Someone needs to say this

The callout posts are honestly sickening. Half of them have no evidence, and then the other half have people 'calling out' adults for things that are normal.

I don't understand how as a community we have this mindset that if you regress you have to stay 100% pure all the time. We love to make posts saying "oh watching horror movies little is valid" and "smoking or drinking or getting high while regressed is valid." "Padded regression is valid" But when it comes down we don't believe that do we? Or we wouldn't be on a witch hunt over people. We wouldn't be harassing blogs and making people quit their passions and want to delete their blogs would we?

I am NOT saying that someone, no matter what age they are, should be posting on their sfw agere account about whatever they are into in normal life. I am not saying we should have kink content on an agere blog, the furthest thing from that. I agree that seeing those kinds of posts disgust me.

But this idea of having to 'stay pure' and to shame and humiliate a person is terrible, and downright hateful. And then to be calling out people because what? You're jealous of them? You're looking for attention? Like I genuinely don't get it.

If you don't like what someone posts, block and delete them. Simple as that. And if you're too upset with the idea of someone regressing and then having interests outside of their agere blogs geared towards adults, then that is a you problem and you're not ready to be on the internet then.

I have lost a good amount of followers because of people going around and spreading hate, slander and misinformation about me, and I know that other blogs are as well.

Again I am not talking about abdl blogs, I am not talking about blogs that blur the line of sfw and nsfw, I am talking about everyone else who posts agere for the fun of it and still has other blogs and other interests outside of this community who are getting unnecessary hate

So I heard this blocklist person is back. Funnily enough im pretty sure they blocked my account. (Even though ive never interacted with them and they've never reported me on their "blacklist").

Anyways. Im here to say.

1. I dont care if this person puts me on their "blacklist". I know damn well that I am NOT an abdl/ageplayer and all of my own work is SFW. YES I am 19 however people of any age can regress. I regress for comfort, trauma, Audhd, and because of my severe depression. I will not let this person dictate whether or not MY regression is sfw or not.

2. PADDED AGERE IS NOT SEXUAL. It pisses me off to a maximum extent this person is sexualizing the use of diapers and immediately calling it ABDL. I can understand if this person is uneducated as to why padded agere is sfw and IS NOT THE SAME as ABDL but straight up accusing others without proof is not frickin ok. A lot of people with incontinence issues and disabilities use diapers. Even some people who struggle with sensory issues use diapers. Are they ABDL to you? Really think about this here. YOUR idea as to what fits into YOUR regression shouldn't be pushed onto others.

Hey. What you are doing is activley HARMING the agere community and not helping it. If you really are concerned about the agere community and some of the actual NSFW people who sneak in here, there are other ways to help. What you are doing right now? Not helping. You are in fact damaging this community. Please make an effort to educate yourself on padded agere. Be receptive to critisicim and feedback from those who are confronting you for YOUR accusations. You may be a minor however this behavior is NOT excusable or acceptable. It is cyberbullying. Im not saying this to be mean nor am I attacking you. This is my honest and genuine critical feedback to you. From an adult.

This is meant to be a community. Not a witch hunt.

Sundrop & Moondrop caregiver headcanons

Sun takes care of kindergarten/elementary age kids, staying in the main daycare/play area

Moon takes care of the babies and toddlers, usually staying in the nursery/nap area.

This is mainly because Sun is higher energy, while Moon is lower energy. Sun loves to play with the kids, running around, getting messy, doing arts and crafts, etc. While Moon prefers to do more relaxing activities, like singing/reading to the babies, he likes to be clean and organized. But They both love kids of all ages!

They will still do activities together sometimes though. They love to put on performances for all ages!

Moon helps Sun put the kids down for naptime, he also stays and watches them. During this time Sun might entertain the babies/toddlers, if they aren't sleeping as well.

Sun has a hard time even lightly scolding the kids and often has to call on Moon to talk to/lecture them, he oversees the timeout corner. But Moon is not harsh! just serious and firm.

If a baby is being fussy during a diaper change, Moon will call Sun over to playfully distract them while he changes them.

Moon doesn't mind fussy little babies, he's actually very patient and understands they cant help it <3

Moon petnames: moonpie, moonbeam, twinkle(s), firefly, gum drop, baby cakes, puddin(g), sweetie pie, sugarplum, bitsy/bitty, baby, sweet pea, pumpkin, sleepyhead, starlight

Sun petnames: sunshine, sunbeam, sunspot, sunflower, (little) flower, petal, sprout, buttercup, goober, brite eyes, giggles, munchkin, silly, rainbow, kiddo, pal, bud/buddy, star brite

Usually they are called Mr Sun and Mr Moon, like teachers, but don't mind being called other names! (i think Sun is dada coded and Moon is papa coded)

After hours, Sun spends time coming up with and planning games and activities for the next day. While Moon usually cleans up the place.

Some kids find Moon scary, which hurts his feelings a bit, but the babies know how sweet he is <3

Sun doesn't teach the kids in the traditional way, he prefers exploring creativity/arts, but loves circle time and listening to the kids answer questions he asks/share things

Moons style is to "let you feel your feelings", he will comfort you with affection and quiet time. Suns style is more trying to cheer you up and/or distract you, can be with affection. They are both very reassuring.

Moon is good with the babies because he can keep his cool, he's calm and consistent. Sun is good with the kids though because he is very expressive and can match their energy.

Tips I have heard as a padded regressor!

Keep everything clean

In order to make sure you stay clean and free from infection, weather you are using or not, please please make sure to thoroughly clean yourself and keep clean as well. This prevents any sort of discomfort or inflammation from occurring.

Keep baby powder on hand

Baby powder is great for someone who is using. It helps prevent added moisture and helps things like sweat from irritating your skin. It also prevents friction!

Get some good baby wipes

This goes with keeping everything clean. If you are clean, it makes your experience a lot more comfortable while being baby.

Don’t worry if it’s not perfect the first time

We are all going to make a mistake first time diapering, so don’t be to hard on yourself if it’s not exactly perfect the first time! That is totally fine!

Use whatever method works best for you

there are plenty of different means of getting on your diaper. You can put it on against a wall, you can lay down and put it on, you can stand up if you’d like. Do what ever makes you comfortable!

Make sure you get the correct size

In order to have a better experience, you have to make sure you get your correct size. Going off of your pant size doesn’t always mean that you will be the same size in diapers. Make sure you measure all the correct places (wait, hips, behind) to get your correct sizing.

Every brand is different

Just like with everything else you may buy, every brand is different! Try them out! If you have a bad experience with one diaper but still want to be padded, try another brand. You could just not like the style!

Change frequently

To prevent rash or leaking, make sure you change frequently. A good app for diaper changing reminders is Crinklez! You can not only add what brand you are using, but also how long you are wearing them and how many you have!

Use a moisture barrier cream

To further make your experience a bit better, try using a moisture barrier cream. It also helps prevent with rashes.

we originally brought this up on our old account before it was deleted (was an accident, we thought it would just delete the side blog… it did not…) and i feel as though it needs to be brought up yet again in the agere community.

stop the stigma on diapers.

seriously- not all who use diapers use them for kink related things. most of the time it is simply for comfort or even due to incontinence, and honestly that’s not fair to discourage or blacklist.

i’ve seen so many servers not allow even talk about it, and you have to understand that it’s not for kink if it’s obviously said it’s for comfort or because someone has to.

i find it a tad bit discouraging that the community still will stifle others comfort items because it is affiliated with something it wasn’t even supposed to be for.

please understand that those of us who use diapers when regressing do it because we have to or because it is comforting for our baby-brains, ok?

It’s a warm summer day in Brooklyn! Finally the weather matched the season and everyone on the block was outside having fun!

The same could be said for Steve and Y/N who played together in their small backyard. Steve sat on a lawn chair watching Y/N run up and down through the sprinkler Bucky had brought a day prior.

It has become an afternoon routine of Steve and Y/N’s to get changed into their bathing suits and play a little game of tag around the backyard while the sprinkler sprayed them.

Today was an especially hot day in their small backyard. To make sure his little one didn’t get a heat stroke, Steve made sure they had plenty of juice and some ice pops here and there to counteract the crazy temperatures.

As the day went on, he could see his little one start to get more and more tired. There was nothing like a nap after playing in the water all day.

“Alright Y/N, let’s head in.” Steve stood up.

“Nooooooooowwwwaaaa.” Y/N whined behind him as he turned off the hose to the sprinkler. They were currently sitting in a puddle, playing with their zoo animal figures, splashing then into the puddle below.

“We’ll play tomorrow I promise. It’s just getting late and I need to get started on some dinner.” Steve explained, without the added part of a nap. That would come later.

Y/N sighed but nodded their head as the stoop up and walked over to Steve. But there was just one problem…there were no towels outside.

“Huh? Guess Papa forgot the towels upstairs.” Steve said more to himself than Y/N.

Y/N was holding their arms close. Being out of the sun and soaking wet was making them start to shiver. “Cold Papa.” They said softly,

“Here,” Steve took his shirt off and placed it over their head. Because of his tall stature the shirt was almost like a dress on Y/N. “There you go.” Steve smiled, “That will keep you warm till I grab the towel.”

While it wasn’t the warmest, Y/N wrapped their arms around the shirt and smiled. They always loved when they got a piece of clothing from their Cg. “Thank you!”

“You’re welcome sweetheart. Now let’s go inside and get some towels.” Hand in hand, Steve and Y/N stepped back into the house.

Steve wasn’t wet at all. After sitting in the sun he had dried out. Y/N on the other hand was still wet head to toe. Steve had Y/N stand on a mar by the back door.

“Here sweetheart, you stay here so we’re not tracking so much water through the house and I’ll run upstairs and grab some towels okay?”

Y/N smiled and nod their head yes. Steve smiled back, placing a small kiss to their head before heading to the stairs.

Only issue is…Y/N was still cold. They held their new shirt close to them and crossed their arms infront. Papa said he wasn’t going to be long, just grabbing towels.

But with the cold making them shiver slightly, another issue came to the surface…they needed to use the potty.

The bathroom on the first floor was on the opposite side of the house. Papa said to stay on the mat so they wouldn’t track water through the house but…how much longer was he going to be? They didn’t want to track water but they had to go potty badly.

Maybe Papa would be back soon, maybe they could hold it, they reasoned with themselves. But as the seconds ticked away. They could feel their grip slipping.

But just then they heard Papa coming down the stairs!

Steve walked down the stairs, clothes and towels in hand, “I’m sorry I took so long bug. I figured I get all of your supplies and clothes from upstairs so you wouldn’t have to-.”

Steve trailed off as his eyes met with Y/N’s form. Small trickle down their leg and a puddle beneath gave away their accident. They looked up at him with tears in their eyes. “Y-You said, no move.” They explained with a little sniffle and a tear falling from their eye.

This is the second time his little one has had an accident. The first was during a thunderstorm last week. One loud crash had Y/N running to Steve in wet pajamas.

At first Steve and even Y/N, thought it was a one off thing…until today. But Steve had already had a conversation with Y/N about this the first time it happened. Accidents were okay, and didn’t define them and their regression. He was more than willing to help his little one.

“Oh Y/N,” He walked over and brought them close, pulling them into a hug. “I am so sorry. This accident is my fault. I should’ve checked in with you earlier to see if you needed to go potty.”

Once they broke apart Steve picked his little one up, though they protested. “No! Icky!”

“It’s okay, Papa needs to get changed too. I don’t mind. Right now let’s worry about getting you changed.” Steve reassured. Y/N looked as though they were going to say something but settled for hiding their head in his shoulder.

Steve carried them into the bathroom, closing the door behind them and settle his little one down on the toilet cover.

As he organized everything a small sniffle came from the opposite end of the bathroom, “Papa i sworry.” Y/N said, tears falling from their eyes.

Steve immediately stopped what he was doing and went over to his little one. He places a soft hand on their shoulder, “Y/N what happened is nothing you need to apologize for. What did I tell you when you had your first accident last week?”

“Accidents are ‘kay.”

“That’s right. You know accidents are okay. This one is on me. I should’ve kept a better eye on your juice intake.” Steve sighed to himself. “But having an accident doesn’t mean anything bad. Sometimes our bodies just don’t realize what we need to do in time and that’s okay. Everyone’s body works differently.” He began to explain getting a small nod from Y/N.

“We’re going to clean you up, and get you into some comfy pajamas for the night. Then you can help Papa cook dinner. How does that sound?”

Y/N nodded, a small smile returning to their face. “Accident okay?” They asked one last time.

“Yes sweetheart, accidents are okay.” Steve smiled back. “Now, let’s get this little rascal dried off before you catch a cold.” That got Steve a small giggle from Y/N.

First he helped wash and dry his little one off. But before he went a step further he paused and turned to them for guidance. “Now I know this was just an accident, but do you want to wear some protection? It’s your choice bug. I won’t be mad if you say no.”

Steve watched as his little one stopped and thought long and hard about it. But after a moment they pointed to the pull-up then they put their thumb in their mouth.

“Good choice sweetheart.” Steve smiled. After that it was just getting them changed into a fresh pull-up and warm pajamas.

Once done, Steve also changed out of his wet clothes and into more comfier clothes for the evening. “There we are,” he said as he lifted Y/N into his arms. “All nice and dry.”

By now Y/N was loosing the battle to stay awake, the long but fun filled day catching up with them. Steve walked back into the living room, grabbing their pacifier off the end table and replacing their thumb with it. “There we go, much better.”

Y/N nodded snuggling closer to Steve. Steve knew that there was no way Y/N was going to let him put them down for a nap. But he did know they would fall asleep in his arms. The solution? Send a quick text to Sam and ask if he can pop over and help out dinner.

With the text sent, Steve walked over to the couch and plopped down onto it, Y/N still half asleep in his arms. He rubbed their back up and down as their head rested soundly in his shoulder.

Before they really drifted off he managed to hear them say, “Papa best.”

Steve chuckled, moving to place a small kiss to the top of their head, “I’m only the best because I have the best little in the whole wide world.”

Accidents will happen, floors and clothes can be cleaned, but what will stay forever is the trust and love between Steve and Y/N.
