TPOM/AHKJ Pride HCs because tis the season:

Skipper: Intersex Trans Man. Also Pan + Polyamorous. I’d like to think that at first, he was deeply ashamed about his identity and tried his best to hide any clue he’d be anything but a cishet, monogamous man. But after getting with Julien, he’s learned to have less shame. He/Him.

Kowalski: Disaster Bi 100%. Much like Skipper tho, he tried to hide his identity. Skipper being more open about it caused him to be more open as well. Domino effect. He/Him.

Rico: Bi + Polyam. Mainly interested in women, but he’s not completely turned off by the idea of getting with a guy. Man is completely secure in his masculinity. Doesn’t give a shit what others think about him. He/Him.

Private: Straight Ally. I don’t think Private himself is queer, but I do believe he would wholeheartedly support queer people. It’s what the Lunacorns would want! He/Him.

Marlene: Bi. Not much to say on this one. She just gives off Bi energy. She/Her.

King Julien: Intersex, Genderfluid, Pan, and Polyam. AFAB. Was raised as a girl only to become more masc during puberty. Was a little insecure as a preteen, but eventually grew to accept himself. I had this idea because real lemurs are matriarchal, and in the episode where his parents took over, it seemed to be his mother to mainly be taking his place and not his father. Uncle King Julien probably only got the role as king because his sister was lazy and didn't want the responsibilities. But back to Julien himself, he doesn’t care what’s between his partner's legs, only how happy they make him. Also Polyam because while I know this isn’t canon, the idea that he was scared of marriage is because of the idea he had to be limited to one partner is just too good to pass up. He/She/They.

Maurice: Gray-Ace. I just don’t think he gets sexually attracted to people that often. It’s rare for him. Granted, he might not know there’s a term for his sexuality until Julien brings it up. He/Him.

Mort: Mort. Mort is mort. That’s all that needs to be known and all he’ll let you know. He/Him (???).

Clover: I’m probably gonna make the fandom upset at me for this one, but I genuinely don’t think Clover is a lesbian. Queer? Definitely. But I think she’s more bi or pan than anything. I get CompHet is a thing, but I don’t think that’s what’s going on here. She/Her.

Pancho: Bi + Polyam. Because why not? Tbf tho, I see him as one of those guys who desperately attempts to act straight at first, only to give up on the act after cracking under stress. Now, he’s more like “Yeah, I’m queer. So what? Are you writing my fucking biography?”. He/Him.

(Again, I’d like to preface that these are all HCs. I don’t have any qualms with people who view these characters differently. You do you. <3)

Skipper: Is an old man so the only character he knows is Mario. He’s an exclusive Mario main and will make anyone who picked him first change character.

Rico: this one’s kind of hard… Dry Bowser because he looks cool or Iggy Koopa because he’s just like him, he’s just like him fr.

Kowalski: Link, Yoshi and Metal Mario main.

Private: DEFINITELY plays the princesses, Tanuki Peach and Isabelle. Probably plays the baby characters too.

Julien: Need I say it?? He would main King Bowser and King Boo because he is the KING and it’s right in the names!! I think Funky Kong is a playable character in the later updates and if so he also plays Funky Kong because of his name lol

Maurice: Is also an old man and only knows Mario. Because Skipper always picks Mario he goes for the second character he recognizes which is Luigi, he’d probably pick Tanuki Mario too.

Mort: This one’s a bit of a hard one, too. Might play toadette or the baby characters, if Julien is playing Bowser he will play Bowser Jr to match him. Probably plays Lemmy Koopa because his hair reminds him of candy.

Marlene: Our girl is a definitely a Princess Daisy main, will play Isabelle if Princess Daisy is unavailable.

Madaparty day 10 - Alternate Universe

What if TPOM was a soap opera??

((((so YES that's an excuse to merge in my new sort of kind of hyperfixation (it's not as strong as some of mine hyperfixes but it certainly is there) on this one polish soap opera from 2001 called Adam and Eve))))

But! The plot would be kinda nice! I mean it's a soap opera so there's a TON of drama---

We have Skipper, our protagonist, who is stuck with her EVIL malicious husband Julien, who is focused on himself and a cheater (gasp!) He's burnt out living day to day at their flat, taking care of the little Private an supervising if Rico is putting himself into some trouble again (I wanted them to be the equivalents of the children of the protagonist, Private would be the young but supportive son, and RIco the teenage rebellious daughter who keeps falling in trouble - in the show she crashed a policeman's new car because she wanted to help some guy she met a few hours earlier)

but ONE DAY this guy just falls from the sky and crashes into him! His name is Hans, and he'll fall in love at first sight. Not Skipper tho!(or he'll think so),, But this meeting will change his life forever :)))

At the same time, his old friend, Marlene, returns from her travels, and she's sweet as ever :3 Skipper had a little crush on her in the past, but decided to get into the more financially stable marriage with (charming at that while) Julien. But what if the feelings never died out?

And to not make Julien the bad guy - when he notices Hans - this guy his husband started hanging out with - he noticed how neglectful he was and decided to change it. One day Skipper wakes up and sees Julien from the past - charming and sweet. Maybe there's a chance for this marriage???

God i thought up a lot of stuff about this already

Kowalski plays the role of the protag's smart sister, who in the og gets envious of the main love interest (which happens to be hans :P what a crackship,,,) and wants to end up with him (but he never notices her)

Oh and Hans can fly in this AU :)) it creates a contrast of "boring, flightless everyday life" - "this guy FALLS from the sky and is a little crazy and unpredictable"

Oh and Maurice is there too (from the cast i thought of) - he's julien's lover (obv) - in the og the lover is a smart journalist who is with the husband to gain information she needs and she kinda wraps him around her finger

That's the one drawing that's not a redraw >w< but i have two songs from the show - the opening in which you can see the protags and the song that i mainly had in mind for this theme - Orfeusz, which is my top 1 song this year btw :PPP
