It was a quiet afternoon. The snow was still falling outside. Elerinna was napping. I was knitting (socks are expensive!). Until the door opened and the wanderer showed up after several months of exile !!!!!

I can tell you that my first thought was to wring his neck! He'd left me all alone to look after the brat. With nothing! And to see him turn up like a flower… Really? He may have been one of the best magicians in the kingdom, but he was still going to take a beating from me!

My determination to beat him quickly faded… He explained in a few words that an internal war was raging among the elves and that, unfortunately, Princess Elerinna (and I?) were in danger. We had to move again!

Western Zodiac Legacy Challenge

 Welcome to the Western Zodiac Legacy Challenge official rules! This challenge will take you through twelve generations of zodiac-inspired fun in the Sims 4. Each gen will represent one of the twelve signs from Aries to Pisces.

General Rules:

1. Every heir must be related to the previous one whether it be through adoption, birth, or blended families.

2. All rules for each generation must be completed before the heir dies. 

3. Life span must be set to normal.

4. Cheats should not be used to complete the goals for each generation, but mods are allowed.

6. Each heir must have the required traits, and they must complete their aspiration unless not specified.

Each Zodiac sign has an element associated with it that impacts the sign’s identity.

The Fire signs are Aries, Leo, Sagittarius. Fire is the element of the spirit, and It’s passionate, fierce, and energetic. These signs have strong wills and lots of confidence. They are enthusiastic, driven, and impulsive. 

Next, the Earth signs are Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn. Earth is the element of the physical realm, and It is all about being in the moment. Earth signs tend to be more materialistic and grounded than others. They are good with money and are practical people. 

Then comes the Air signs, which are Gemini, Libra, Aquarius. Air is the element of the mind and thought. It is creative, social, and intelligent. These signs are communication-oriented, gossip-prone, and logical. They are more emotionally detached and often spend time in their own heads.

Finally there are the water signs, Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces. Water is the element of the heart, and It is all about emotions and sensitivity. Water signs can be more spiritual than others. They feel things on a deeper level.

Signs are also categorized into Masculine and Feminine.

The Masculine signs are Libra, Gemini, Aquarius, Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius. These signs tend to get energy from the outside world, and they can be more assertive and intense than their feminine counterparts. 

The Feminine signs are Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces, Virgo, Taurus, and Capricorn. They tend to be more cautious and careful in their day to day lives, and they absorb energy rather than expel it. Feminine signs may be more in touch with their emotions than masculine signs.

Generation One: Aries

Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, and they definitely love being first. Aries are natural-born leaders. They love to start things, however, finishing tasks isn’t their strong suit. They have lots of energy and motivation when it comes to experiences. Aries are very charismatic and love every new day. They love to conquer and confront and are not afraid to venture into the unknown.

Fire sign, Masculine Sign

You grew up in an environment that never allowed you to reach your full potential, so as soon as you became a young adult you moved away from home to start a new life. They also enjoy romance and can be very methodical, patient, and dependable, much like the Earth itself. Being ruled by Venus definitely contributes to Taurus’s love of pleasure and goods. The Taurus has generous, steady, and patient energy, and they can also be extremely stubborn. They see all their projects through and care more about the outcomes than the journey. They enjoy building and sustaining a lush, comfortable, fulfilling life.

Geminis hold the power to be change-makers, and they are great at adapting. They love to weave together endless conversations and are great communicators. Being an air sign, they sometimes change more than others would like. This can make them appear as untrustworthy or flaky, but they are typically very lighthearted and love humor.

They tend to be inner aware and can be some of the most sensitive of any sign. They have protective awareness at the core of their being and are kind, giving, and sympathetic. They can always be counted on by their family, and they tend to enjoy staying at home. They are often the matriarchs of the home. Sometimes cancers can become overly emotional, needy, and vulnerable due to their intense feelings.

ZODIAC BABY CHALLENGE

I found astrological sign traits here on Tumblr and it sparked an idea, the Zodiac Baby Challenge. I checked and haven’t seen any challenge like this so please no hate for stealing. If this may get popular, I might try to convert it for sims 2 or 3.

RULES:

1. You can start with a couple, or one female or male sim. With a male sim the babies have to be alien.

2.  You don’t have to use any money cheats but it could help with building.

3.You should get a lot fairly big, 40x30 or more.

4. There is no order on which signs to make first, but you have to have Earth signs together, Water together etc. ex: Leo, Aries, and Sagittarius are the fire signs and would have to be born one after another.

5. Names don’t matter but it could seem more magical if they sounded like the sign they are paired with.

6. You can have water signs share a room, air signs share a room, etc. Or you could have each child have their own room. If they share a room its has to be themed water, earth, fire, and air. If you choose to let them have their own room they have to be themed with color and personality.

7. You complete the challenge when the last zodiac child becomes a teen.

I don’t control how you play your game if you decide to play this so you can change the rules to fit your needs if you want<3 this is my first challenge I’ve made and i could make others with my other ideas if a few people try this. Please let me know any changes that could make this better!

Anyway… He had seen a future for this child. The details weren't revealed, but the finality remained the same. She was going to live! What joy!

As far as I was concerned, the end was near… King Lomion would decide, at some point, that it was time for me to go. Although I hoped fatherhood would soften his grievances against me. Unfortunately, A mongrel in the court of the White Elves reflected a bad image. I had to face the facts. Even so, I couldn't imagine being separated from Lady Amarië and Princess Elerinna… They were my family, after all…

Autumn had covered the land of the White Elves with its mantle of leaves. The princess was 9 months old today. A banquet had been held at court to celebrate the birth and survival of my dear Elerinna. In those few months, I had caught a glimpse of her baby face and her radiant smile. King Lomion had expressly forbidden me to approach his offspring. His words were clear: "See to it that the half-blood stays away from my daughter". Ugh… What a nutcase! Yet one day, that didn't stop Lady Amarië from breaking that rule and introducing me to Elerinna on a clear night. She was sleeping peacefully in her cradle. I touched her sweet face. How beautiful she was! It was a sweet revenge I treasured in my heart.

The party was in full swing and the guests were enjoying an exceptional feast. Humans and elves mingled with interest. The humans saw it as a way of consolidating their exchanges with the elves, and conversely, the elves as a way of monitoring the extent of human power. Politics… Not for me! I was perfectly content with my position, but knowing that Elerinna was being paraded around like a trophy by her father only accentuated the gulf between us! What's more, she was the heiress of a constellationist by birth. Their blood was the envy of the whole kingdom, and an alliance with the Elves guaranteed the survival of the central lands.

Evil took advantage of this evening of opportunity to strike. My body, on the lookout, alarmed me of imminent danger. I might only be half-blood but I was half-elf after all. Intruders had infiltrated the domain of the king and queen and I could only see the shadow of their august thoughts. They struck in the darkness without a sound with speed and agility. A smell of smoke presaged a fire starting, leaving strategic points abandoned by the guards busy putting out the fire. In the tumult, soldiers and servants joined the world of the dead without even seeing the reaper descend on their existence. The party in honor of the princess turned into a bloodbath.

Lady Amarië wanted to force fate and shared her doubts with an old friend. A wanderer, and an elf at that, with a mysterious past. People at court whispered in the corridors that this stranger belonged to no caste. He was a recluse with a legendary reputation. Many stories revolved around this individual, to the point where he was credited with a heroic battle with a dragon. Nothing less! Despite this, he was feared and, in a way, respected.

As far as I was concerned, the legends were doctored and didn't reflect reality. That's why I remained skeptical… What's more, imagining a filthy elf touching the princess gave me the shivers. Was it really necessary to call on this elf to find out the fate of my pretty Elerinna? Would she live or die? It was said that only he knew the answer…

Ah ah! I've found you! Argh… You've grown too… My back!

Didn't I tell you I was afraid of fire? Very well… Here I am in beautiful trouble! The fire paralyzes me… I have had bad memories of it since my earliest childhood, hence my scars… And in the face of the flames, I am powerless. I shake, cry, scream when it comes to this item. It also explains my bad cooking… Making salads, raw vegetables, ok! But cooking is beyond my strength! Have you ever imagined yourself in the place of a potato? No? So do it… Poor potato…

That's when Dame Amarië appeared, covered in blood… I was in a blur and only heard her words furtively. Fear in my stomach and paralyzed legs, I could only make out a few snippets of words. She jabbered that I had to save Elerinna, that I was the only one who could take care of her, that she would have liked to teach me more about the world of the constellationists, blah blah blah… I had just want to go home, to my little house at the foot of the castle, and go to bed. Telling myself that it was just one of the many nightmares I used to have.

Nothing came of it… And I responded to my benefactor's orders by taking to my heels to reach the princess's bedroom. Alone, waiting, while Lady Amarië creates a passage for me through the flames and sends me the signal to exfiltrate. I was lost and scared… And only waiting for one thing… Open your eyes and pray that it was only a dream!

Hmm… The long-awaited miracle has arrived… A little girl named Elerinna. Even so, the bird of ill omen was twirling at the peak of her youthful existence, and at any moment the grim reaper could strike with his scythe.
