cross and killer being affectionate. or at least cross being affectionate at times and killer eventually warming up to it. cross is already reserved (and nervous about showing it) affection wise but i think he'd push himself to do it. small acts. small kisses and light touches

killer appreciates the shows of affection. it's a small comfort or security even to have someone willing to be affectionate with him. they learn after a while that cross isn't scared of Them when they speak about being nervous or embarrassed about it. i think they'd work on speaking a bit first before doing things like hug or hold hands. asking permission, giving a little warning

eventually the acts become more random and playful :] surprise hand holding. pats on the back. whispered compliments :] warming up to each other,,,

audible cartoonish kiss noise
