition. Im excited for the phone to arrive!

Also TnG finally came through with my refund. FINALLY.

For dins, 2121 and I had Vicchuda. So simple yet so good.. Had our nightcap of Whisk, and Cinnabon has finally re-opened in OU \o/ I know Im not supposed to consume wheat but this is something that is worth the pain 😂

Went to the drive-thru before going to the SC. Had to leave the car there so I took a Grab home. The driver was telling me a story about how a friend of a friend of his uses the parents' Porsche to do Grab. How lucky would the passenger be!

Last minute order of Wunderbath for Fana's pressies. The SC finally called me about the car. Yikes 💸 I've been toying with the idea of buying a new car, but if I actually do, I wouldn't have as much 'fun' money as I do now, so.... I don't know.

Dad's phone arrived today!! Unfortunately I wouldn't be home to witness him opening it. Boooo.

After I picked up the car from SC, went straight to meet up with the girls! I've never had Ted Boy before and boy their food was delish! And then we walked across the street to check out the flea market and wow it was a very pretty event!

Ended the night with dessert at some chia bar. Fun night, thank you ladies!

Sundate! We had satay at uptown and decided to try this cute coffee shop next door and it turned out really delish, 10/10 I highly recommend!

& then went window shopping for 2121's shoes, I bought some stuff from Lotus, went to OU, and ended the night at BV for my current obsession, Kuke! The guy was so nice to us he gifted us a free slice of cake hehe. Kuke forever!

Fun week 2 of month 2 of 2025! Hamdulillah.

Started the month with KakAy’s kenduri in Puncak Alam. I had a 2-hour nap afterwards. The drive felt long.. Today's 'fit was one of my fave old baju kurungs my Mom made for me years ago ❤️

For dins, bubu & I went to Tasty Chap! Havent gone there in awhile.. & Bubu gifted me this cute limited edish card!
