Why do people hate Sakura Haruno so much?

Is there any valid reasons or is there none, and they just simply don’t like her character?

I’ve asked my brothers, and it’s always “she’s useless” and “she’s weak,” even though I’ve shown them countless times how she’s very useful and not weak at all. Then they start comparing her to Sasuke and Naruto and saying how she might be able to beat the other characters I’ve shown them, but she can’t beat Sasugay and Naruto. Which is just so “bffr” because who tf could? 💀 Those crazy amped up powerhouse’s. No one’s beating them, except those crazily overpowered villains, but even then, those villains don’t stand a chance either. 

Then they start going after her appearance and comparing her to other girl characters. How she’s ugly, flat chested, and has a big forehead. How Hinata and Ino are better looking and are way more useful. That if Sakura was gone it wouldn’t even mess up the story because Ino could just do what Sakura does and heal people and whatever.

Last, they go after her personality and her actions. Which I can honestly understand, as I used to be the biggest Sakura hater when I was younger because I thought she was the most annoying fan girl ever. And the way she would take shots at Naruto (as in insult him) and hit him, had me fuming from my ears and wanting to bang her head on a rock. Then I got older and realized that she was just a kid, and that she was way better in the manga. Her animated version was just done dirty.

Idk, I just feel like a lot of the Sakura hate is forced. Sakura is just a little cutie 🤭🩷✨

How's believing\calling Sasuke "sasugay"\gay or shipping sns\hating any heterosexual Sasuke ship, is not offensive to Sasuke? How some pro sasuke not consider sns\any Sasuke gay ships-- fics to be bashing\insulting to Sasuke?

Are many of these ship fics laugh on Sasuke's canon decsions, character, look, etc? Yes

Are many of these ship fics put naruto (and kakashi, itachi, basically every character that antagonized sasuke at some point) in pedestal and used as tool to insult Sasuke in every aspect possible? Yes (One don't need to read fics to get what I mean, a little trip to their profiles is sufficient)

So, Who are u kidding? Why not confess and admit that being "bottom" is literally considered insulting in many fandoms( just...why the hypocrisy? many hated charcters are bottoms in fics, why people lie that gay ships aren't used as bashing/slander? And many hated characters are called twinks or any word that will turn into slurs just like how pretty boy turned into a slur) I mean, there is a reason why NH/naruto, kakashi wankers hate ss ship and like sns, and it's not for the good reason you might think it's.

Cannot you people connect the dots between Sasuke being hated in the western fandom, and him also being shipped in gay pairings? 

What's the difference between A-holes saying "sasugay" and these people\shippers, anyway? Just the pro lgbt make someone entitled? Is that it? As long you are pro Lgbt\anything then you can just practice being an anti as a "joke" and it's just "fun"? It's ridiculous how hypocrite the western(pro queer) fandom is. They talk alot about equality and sexuality, etc,  and how being feminine is not an insult, and then they just go and practice that exactly; what they accuse male incels of:- misandry&misogyny(what's up with whining whenever someone ship Sasuke with karin or ino or any girl? What's up with many clowns here getting pissed that Sasuke fit the "casanova" type, especially in east asia? I mean there's different between dislikng SS for logical reasons -being a real pro sasuke one of them-, and getting pissed that your Yaoi fantasy isn't real?), internlized racism (anyone believing Uchiha to be an incest clan and slander them for this is racist to asians), white supremacy (there's a reason why many western fandom believe naruto to be "manly" and attractive(lol), or they consider any calm-darkhaired-pale(asians) male to be "twink", and any hetersexual women to be less of a woman and insulting to women in general -becuase she's attracted to men,the bad type of men, ya know? Because being attractive to itachi, kakashi, any character but Sasuke is smart and "logical"- so they turn her into some queer hero to, somehow, redeem her -sakuino shippers for instance-)

If you're Sasuke fan(shipper or not) and don't (even at core) admit that, then you're lying to yourself or one of the weird fans who hate thier own favs.  There's a thin line that differentiate someone between being a fan and a hater.

It's ridiculous how little of the so called "Pro" Sasuke don't realize that, but there are so little genuine Sasuke fans out there, and I don't blame the people who hide thier liking to Sasuke, cuz sometimes I believe Sasuke fans aren't really his fans (just remembered a male sasuke fan saying that Sasuke has "meh" abilities\skills, and his post become a hating sasuke playground in reddit, and it's not the first kind of such posts that exists in internet)

I agree, one should be objective as possible even when it comes to one's own favs, but not in this way, not when the fandom is already split-up, not when the hystrical Sasuke haters uses anything against him (they even reached a point where they bully anyone who says they like Sasuke, and "Any girl who likes Sasuke have a bad taste" and "who even likes Sasuke lol")

Fandom discourse, in general is bad because it's all about and filled with with hate, not love. Even their love is about hating another. It's a dangerous, disgusting pendulum.

Sakura is a gold digger and it's not even a insult for her anymore. She's literally a one. After naruto defeats pain she hugged him even knowing naruto's crush for her and mainly knowing hinata's real love for naruto. But she hugged him in the crowd as naruto was finally getting recognised with the villagers as she is a total narcissist and wants fame and name for herself from others. As sasugay was nowhere planning on coming back she literally made herself on spotlight with naruto achievement.

As naruto finally rejected her, sasuke was the last person with clan name and she literally stalked him in the forest to get pregg with his child without any prove of marriage just to take his clan and create herself useless ass a name for her future as did with plastering of uchihas clan crest.

She is a gold digger and truly a disgusting whore which complete her character simping for mentally unstable boy who waanted to be alone but got attacked and targeted by her in the end of the series.

Even her child is actin like a cheap slut in the manga with her apperance and personality.

Sakura was always after Sasuke, Naruto would have only been a second choice if Sasuke wasn't an option. Her confession right after noting Hinata's feelings and how she fought Pain to save Naruto makes her one of the worse characters in manga history.

When she finally gets with Sasuke she literally plasters his clan crest everywhere even when it could put Sarada in danger.

Sarada ending up acting like Sakura is the greatest tragedy a character that could have been decent ruined cause Sakura is the mother.

From the get go, Maeshima is so unlikable, there’s nothikng about him that makes me want to root for him at all. We see him lose to Shinozaki and the declaration but like, what about it? Why do I want to see Maeshima beat Shinozaki? The only reason is because Shinozaki says he is unbeatable so that’s the only reason but why would i want to see Maeshima specifically beat him? I don’t. Like, at all. I literally do not care about this guy. 

Losing his ice skating parents and being forced to quit skating because of his own bet was an interesting start but personality wise he is soooo unlikeable. The only thing that I would have liked to see more is maybe him and Terauchi since he still reponds/calls him by his childhood name. 

The “I want to win!!!” is so not endearing. I’m just thinking about other sports series protags, most of them want to win because they love the sport so much and they just want to keep doing it. Or they want to win because their team wants to win and they just want to be helpful to the team/be a part of it, carry the hopes and dreams, etc. Maeshima here just wants to win against Shinozaki for what? For pride? The rest of Ionodai also are mostly in it for pride but like, they were a whole ass team before Maeshima butt his ass into the club.

I don’t have a problem with Sasugai and Maeshima as a duo, theyre both kind of assholes so i can’t really tell if they like “care” about each other. Yeah they had that moment in the last episode but i feel like whoever made this show was like “the  coach and MC HAVE to be AS UNGAY AND UNHOMOEROTIC AS POSSIBLE”. Yeah we have the “I need you” line, but I didn’t feel ANYTHING from it. It’s like they HAD to add that line but it kinda just feels so forced.

Seeing the different parts of Shinozaki and Sasugai so late in the series is such a fucking waste. Like I get that it’s supposed to be some “ultimate pay off”, but I had to sit through all of this training nonsense that I don’t even care anymore. 

Literally I can’t remember what goes on in the show? There’s a lot of technical practice and training and sometimes we see the competition but it just feels like a waste of time because we never actually see a whole performance. The last two episodes felt like that was the most performance they had tried to animate but all the in betweens will be audience and viewer shots.

I feel like they never really flesh out the actual rules or guidelines of the sport, so when they talk all the technical jargon it just doesn’t make sense and its just there to make the character look like they know what theyre talking about but you don’t even see what they’re talking about. The sport itself is a mess, like yeah its ice skating performing but why do they need to do it as a team? They have all these positions but what do they actually do? We don’t know because they never go into it because the creators probably also don’t know and they just wanted to sell a team sport. 

I never, ever, Ever felt any camaraderie in Ionodai. It felt like a cop out because they already knew eachother from when they were younger but Maeshima and Sasugai always feel like they’re doing their own thing so you never really see them interact with the rest of the team. Instead of spending time showing the technical stuff,I’d rather see character episodes, because yeah we know Of the Ionodai members but we don’t know Know them, like, at all. 

I’ve felt more camaraderie from Kogahara than Ionodai, and that team is literally just Himekawa and 4 randos. Also their coach just seems more involved than Adachi. Yeah I get that Sasugai is supposedly the Main Coach and they just learned that Super Move from Adachi, but he literally just sits there on his phone. 

Maybe I expect my sports anime to go a certain way. Maybe they would have benefitted from having 2 cours, where the first cour is to set up the team and the second to actually compete? With only 12 eps, getting Maeshima into the Skate Leading world just took up so much time. I don’t want to say the competition is boring, but the competitions are boring. We never get to see any actual performance so why do I care about watching them train all the time. Couldn’t even give me character bonds. What’s the point of this show.

Unfortunately the character designs are very nice, Maeshima is very cool to look at, his ygo protag shaped hair and his performing outfit is so cool. The OP showcased Jounouchi in slowmo and its a fucking waste because he did jack shit, and the rest of the OP was too low budget to even give the entire main team a cool skate shot. 

I think the amount of character for the series is a fine number, maybe spend a little less time on Kuonji sometimes. The twins are actually pretty amusing but a waste of seiyuu (the fact that they got both nojima brothers is hilarious to me)  because theyre mostly whispering to themselves. I think Himekawa was the most interesting character, not in terms of personality, but in terms of his situation. Him starting out at home team and then just up and leaving to go to another school, and he was their ace too. 

I think SLS fails because it doesn’t really do anything too different as a sports anime. Like everything is pretty predictable, the characters are what you would expect, and they are trying to sell a sport that isn’t complete because we never know the rules or anything you just have to take their word for it, so its not exciting. 

The animation isn’t awful but you know they are “cutting corners” because you never see a full performance. I’ve seen some ice skaters in the reviews, and I don’t really know much about ice skating besides the little I remember from YOI, but even I can tell there isn’t that much actual skating. They show the characters doing the jumps and spins but you never really see a full body on the ice. Sorry I'm going to compare it to Bakuten, because Bakuten is literally a performing team sport, and even though you dont see the same routine every time, you see it in full at least 2 times, and every time it’s a little different, whether in a different angle or a different POV.

It all leads into being reincarnated into Naruto (who's an industry plant and nepotism baby) and Sasuke (an alpha male podcaster that serves cunt) who fight to the death, fight to the death, and kiss a lil bit. Milf mom comes back to life bc the babadook makes a cameo appearance but Naruto and Sasuke play the uno reverse card and send her ass back to the pit. They fight a lil more and kiss a lil more but unfortunately they both lose an arm in the process but that doesn't stop them bc love wins!
