similarly, the sequels felt more of a fanfiction to me, ffxiii on the other hand is one of my favorite for the way the story progresses through conflict between the characters, how they move from not liking each other to if they are to die, they want to be together for it and drive the plot forward that way, it made the cast feel like a cast and not like collectibles of some sort, i cared about each one of them, and the ending was perfect, the themes landed and i was happy they were on the path of healing together

I really want to know the reason for ur answered, so feel free to let us know in the tags/comments because talking about it is the goal of this poll!

#13 have a unique feel to its cast #while i love other ff for a better execution 13 stand out that it built its cast members the best #i don’t end up caring about many cast members in other ff probably the mc and two others #but in 13? I cared so cared about each of them #They all felt so human and real its sad that most of it got lost on ppl because of the bad execution and se bad management decisions #they won’t even remaster it for ps *sigh*#as for the sequels again they are fan fiction to me and im sure (don’t have a proof but it make sense)#the Fabula Nova Crystallis weight fell on on 13 after they canceled it and rebranded versus13 into 15 #so thats how i think LR had to have lightning do all the work and slay bhuni or something idk #but there was supposed to be three different games all tie back to defeating bhuni from what I understand #we will never kno Because se never make sense with their decisions #So yeah funny sequels and technically canon but will i take them to be [my] canon of 13?
