I totally don’t want you to think I’m ignoring you, so I’m gonna quick answer this - I totally wanna properly answer this bc Nyx is the best, but it’d be one that’d take a fair bit of time knowing my tendencies X) I’m a bit swamped trying to balance a few things currently, so please, feel free to send this again in a couple weeks and I should be able to take a crack at it then! :D

I’m gonna take a swing and say you’re probably the same anon, as I got these in a short time frame. I haven’t played/read these source materials, but I appreciate your dedication towards skeleton-type characters (and Uncle Death cracks me up, seriously, bless that weird skeleton man with the swirly glasses I know very little about).

Oh wow, okay, this is a hard one. My favorite would probably have to be...

Yikes, it’s a hard tie between @skeletonsgrim @buttercupsticksntricks and @jolie-in-the-underground! They’re all amazing, and I love their work!

(( @bluechocowitz i hadn’t really posted anything proper on it before, so i sketched this up really quick - nonpixel style, so hopefully my sketchy mess is a bit more comprehensible, heh.

Grim’s basic design details:

his hood can be pulled up, cowl style - looks legitimately like a reaper hood

his pants are basically black jeans

his boots are sturdy work-style boots

his hoodie is decently thick and actually fairly fitted - just looks looser past the end of his ribcage/to his iliac crests

the reason he fills his clothes out is... he has REALLY thick bones. they only got thicker when he had to improve his stamina/physical endurance post-void incident since he couldn’t rely on his original magic anymore

(on that note, his bones have a slightly fused appearance at the joints - if you could see his ribs without the void covering it, they’d almost appear plated. any where not seemingly fused is filled by visible magic, which for him now is void magic. thankfully, the bones of his phalanges have that fitted/fused working aspect, so he doesn’t have to worry about his void magic being ‘touchable’ in exposure there.)

he’s about 6′6″ tall (see small doodle with my 5′8″ self for height relative ref)

he parkours most places; has a personal 8-item inventory that his Rift Scythe is kept in that keeps his hands free

very, very rarely takes off his gloves

... yeah okay, how could i not include Grim ( @skeletonsgrim) and Q ( @jolie-in-the-underground) in the DnD skelebros setup??

i’ll be coloring them and all fully too, but they’re the only two with an overlapping class - both Warlocks, heh, and they travel together on their adventures, because of course they do. Grim’s otherworldly pact/exchange is with a powerful being of shadow & void, while Q’s is with one that controls lightning.
