What if the Diasomnia boys were (somehow) approached by a princess?

Who asked them to kidnap her?

Because don't dragons and fae normally kidnap princesses? Take her to someplace far away where she won't have to take stuffy princess lessons, or marry that prince her parents chose before she was born (everyone knows he keeps flirting with the maids and going into the city to meet women but her parents say it's her duty and- please save the poor girl, she's desperate and she asked very nicely)

Diasomnia x Reader

Where you are a princess forced to marry a cruel prince, and the only solution you find is to disappear, begging the Diasomnia boys to kidnap you like in fairy tales.

This may be one of my favorite things I've written in a long time. I'm going to be hyperfixated.

Malleus Draconia

The night at NRC was peaceful, until a princess appeared in Diasomnia with a rather unusual request.

"Can you kidnap me, please?" you asked with all the politeness instilled in you since childhood, with an impeccable bow and a look full of hope.

Malleus blinked, the ensuing silence broken only by Lilia's laughter. Not because he was upset… but because in his several centuries of life, no one had ever made such a peculiar request.

"Are you asking me to kidnap you?" he repeated slowly, as if making sure he'd heard correctly.

"Yes. My parents want to marry me off to an insufferable prince, and according to the stories, dragons and fae often kidnap princesses. I thought you might be able to help me."

The heir of Briar Valley crossed his arms, tilting his head thoughtfully.

"Funny. I've always heard that princesses cry and beg when this happens. But you ask like it's a favor."

"Well…" you lowered your voice, glancing from side to side before leaning a little closer.

"It's just that I've always wanted to be the protagonist of an exciting story. If I'm going to escape, I want to do it in style. And what better option than being kidnapped by a powerful Fae prince."

There was a muffled sound behind you, and when you turned your head, you saw Lilia covering his mouth, clearly enjoying the scene. Silver sighed, and Sebek looked like he was about to explode.

Malleus looked at you again, and for a moment you thought he would reject the idea. But then, a faint smile appeared on his face.

"Very well. If you wish me to kidnap you… I will do it properly."

Before you could ask what that meant, a gust of magical wind enveloped you, and in the blink of an eye, you were no longer at Night Raven College.

You were now in an imposing castle, with towers lost in the clouds and a bright moon in the window.

"Welcome to Briar Valley," Malleus announced proudly. "If you're going to be kidnapped, at least I'll do it gracefully."

You looked around in wonder before smiling at the Fae prince.

"Definitely the best kidnapping ever."

Malleus laughed softly, satisfied. You may have been the first princess in history to enjoy being kidnapped… but if that was what you wanted, he would make sure to make it memorable.

Silver Vanrouge

When you knocked on Silver's room door in the middle of the night, you found him halfway between wakefulness and sleep. He blinked sleepily at the sight of you, not fully understanding the urgency with which you had arrived.

"Is something wrong?" he asked in his calm tone, though his posture still betrayed tiredness.

"I need you to kidnap me."

Silver looked at you in complete silence. Then he blinked again.

"…Pardon?"

"Please," you insisted, with the same politeness you'd been taught to use when begging for favors in royalty.

"My parents want to marry me off to a prince who's a mess. But if an honorable knight like you kidnaps me, it'll be impossible for them to force me into marriage. It's a perfect plan."

Silver stood where he was, visibly processing the request. He placed a hand on his chin, thoughtful.

"Normally, as a knight, I should protect princesses. Not kidnap them."

"But this time you'd be protecting me!" you exclaimed excitedly. "You'd be saving me from a life I don't want. Besides, who better to carry out a noble kidnapping than a knight who follows a code of honor?"

Silver sighed. He knew anyone else would reject the idea as absurd, but something in your determined expression made him consider the proposal.

Finally, after a long silence, he straightened and nodded solemnly.

"All right. If this is what you truly desire, I'll make sure no one forces you into a fate you don't want."

His tone was so serious it almost seemed as if he were swearing eternal loyalty to you at that moment.

Before you could thank him, Silver swept you into his arms with impressive ease and strode out of the room.

"Where are we going?" you asked, somewhat surprised by how quickly he was acting.

"I don't have a castle, but I can take you to a safe place until the situation is clarified," Silver replied calmly.

"And if they try to chase you, I'll keep them away."

Your heart beat a little faster. You hadn't expected him to take your request so seriously… but, after all, Silver was a knight.

And now you were his kidnapped princess.

Definitely the best decision you could have made.

Lilia Vanrouge

When Lilia Vanrouge heard your request, his first reaction was to laugh.

"Oh, little princess, are you asking me to kidnap you?" he asked with a sly smile, floating around you with his arms crossed and his eyes twinkling with mischief.

"Please," you nodded with complete seriousness.

"It's just that I can't marry that insufferable prince. But if a mysterious fae kidnaps me in the middle of the night, my family will have no choice but to accept my fate. And you seem like the ideal kidnapper."

Lilia burst out laughing, clearly delighted by the situation.

"Ah, how amusing! It's been ages since I heard such a peculiar request. In my day, princesses usually cried and begged for their freedom, not volunteered."

"Well, I see it as an opportunity," you said with a big smile. "Besides, I want it to be exciting. Something with drama, magical effects, and a spectacular entrance."

The elder fae rested a hand on his chin, as if genuinely considering your request.

"Hmm… Let's see, how could we do it…? Ah, I know!"

Before you could ask what she had planned, Lilia snapped his fingers.

The moonlight suddenly went out, the breeze turned into a whirlwind, and out of nowhere, the ground seemed to disappear beneath your feet.

A scream escaped your mouth as the world spun around you… and within seconds, you were in a completely different place.

When you opened your eyes, you were on the back of a massive dragon, hurtling through the night sky.

"Welcome to your abduction, my lovely prisoner!" Lilia said, sitting comfortably beside you, as if it were the most normal thing in the world.

"This is incredible!" you yell, clinging to the dragon as the wind whipped against your face. "Just as I imagined."

Lilia giggled with glee, clearly charmed by your enthusiasm.

"Oh, this will be fun! Don't worry, dear princess, I'll make this the most memorable kidnapping experience ever."

And so it was that you vanished from your kingdom in a flurry of laughter and chaotic magic.

Your family was bewildered, the insufferable prince missed his chance, and you… well, you found yourself in the middle of the greatest adventure of your life, with a mischievous fae as your personal kidnapper.

Definitely the best plan you could have come up with.

Sebek Zigvolt

When you stood before Sebek with your desperate request, you expected him to accept without hesitation. After all, he was a proud knight of Briar Valley, devoted to Malleus Draconia.

But instead of an immediate response, you received a look of utter bewilderment.

"WHAT?!" he exclaimed, almost offended.

"Did I hear correctly?! Are you asking me to… kidnap you?!"

"Yes, please," you nodded seriously.

"My family wants to marry me off to a hideous prince. But if a valiant warrior like you kidnaps me, they will have no choice but to accept my fate far from the castle."

Sebek blinked several times, his cheeks turning a faint red.

"T-This is absurd! A knight like me doesn't go around kidnapping princesses! I protect my lord Malleus, I don't participate in scandalous plots like this!"

"But Malleus wouldn't be opposed to helping a princess in distress, would he?" you suggested with desperation.

"It would be an honorable act… a great service to royalty."

Sebek remained completely silent.

On the one hand, his principles told him this was absurd.

On the other hand… it was true that his lord would never refuse to help a princess in need! How could he possibly go against what would be an act worthy of a servant of Malleus Draconia?

After several seconds of internal conflict, Sebek finally snorted and crossed his arms.

"FINE! But let it be known that this isn't just any kidnapping! This is a rescue operation worthy of the highest cavalry!"

"Yes, yes! Of course!" you nodded enthusiastically. "So how will we do it? Will we escape into the night? Will there be a dramatic battle against the guards?"

"NO!" Sebek suddenly picked you up like a sack of potatoes and began walking steadily. "We'll leave immediately! I won't allow you to waste another second in this despicable place!"

"Wait, wait!" you shouted, thrashing a little. "At least make it dramatic! Make it more exciting!"

"Drama isn't necessary if efficiency is optimal!" Sebek proclaimed, moving forward with determination while you could only laugh, delighted with the situation.

And that's how Sebek "rescued" you with the seriousness of a soldier on a mission… although in the eyes of others, he seemed like just an overly dedicated knight.

Definitely the best choice for a heroic kidnapping.
