Yapping, closeups and reference below

After a little over a month, it's finally done!!! This was such a wonderful piece to work on and it has been delightful to see fellow "the Last Unicorn" fans in my life to be as excited about this piece as I am. While it certainly isn't perfect (if you think I work with coloured pencils more than once a year you are wrong my friend), I tried my damn best and finished it up while sick so here it is. Ignore the purple tinge to the blues, the consequences of trying to adjust the unsaturated trash that is produced by my camera are showing, lol. Then again, I really couldn't get the colours right on the unicorn unfortunately, though I think it still comes across decently. Anyway, finally I will be free of thinking of this every time I look at my piece:
