cringe. none of the actors except for donna cariaga and sassa gurl (in some instances) are great in delivering their lines. none of them had feelings!

it is too mainstream. yes, we get it, we have a shitty government and these traditional politicians are all entirely the same, but at least give us a substance! give us something mindblowing.

maybe it was overhyped because it's almost election season— but the ending could've been different. the cycle still continued and it did not show even an ounce of hope for the people. is it really the elected officials that would save us? the lesser evil is still evil, right?

as a teacher, i did not like how this movie presented teacher emmy. it just amplified the abuses that happen to filipino teachers. teacher emmy could have fought for teachers rights, instead of becoming the school principal. it did not even make sense. i don't know if they wanted it to be inspirational, but if that's the case, it wasn't.

Grabeh! Sobrang na-enjoy ko siyang basahin, and I highly recommend it for those who are like me na adik sa revenge stories. There's a lot of tension between the leads at makikita mo talagang may chemistry sa kanilang dalawa. The plotline is also very strong, and I really like na hindi nagmamadali yung storya to tell itself. Furthermore, the art is fantastic!I'm impressed on how good the illustration looks, kahit na minsan medyo nakikita ko si Sassa Gurl dahil sa blush on nila 💀

As for things that may cause concern, I will tell you right now na may semi-incest na nilalaman ang manhwa na ito. No, their not blood related. No, hindi rin nag remarried yung parents nila kaya sila naging step-siblings. And no, wala ding genuine sibling treatment dito. They merely saw each other as tool to use para makapaghiganti sila.
