Suddenly, everything fades back to normal again as the Hero regains their own consciousness back. As soon as they could move their own body and began to breathe normally after countlessly breathing sharply and heavily for a few hours, a strong scent was clogging up their lungs making them cough.

They look around to realise there was blood everywhere and a rotten corpse laying down at the floor inches away from them. Their eyes widened as they felt their body shiver from the sight. They felt like they would vomit. They immediately turned their head away from the horrifying sight, attempting to stand up and run away to the exit from the far right but suddenly got pulled back, making them crash into the floor and hitting their jaw. They yelp in pain. Both of their ankles were chained up to a wall next to a crooked window.

They slowly sat up, kneeling to the floor. Trying to puzzle up the last thing that they could remembered before they turn into this...mess. Suddenly, the door opens, letting out a creaky sound that made the Hero clinch their teeth. They kept quiet.

Footsteps echoed throughout the room, growing closer to the Hero who was seemed to be looking down at the floor this whole time while trying to plan on how to escape. “Oh Hero! Goodness, you're awake!” They immediately snapped out of their thoughts as they slowly looked up at the voice.

It was...Villain..?

“Aww, look at you. you look so adorable on that. Say, how was your little nap?” Villain said as their figure flickers through the lights. Hero's eyes twitched in annoyance as their hands form into a fist. If they weren't to be tethered right now they would've absolutely destroyed the Villain's arse. But instead, they glare at them. Not batting a single word.

“Awh, c'mon now babe..don't get all fuzzy now~! In my defense..„ The villain points a finger to the corpse beside them. “that guy WAS trying to kill you~ I had to put an end to them~!„ Hero's teeth clinched. Kill me?! How dare they?! “END TO THEM?! THEY WERE LITERALLY AN INNOCENT CIVILIAN TRYING TO GIVE ME A GIFT! THERE WASNT ANY KNIVES OR ANY WEAPONS INVOLVED IT WAS JUST A HARMLESS EXCHANG—„ The Hero was suddenly cut off after the Villain stepped closer to them, eyes beaming through the darkness of the room. They let out a wide smirk on their face.

“Love, I get that you're mad..really i do..but..„

They traced their fingers under the Hero's chin, grabbing it roughly while forcing them to look at the Villain's merciless eyes.

“Raising your voice isn't a solution, you should've thanked me for saving you..„ The villain whispered at their ear, hand gripping on their shoulder tight.

“Thank you?! I would THANK YOU?! My standards aren't that low if you would really think I, out of everyone, would thank you for murdering innocent lives for *pRoTecTiOn*!„ The Hero yelled, attempting to squirm their way out of the chains.

“Oh Hero...„ The Villain grins while whipping out their whip quickly.

“You will be after I'm done with you.„
