it’s  a  morbid  fascination  of  sorts;    the  way  eyes  stare  unblinking  as  𝚍𝚊𝚛𝚔𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜  washes  over  𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁,  swirls  of  grey  consume  previously  cerulean  skies.  how  strange  it  still  feels  to  be  aware  of  power.  such  acknowledgement  hadn’t  been  there  at  the  beginning,  for  there  had  been  no  others  to  compare  to.  back  then,  it  was  simply  her    &    her  brother,  existing  together  as  𝚎𝚚𝚞𝚊𝚕𝚜.  his  creations      (    the  ones  she  wasn’t  around  to  destroy    )      have  seen  that  balance  shift  and  sometimes,  she  can’t  resist  tipping  scales,  just  to  see  what  happens.  it  matters  more  to  do  so  in  the  presence  of  𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥.      ⸺      a  silent  reminder  of  what  entity  is  capable  of.  just  in  case  they  were  considering  a  repeat  of  history.  eventually  though,  gaze  breaks    &    in  turn,  scenery  above  returns  to  𝚗𝚘𝚛𝚖𝚊𝚕.  all  is  right  once  more.  head  turns  to  face  them  then.      ＂    you  sound  unnerved,  nephew.    ＂      and  she,  in  turn,  sounds  mildly  amused.

@sarishim adinah !!! a gem of a person and one of my favorite blogs. adinah brings something so important to the community. their representative and devotion to topics that others shy away from really warms my heart. adinah is classy, true, and heartfelt. I smile every single time they are on my dash and I don't think I'll ever get over the first impression they made on me. I see you, i see you. (plus the talent is on another level.)

Seeing him up close and personal though held an entirely different feeling. "Holy shit," optimal usage of the word, considering his... rank. A guardian, a devotion to the people. Gabriel's stories contained differences from other archangels, ones that weaved their way into her heart and gave her an understanding, an appreciation separate from all other religious figures.

Truly, in general, Allie viewed God like a gaping wound on humanity. But not Gabriel - something about solely him intrigued her.

"I did my entire thesis on you in second year," only for her minor in religious studies, nursing still took precedence but... at that time she had certainly needed something to believe in, considering her own upbringing.

katers !!! what an absolute gem of a person. truly a delight to talk with and interact with. we aren't super close, but every time i've talked with her it's been so so lovely. she's truly this bright light on my dash and i'm really thankful that our paths crossed. katers is such a great writer, and it shows in every single reply how much she cares about the characters she is writing. every time i see her on the dash i smile a little bit. hope that we are able to write together more in the future !!! and continue with our little chats <3

aisling's real surname is not jones. it's actually doyle, Ó Dubhghaill in gaelic. she really only changed her surname in order to be closer to stanley and richard, it wasn't intended to be a countermeasure against anyone tracking her down, but if someone were to address her by her birth surname then she'd correct them. it's a sign of respect to the two men who saved her, after all.
