Not a request but guys I’ll be honest, I’m a little obsessed with the new pigmy hippo Moo Deng 🥹

I don't usually walk through Sesame Street, as it is usually crowded. But walking past that section of the park, I always stare at their mini swing. I will admit, it did take me a hot minute to find the manufacturer (Zamperla), as for some reason the only sources I could find were from LogRide and Reddit, neither of which I usually use.

I need to put an update here about my fountain pen collection, I've collected a bunch more inks and some Chinese pens. I've only had 1 really bad pen so far and some kind of eh pens that run dryer than I'd like.

Favorite ink I've used so far is Bluegrass Velvet by FWP, but they've started using AI on their boxes so I held back from buying a full bottle 😔Other than that, Boilers Steam from Birmingham Pens (do you see the trend here. Probably not LOL, they're similar colors is what I'm saying) and maybe Martian from Colorverse. Dugong Bughaw from Vinta Inks is also pretty nice but I'm pretty sure I like the sheen more than the color.

I'll share them once I have time. Also for favorite pens, I bought this Jinhao (1935 Tiandao) that has a pretty fucking cool guitar shaped clip. I hope you guys are jealous /j

But the lazy river was just that: lazy. Except for the occasional kid waving at her as they passed by, she hadn’t interacted with anyone since her shift started hours ago. She envied Eddie, giving tours through the whole park all day, talking to people. Plus he got to see the penguin show all the time, Chrissy pouted to herself. She was still kind of sad they didn’t let the college hires work the animal shows, she wanted to hug a cute bird!
