- Breaking my TOS will result in being blacklisted from purchasing art from me in any way. Others will not be allowed to purchase art for you as gifts, either.

Reselling, Trading, and Gifting:

- You may not resell designs for financial gain - you can only charge others what you paid me for the design/art. (Exceptions can be made if you have more art of the character, general rule: Don't be a dick.)

- You can trade my designs with others, but their monetary value will always be what you paid for it.

- You may purchase a design as a gift for someone else.

- Please notify me if you trade, resell, or gift a design, and to whom.

- You may NOT trade, resell, or gift designs to persons on my blacklist. Doing so will earn you a spot on the blacklist.

Alterations to my art:

- You may NOT edit my art.

- You must always credit me as the original artist/designer if it's a custom design.

Crediting:

- You must always credit me as the original artist (or designer if it's a custom design) when you post or share my art anywhere. You may credit me as screamingshark on Tumblr and/or Toyhouse.

- If I feel that you have not credited me properly, I reserve the right to reach out and notify you that you need to alter your accreditation.
