I’m curious to what made you love Kai? What’s something that you specifically love about him and why?

I honestly can’t give a set answer or any real specific reason why I love his character so much. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Part of it is how superficially attractive he is, his eyes were a big draw for me, as well as how put together he is, both in appearance and in personality.

There’s also just how driven he is to accomplish his goals and how remarkably intelligent he is. Yes, his methods are sick, twisted and evil, but his devotion to Pops can’t be denied. If Canon!Kai is capable of any kind of love, than all of it was for that old man, so it just made me wonder how that singleminded determination and drive could be channeled into a romantic relationship.

It will be easier for me to be active again since I've sorted out one of my biggest obstacles I was facing, which is my university bachelor thesis. In my country, we need to conduct a research and record it in a paper (really, when I said "paper", it's actually almost like a book). And to graduate, we need to get approval from two professors who are assigned to aid us, and three others whom we need to defense our research from in the final test. The research is fun, but I dealt with immense worry of failure and endless perfectionism. I don't want to drop out of my university if I cannot reach the time limit after all 😅

Oh, and it's unrelated but truth be told, I sometimes check out your Tumblr even if I don't log in. Seeing your writing brings smile to my face and I have some of my most favorite fan fictions written by you. There is this one fic I adore the most, a Zennezu fic in which Zen can write songs based on Nezuko's heartbeat. It's so beautifully written! I also enjoy the KnY boys as idol group since I also like K-pop (though I'm currently more focused on girl groups rather than the boy ones haha).
