抹茶口味 抹茶卡士達醬不會太甜膩 而抹茶味道足夠， 但不會過重而於苦澀， 可以吃到抹茶的香氣。 熔岩抹茶可可 抹茶口味+可可卡士達， 吃起來一樣是不會過於甜膩， 可可卡士達一樣是淡淡的香氣， 但是帥老闆在擠完抹茶跟可可内餡後， 又放了幾顆鈕扣巧克力上去， 讓整體的巧克力味道跟香氣更為濃厚， 也更加明顯， 但吃起來其實沒什麼太明顯的抹茶味， 但是可以讓口裡的味道更為豐富， 所以兩種口味加在一起並不會讓人覺得突兀。 芝麻花生 這顆雙口味來說， 其實芝麻跟花生的比例不太一樣， 芝麻的份量比花生還要多， 我想是因為花生醬的味道本身比較濃厚， 而芝麻相比較之下較略為清爽， 所以才會比例不一樣， 而花生口味是有顆粒感的， 而且還不小顆； 然後芝麻口味的話， 大部分吃到的會是比較偏粉狀的質地， 但他們是比較膏狀一點， 所以剛做好馬上吃或是回家再用烤箱加熱過後， 吃起來會比較濕潤， 不會卡喉嚨。 單純選擇芝麻或是花生， 更能吃到他們本身的口感跟風味， 像是單吃芝麻的話， 真的可以吃到滿滿的芝麻香氣， 還有他們的芝麻醬就像前面說的是比較膏狀的質地， 而且你可以吃到芝麻粉沙沙的顆粒感， 因為不是被磨到太細， 而失去了口感。 花生可以更感受到花生的乳香氣， 還有他不是碎的花生粒， 而是更大的顆粒口感， 而且是濃郁又清爽的花生味道。 可可布朗尼 沒看過把整個布朗尼當作內餡的紅豆餅， 而且吃起來是鬆軟溼潤的布朗尼， 也不會過甜跟過於紮實， 倒是比較像是極濕潤的巧克力蛋糕， 因為很綿軟， 搭配上他的巧克力奶油內餡， 質感很一致， 不會因為一軟一硬， 咬下去後硬的內餡把軟的部分都擠出來， 讓他吃起來太狼狽！ 他們的餅皮是屬於薄脆的， 算是近幾年大家比較常吃到的作法， 剛好跟傳統的軟式餅皮有個區隔， 我個人也是偏愛薄脆的口感。 對了， 元 紅豆餅也有販售他們自家手工製作的花生醬跟芝麻醬， 外縣市不方便到現場購買的朋友， 也可以到粉絲團詢問可否宅配相關事宜喔！ 對了！ 他們也有提供內用， 就從店內煎檯的對面樓梯走上去， 雖然沒有華麗的裝潢， 但想找個地方吃點簡單的台式下午茶， 這裡是個不錯的選擇， 店裡也有販售罐裝的茶可以選擇， 只是我那天剛好沒有看到， 所以沒辦法買來喝喝看。 #元紅豆餅 #tainan #streetfood #streetsnack #afternoontea #teatime #wheelpancake #redbeenpancake #matchachocolatevolcano #peanut #sesame #chunkypeanut #creamysessme #sandtexture #coarsegrained #cocoatcustardandbrowinie #homemadepeanutsauce #homemadesesamesauce #dessertaholic #crispypastry （在 元紅豆餅） https://www.instagram.com/p/B9GJI3JnfPe/?igshid=c8nljcwldm07
