I like the pout her neutral pose has, and the smug look in her attack and crit portrait. Posework is good, and I like how her hair is drawn as well. The color and shading is also well done, Kaya8 went through a bit of a drastic style change, though it seems to have returned to its somewhat original semblance with that Alfred art from the beginning of the year.

As for a build... I can try and throw out some ideas, but unfortunately I didn't build Selena when FEH came out. But let's see what I can suggest.

Def/Res Smoke 4 (It'll boost Atk to units in two spaces, and then with Florid Cane you can position her in a spot where her Pathfinder effect will benefit whoever on the team needs it.

Any S seal to boost Atk/Spd (Blade Session is also an underrated seal, it's tricky since it depends on who moves in what order but helpful).
