One year ago, I would have never imagined the journey I would be on today. . Two and half months ago, I ran my first 5k in more than 20 years. People would ask me when I would up my game, and I would reply that I was happy with my current distance. . Tomorrow, I'm running my very first 10k. I'm nervous and scared, questioning my ability. I have not properly trained for this. But, my friend believes I can do it, running by her side. A part of me also believes this craziness, or at least wants to. . This year has set me on so many new and exciting paths.
