Found myself wandering through alter St Ives farmers market today. So much excellent food on offer. There was too much to choose from. But the stall that caught my eye, the one with the best smells coming from it and the one with the most appetising looking good on it was Ruby June’s. A selection of homemade curries, samosas, pitta breads and onion bhajis where all laid out on offer like victims to the gods on a sacrificial altar. I was captivated and enticed. I bought three of her curry sauces, korma, tikka masala and rogan josh. I also indulged in an onion bhaji, lamb samosa and a parotta bread. All of which tasted delicious. Except the curry sauces I am yet to try them.
