После той темной ночи сгустившихся сомнений и мрачных раздумий следующим днем набралась решимости впервые за долгое время ступить в просторы спортзала. Ранее, до того как жизнь перевернулась ожиданием мальчиков, заниматься физическими упражнениями была для меня каждодневной привычкой. Однако после рождения Нортона и Дженны тело испытало непоправимые изменения – растяжки стали заметными, а набранные за беременность лишние килограммы (не говоря уже о весе малышей) составили более десятка. Роды подарили не только счастье материнства, но и неприглядный внешний вид: мечты о прежней красоте казались далекой реальностью.

Так, вооружившись волей к перемене, я вернулась в зал. Сначала аккуратные шаги на беговой дорожке – легкая разминка для тела, которое уже не помнило былого тонуса. Затем, обнаружив перчатки и боксёрскую грушу, решила дать себе настоящий бой. Тренировка оказалась испытанием: каждый подъем весов требовал невероятных усилий из-за лишнего балласта в теле. Но именно эта ноющая боль на следующий день стала напоминанием о необходимости борьбы с собой, ведь каждая мышечная волокна кричала о желании вернуться к былой форме.

Вернувшись к тренировкам, я осознавала: путь будет тернист и болезнен. Но готовность преодолевать себя ради цели – вот что действительно важно в этой новой главе жизни.

After that dark night of condensed doubts and gloomy thoughts, the next day I gathered my resolve to step into the gym for the first time in a long time. Previously, before my life was turned upside down by the expectation of boys, doing physical exercises was a daily habit for me. However, after the birth of Norton and Jenna, my body experienced irreparable changes - stretch marks became noticeable, and the extra pounds gained during pregnancy (not to mention the weight of the babies) amounted to more than ten. Childbirth gave me not only the happiness of motherhood, but also an unsightly appearance: dreams of former beauty seemed a distant reality.

So, armed with the will to change, I returned to the gym. First, careful steps on the treadmill - a light warm-up for the body, which no longer remembered its former tone. Then, having found gloves and a punching bag, I decided to give myself a real fight. The workout turned out to be a challenge: every weightlifting required incredible effort due to the extra ballast in the body. But it was this aching pain the next day that became a reminder of the need to fight with myself, because every muscle fiber screamed about the desire to return to my previous shape.

Returning to training, I realized: the path would be thorny and painful. But the willingness to overcome yourself for the sake of the goal is what is really important in this new chapter of life.

I put Alda in @sugarcoatzzz pleaser top lol. It's so jarring to see him out of suits and puffy sleeves. Plus, Felony pretty much dictates his wardrobe 🤭

Finally remembered to take screenshots of the PruHun household in my Sims game! Actually, playing as them is kind of hectic because of all the animals, so I just play now and then if I feel up to the challenge. lol

Their traits and some thoughts are below:

Prussia is neat, self-absorbed, and a music lover. Musical genius is his aspiration. Despite most of the main Hetalia characters having songs of their own, I hc Prussia genuinely loves writing his own music and songs and recording them, and sends his CDs to the others as gifts. lol So this aspiration fit very well with that!

Hungary is hot-headed, active, and loves the outdoors. Freelance botanist is her aspiration. I hc she loves gardening. Flowers, fruit, veggies... She grows them all! So I decided this could be her first aspiration, and maybe next would be the physical fitness one (I forget what it's called).

Rolf is friendly, loyal, and clever. He is a German Shepherd. Hc in my domestic PruHun AU is that they adopted him after Gil was already living with Eli for a few years. In the AU he's actually a senior dog, but I don't play with pets very often and if they're adults I think you can do more with them in game? So he's an adult for now unless I decide to age him up.

Florina is adventurous, playful, and a hunter. She is a Vizsla hound. In my hc Eli already had her and Andrei for a long time before Gil moved in with her. In my domestic PruHun AU the cats aren't part of the household (just bc I see the Nekotalia-verse as its own thing), but if they were, she and Prussia Cat would definitely get into all the mischief together!

Andrei is hairy, clever, and loyal. He is supposed to be a mop dog, but since Sims doesn't have the breed in game I made him a King Charles Spaniel. I do picture him being a bit on the smaller side since I hc Eli got him when he was still young and he stopped aging as most of the pets of the countries do, though maybe he's not this small... but close enough. lol

Prussia Cat is talkative, frisky, and a prowler. I didn't have a breed in mind for him but the German Rex breed coincidentally looked fitting for him. And because he's talkative, you can ask him to sing for you~!

Hungary Cat is clever, affectionate, and playful. She is a mixed breed. I don't mess with the paint tool much either, so making her flower was a bit difficult to figure out. I was happy I was able to give her it, though!
