Designing this guy and 049 in the Alagadda version

ruffs are made to flow because it matches personality, the black twisty strips resemble tears/corrosive liquid, long lashes that resemble tears+crying does make your lashes grow so it would make sense for him to have long lashes, he has certain wrinkles around his face caused by frowning so much, ruffles represent noble and he is one in alagadda, him overall silhouette is a teardrop (when he is not moving), he has a dagger which is an indirect reference to shakespeare because many death in shakespeare was from a dagger (The dagger will be coated in the black corrosive stuff to represent poison as well), the bird on top of the hat is a common thing among more traditional jesters, i made it resemble the rook bird which represents 049, reference to puppeteering on the dagger and 035 himself, his crying resembles smudge mascara, he is plus sized because there are endless feasts + he is very high ranked + sometimes people cope with being sad by eating, red ribbons are connected to the rook/049 to show that they are bound together for eternity

SCP-049 is literally a dangerous anomaly. He's incredibly smart, strong, 500+ y.o, serious personality. I don't like the headcanons on him, which are unresonable and are a projection of personal desires. It ruins the initial concept and meaning of the character.
