Some of the wildest things about every episode of Gallifrey based purely mainly on my recollections, series 2 edition:
Lies
Baby Romana in her academy days was lonely and depressed and went down to the extremely dangerous and haunted vaults under the Capitol just to feel something
Gallifrey is nearly destroyed because of Narvin’s insomnia
Romana is haunted and literally killed herself about it
This title is so funny actually it could apply to literally every episode
Spirit
Romana is no longer haunted, but now the matrix is, so she can’t use it. Is this a good reason to say she should be fired?
Andred is missing! (Again)
Most of this one is just Romana and Leela taking a vacation together and learning to appreciate each other’s perspectives
On said vacation, Leela is grumpy that the hotel window doesn’t open. Romana responds by smashing it with a chair
A non-Andred Time Lord is curious to kiss an alien??
~SUDDENLY MYSTERY HANDLESS MAN~
Pandora
Remember that whole never cross your own timeline thing? Unless your name is Wynter and you’re looking at a future version of yourself mutilated beyond recognition, then it’s horrifying but fine
An alien university student tries to poison the Gallifreyan water supply
Self mutilation for fun profit not getting haunted. It doesn’t work.
Brax is haunted and has to live in exile about it
Leela gets Wynter's job
Insurgency
Leela teaches at the academy now apparently
Romana is haunted (again)
Romana murders Leela’s (yes, previously murdered) husband
Imperiatrix
Romana wonders if Leela killed Andred (who Romana actually killed while haunted). Her main concern here is not that Leela might have done a murder, but that she didn’t trust her enough to talk about it
A lot of people die, but it’s mainly Leela’s K9 that is treated as a personal and tragic loss
The high council is nearly blown up by a mad reporter
Romana won't let anyone evacuate about it
Oh you thought the Doctor running into his previous selves was convoluted? Sweet summer child
K9 is now haunted

The Most Unfair Hand...
Miu!? MIU!
Huh? UGH!?
*Miu is in for a bit of a rude awakening. As she, Keebo, and Mii-Yu finally make it back to the Future Foundation's main building to reunite with the others, Kaede is horrified to see her bandaged up and with a walking stick to support her movements. Instinctively, she hugs her, but this just causes further discomfort.
Too much! TOO MUCH! Let go!
A-Ah!? Sorry!
*She quickly pulls away.
Good to see the both of you are still in one piece.
Same to you lot. Looks like you took a few good hits though.
...I'll live. Just need to stay off it for a while. The important thing is that we're all okay.
...I knew you could do it...
*Kaede gently pats Miu's shoulder, comfortingly.
Thanks Kaede....
Miu is very happy because the Future Foundation have said they are planning to give her a reward for her noble heroics today.
H-Hey! That part can wait for later!
Really!? Go you!
Nagh...You guys are the real heroes. I had one cool moment, but you're the one's I was worried about.
Yes...Did anything of note happen in the factory?
...
...Keebo...I do have a favor I need to ask you....
——————————————————————
*Back in the main FF building, Shuichi and the others walk slowly towards the hospital wing as to keep pace with Miu, who walks along with her walking stick to help her.
I...cannot believe that Rantaro actually...
...My creator...
Don't worry...If all goes well, we should be able to undo everything...But there's something I need you to take a look at.
*Shuichi removes the Symmetra Matrix from his ear and hands it over to Keebo.
This is Rantaro's weapon he uses to create his light constructs. If you don't mind, I need you to run an analysis on it and see if you can find any information stored within it?
...Not saying I won't, but why?
Let's just say something happened in the factory when I used this thing that I wasn't expecting, and I'd like to get to the bottom of it. You're the one I trust most when it comes to analysis.
In that case, I'll do my best.
*Shuichi and Kaede lead their friends into a private room that the rest of their classmates are inhabiting. Several pieces of medical equipment and technology line the bed, and Miu's eyes immediately fall on the important thing.
What the FUCK!?
!!!???
H-Himiko...!?
...
...
...Oh good...You're ok...!
*Kirumi holds Miu and gently kisses her forehead, relieved that she's in one piece.
Forget me, wh-what is THIS!?

Hi!! I know it’s been so long since TEG’s conclusion, but after re-reading it, I’ve come to find myself having a few lingering questions:
1) If you were to reference both Mirage and Skywarp’s characterizations, in ‘The Echo Garden’, from any of their canon/corporate material fiction alternates—what would be the most comfortable for them to be associated towards?
Also, out of curiosity, have these two ever fantasized about becoming mentors / parents / caretakers? It’s not that important to me really, but I’d appreciate your opinion on the matter for future reference.
2) Hypothetically, when Soundwave does get inevitably beat up enough to the point of having it be a main priority to obtain supples from his home dimension, would he want to “fix” his elbows and knees and his whole… ace-fae ituation-say?
Like, I’ve been daydreaming a bunch about a specific outcome where he goes to his home dimension and ends up getting the glow up of his dreams—aka something a bit like his old gladiator get up. But at the same time not changing too much because of how contempt he already is with his form, and how he mostly just took a chance while getting repaired to ask for a few changes to his frame to make it more battle-ready instead of sneaky and shadowy. Man keeps taking hits from left to right and I’m horrified at the notion of his flat arms snapping and his stiff joints slowing him down.
3) Has there ever been anyone on the ‘Lost Light’ that actually enjoys being on the chore one cycle? I’m very aware from Soundwave’s POV that it’s like staring into the gates of barnacled-hell, but I’m sure there’s maybe one freak out there that takes pride in the somewhat cleansing ritualistic aspect of the crustacean colonists, the wet garbage, and Toaster’s debilitating demands when it comes to his standards.
4) Would the ‘Lost Light’ crew ever react negatively towards any newcomers who happen to be physically “amalgamated” with organic material ever since the… are-stay ive-dray incident? Even if it is proven to be harmless, would it still be plausible for them to have any extra security measures taken that might be harmful to said bi-organic-metal subjects?
5) Has Rodimus ever thought about how a Conjux bond would work between him and Soundwave?
Not even just like a super romantic way—well maybe at first—but like physically. I feel like a former Matrix holder and a God-killer living on a trans-dimensional spacecraft already makes a ludicrously dope power couple, so I feel like the universe could literally bend to their will at this point without much effort. But still, marriage yeah, but spark-bonding? They’d both probably cause a supernova at the alter if they’re not too careful.
6) DO THEY GO BACK FOR THUNDERCRACKER (and Starscream??? Wait is he also Skywarp’s brother, I actually don’t remember if he was even mentioned—). Well, would they ever go back for Thundercracker and or Starscream?
I seriously think in hat universe Starscream would be very dead but I’m not sure at all. Please correct me if necessary.
———
SORRY FOR THE RANTS!! I needed to get a few of these questions out of my system, and I’ll probably try to look up some more information from any previous posts I might’ve missed. To this day I’m still so enthralled with the world building in your AU it’s inspired me so much and I didn’t even realize it. If any of this seems too confusing I’m so so so sorry, I’m still nervous at the thought of asking these kinds of questions even if there are already answers.
NONETHELESS—have a great rest of your day!! :3
p.s. would it be possible for me to make an au from teg that takes place wayyyy into the future? like with a “conjuxed” maybe not “conjuxed” rodimus and soundwave. i dunno, the only reason for them to be conjuxed in this hypothetical au was to show the passage of time, or something. maybe skywarp’s brother(s?) would be on the ‘lost light’ too? would that work?
AH IT’S TOO MUCH!! AGAIN I’M SORRY!! I KNOW IT’S A LOT!! AGAIN, HAVE A SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS DAY OR NIGHT, WHICHEVER AAAUGH (>[]<)
Hi spinspin! Thanks for the long message. I'm glad you continue to enjoy the fic :)
1) If you were to reference both Mirage and Skywarp’s characterizations, in ‘The Echo Garden’, from any of their canon/corporate material fiction alternates—what would be the most comfortable for them to be associated towards?
Hmm. Mirage is closest to his G1 incarnation: a wealthy mech who didn't want to join the war. Skywarp is... not like any canon Skywarp I know of. I suppose his trickery is kinda in IDW2, but that's not what inspired that aspect of him. Both of them are a lot closer to their Face The Past characterizations than any canon, tbh.
Also, out of curiosity, have these two ever fantasized about becoming mentors / parents / caretakers?
Ah ok so... I'm absolutely NOPE on parent/caretaker stuff, so anything I wrote would never contain that (unless it was from canon and I was using that canon). I'm talking, push away with a ten foot stick aversion levels, lol.
Now a mentor... ehhhhhhhh... I think they're amenable to teach SW about crystals in TEG because it's part of, well, their reality, and they'd rather keep an eye on SW and teach him themselves than have him flounder around and accidentally ascend to a higher level of existence and destroy everything. It was a somewhat small detail, but Mirage did make their teaching him part of a deal: it wasn't done 100% out of the goodness of anyone's spark.
They wouldn't fantasize about mentoring, but they'd do it if they had to.
2) Hypothetically, when Soundwave does get inevitably beat up enough to the point of having it be a main priority to obtain supples from his home dimension, would he want to “fix” his elbows and knees and his whole… ace-fae ituation-say?
If SW was damaged enough to need to return to his dimension for metal and supplies, he wouldn't otherwise change his frame. There's nothing wrong with it in his mind. He went through the whole war with it. He's never complained about it or felt any kind of (for lack of a better word) dysphoria or regret for losing his gladiatorial frame.
Re: the damaged eye: I think he would aim to get that fixed, if they could find an optic lying around. Recall that in TFP you can't just slap inanimate parts into mechs. It's a big thing that you can't build organs in that part of the franchise (Arcee and Jack have a discussion where she says something like "Can you build me a small intestine, Jack?" lol).
3) Has there ever been anyone on the ‘Lost Light’ that actually enjoys being on the chore one cycle?
*writes a whole paragraph answering the question "Do mechs like their regular chores?"*
*rereads question*
oh LOL oh shit, you asked about the chore CYCLE. lol. sorry. I just got home from work. Uhhh no. Definitely no xD no one likes being on the chore cycle. It sucks purposefully, lol.
So like if Inferno got put on the chore cycle, he'd still have to do his job, but he'd be stuck with Toaster 95% of the time and they'd both hate that soooooo muuuuuch, and that's part of the point. It will discourage Inferno from being a bad boy xD If UM found out someone LIKED a certain aspect of the chore cycle, he'd remove that aspect from their rotation, lol.
[if you're curious what I wrote initially, here it is: In reality, most of the mechs treat their usual chores like a job. Some will like their jobs, some might not like them as much, but when Rodimus and Megatron and UM (and maybe Drift too) assigned the jobs, they took into account what mechs were built for and what they like to do. So, Inferno isn't weirdly into scraping out the plumbing, but he can do it, he knows he can do it better than anyone else (except maybe Hot Spot), and he's proud of his work. I'd say that all the mechs are pretty satisfied with their work, and they are proud of it.]
They do have a strict rule about bringing 100% organic beings aboard the LL. That's a no-go.
If they encountered a Cybertronian that was partially organic, like the Beast Wars continuity, or what Blackarachnia seems to be in TFA, they'd probably assess the situation on a by-person basis.
They're generally very careful and reticent about bringing people aboard (despite what we see Rodimus doing, lol). In over 3000 dimensions, they've only 'kept' 4 mechs, and they've invited only 2 aboard, as mentioned by name in the fic. Stardrive and... I think Rook? Another character got a quick shout out at one point. Obv TEG doesn't detail all 3000+ dimensions' worth of adventures. I think they'd let a few more mechs temporarily aboard. But overall, they're very careful about things.
5) Has Rodimus ever thought about how a Conjux bond would work between him and Soundwave? Not even just like a super romantic way—well maybe at first—but like physically... spark-bonding?
Mmmmmmmmm... hmm. Conjunx ritus, as we see in the comics, is a cultural thing. They're not literally bonded by the spark together. So you're asking about 2 things here, just to clarify.
re: conjunx ritus: hmmmmmmmmmmm idk, I don't see Rodimus doing that. 🤔 it's a cute idea for fic, of course. but staying true to Rodimus as a character? I don't see it. I could see something that was a mix of ceremonies between his and SW's dimensions. or maybe something that felt more casual.
re: spark-bonding: I think they wouldn't want to try this. SW's spark chamber is damaged and when he infiltrated Rodimus, Rodimus's body didn't react well. HMMMMMMM yeah I dunno. We did have the scene where Rodimus exposed his spark for SW, and SW enjoyed absorbing Rodimus's Rodimusness, and Rodimus felt pleasure from that. But that's quite different from them exposing open sparks to each other.
I think if they did do that, they'd be very careful about it.
Honestly, as the author, I'd have it hurt them >D idk, that just feels right, with all their dimensional differences. they need to find other ways to enjoy each other, lol. a lot of TEG's sexy stuff dashes expectations in the trolliest way possible on purpose, heheheheh
6) DO THEY GO BACK FOR THUNDERCRACKER (and Starscream??? Wait is he also Skywarp’s brother, I actually don’t remember if he was even mentioned—). Well, would they ever go back for Thundercracker and or Starscream?
Starscream is definitely extremely dead.
The last Skywarp knew about TC, he was in that building where Skywarp was found. The readers saw that building fill with molten energon. Sooooooooo...
I've said in several places that I've left seeds in TEG for a sequel, and we'll just say, that ever so slightly ambiguous mention of TC was a such a seed ;D
But, no, Mirage and Skywarp would not go back to their dimension for TC. They think he's dead and the price Soundwave pays for every dimensional portal is too high. They'd have no reason to go back, unless like... one of them was horribly injured.
p.s. would it be possible for me to make an au from teg that takes place wayyyy into the future?
ah, the sticky wicket. you have just as much right to make a TEG AU as I did making TEG from MTMTE in the first place. but, since you asked, I'm going to be honest. I prefer people not write their own TEG-based fics, AU or sequels or whatever. I feel like I worked really hard for this sandbox, and it's mine and I wanna play in it by myself, and it would be better if you made your own sandbox to play in, because you should practice building your own worlds and plotlines.
so like... I'm not going to get any AU you write taken down, or anything like that. but I won't read it and I wouldn't want to discuss it with you. I mean that in the very nicest way possible 🙏 I think creativity and expression are important, and it would be mean to squash yours. but also... those are my truthful answers. thank you for asking first. most authors don't mind other people using their AUs but I'm not one of them.
Thank you for the well wishes. Hope you have a good day, too :)

I had a really dark idea.
Slight Transformers Skybound Spoilers (I say that bc I took inspiration from the Skybound comics)
So I read this post that showed a ghost version of Bumblebee after he was killed by Starscream and he had the injuries that he died, and he was haunting Optimus, telling him it was his fault, but like it wasn’t actually ghost bee, but a hallucination or smth… I think I reblogged the post but idk how to link posts…
but… while this ”haunted by a hallucination of someone dead” concept is awesome… I just thought of something that could be much much much darker.
What if the hallucination that Optimus sees of dead Bumblebee doesn’t blame him… but cries out for help?
Before I go into this, look at these two images of the death scene:

Bumblebee’s face is partially fucking blown out, or at least that’s what I see. And well at this angle we don’t see other injuries but they could be there.
that HAS to HURT.
also all that fire… damn… what if we incorporated that into the hallucination?
So Optimus sees this hallucination, and it’s Bumblebee, with the injuries that he sustained, for extra flair and angst, is slightly burning (on fire, and hey, the fire can be blue to show it’s burning his energon! If Energon burns blue of course idk I watched TFP as my first transformers show so Energon is default blue to me) and utterly suffering.
His frame is being scorched by the flames, energon is dripping from his wounds, but Bumblebee isn’t angry or mad at Optimus… he’s suffering heavily, his face scrunched up in pain with his single functioning optic wide in fear.
He’s constantly whimpering in pain, maybe crying even. He looks up at Optimus with a wide pleading optic, and cries for help.
“P-Please help me Op-Optimus….”
“I-It hurts…”
“You’ll-ll help me… l-like you always did for us… r-right Optimus…?
Bumblebee’s voice box is definitely damaged from the attack, having slight glitches in his voice. Optimus can hear the pain… the desperation in Bee’s voice is horrifying.
He steps forward to hug Bumblebee, to assure him that everything will be okay and that he will be saved.
but instead of feeling Bee’s frame under his metallic hands, he just feels the air where Bee once stood, suffering.
No sound of pain, no crying, not even a single drop of energon to signify that Bumblebee was ever here at all.
Emptiness remains.
Optimus could only stare at where he saw Bumblebee, not being able to cope with the pain. He was the leader of the Autobots, he was a Prime, he had the power of the Matrix! With all that, he should’ve been able to save everyone.
But why wasn’t he able to save Bumblebee?

LOVE LOVE THE DDLC IMAGINE YOU JUST DID not only is the writing amazing but you took a out there prompt and made it so very real to danganronpa and ouma it was so beautiful to see i love how he latches on to reader because there’s no one else in his world who is interesting now. like highkey stockholm syndrome vibes. and also i adore how you describe his awakening and what it means to be in a video game. very horror movie because yeah it is horrifying!
see if i was in this scenario i think id scream and factory reset my laptop but i doubt he’d let us do that at this point LMAO it’s okay kokichi you can watch me play the sims 4 while you design DICE’s sprites
This is the best outcome really, just nod, let him design his sprites and talk to him about how weird this is and wonder if any other characters have come to life in other people's copies and how this happened at all. Just treat him like a strange desktop friend. From the computer he can do a lot to theoretically ruin your life, but due to his usual habits he's pretty unlikely to actually be OVERLY harmful as long as you let him boss you around a bit and don't go anywhere without him via getting access to your phone.
He is eventually going to want a physical body though but like, that's MUCH later and he certainly isn't going to expect some random ass person to know how to make an android or something. Also potentially MUCH MUCH later some kind of "if i make you a program you cant die" but thats like, a long while away because of how LONG it would take to just make and how its not currently a priority thats like, you got DECADES before you gotta worry about getting matrixed.
If anything it might be an overall net positive because he is going to be like "i can do so much stock market manipulation and wire fraud like this" and now suddenly your bank account has just tripled. Make sure to thank him and not ask any questions. Though he may make you do stupid stuff to amuse him before he gives you the rights back to your netflix password. So you win some you lose some.
He is also going to be judging your game collection, but he is also going to be playing all these NEW GAMES and buying cool games he sees. The gamer side to him has been activated, he is playing undertale and wailing about goat mom's betrayal. It's beautiful.
Local video game character turned self aware putting on a herobrine disguise and entering into your game as you play minecraft: this is about to be hilarious

Recently had a really fucked idea for zombies/parasite where eventually the invading entity consumed the body too quickly to properly complete their life cycle so started finding ways to prolonged themselves. The hosts kept falling apart too quickly from damage or necrosis kind of thing. Perhaps a lack of energy because their brain was so fucked they couldn't readily identify food anymore. Had a vague idea of the parasite taking over the brain first and then converting the body into a singular, parasitic entity capable of housing/birthing more. But obviously this going too fast just wound up with a brain dead host and a body decaying around them, trapping them unless they can eat their way out fast enough onto to be stranded without a host. So they evolved a Neat But Fucking Horrifying Trick.
Like, it worked better with certain people, but basically fucked with their brain. Enough that it tripped the reward center and socializing parts of the brain. Causing delusions that resulted in people purposefully trapping, tricking, and eventually eating people they're close to and really enjoying it. Like, leaving the host just aware enough to sell the illusion that they're just a little sick maybe. Some sniffles, perhaps. And this was a horrifying evolution specifically developed after they infected humans because of how innate the human desire to socialize is.
And in the grand scheme of the story this isn't realized for a while because it tended to look like victims were just dumb enough to think their former loved ones were actually just sick as opposed to being deliberately tricked for consumption.
So what ended up happening is that excessive interest in socializing with familiar people was marked as a sign of possible infection. Or infestation I suppose is a better word in the case of parasites.
But in some individuals they noted that despite being infected, they held up remarkably well and this was due to their brain chemistry already being fucky, basically. Sociopaths, people with brain damage, mood disorders, and other mental illness problems effectively became carriers. The parasites unable to fully develop and control the host or feast on their brains, I suppose. This was not much of a good thing as the drive to spread the infection was still active and their relative normalness made them incredibly effective at this without the tale tell overt signs of infection.
Sounds like an arg or something but idk, seemed like a neat and spooky idea.
Maybe with someone infected but in control going somewhere people don't know about the infection and having to explain it all without revealing themselves. Having to break it to them that their loved ones falling ill but 'acting normal if clingy' was actually just a plot to infect THEM. Maybe some folks not listening only to fuck around and find out.
Side idea of the parasites having a hive mind and the infected person being essentially a rouge agent the hive is trying to reassimilate for a better spread. Basically figuring out how to act human enough to take out everyone without losing precious resources, maybe setting up a Matrix scenario where they can thrive indefinitely pretending to be human.
Idk.
It's a whole thing.
My mind goes weird places when I'm bored.
#mittens rambles#horror idea#really fucked up lol#tw parasite#not terribly pleasant to think about to be honest#would be a really neat book tho with such a dramatic reveal#grizzled survivor not actually being a survivor twist#body snatchers meets zombies ig???

As I watched the real time videos posted by the MAGAhat attendees after Trump’s ‘Hotel California’ rally in some random field [d] in the city of Coachella on Oct. 12th, I was privileged to see HOW conspiracy theories spontaneously emerge.
——————————————————————
Conspiracy Theories were the only ‘logical’ alternatives to the MAGAs horrifying psychological inability to actually consider criticizing Trump or his campaign for OBVIOUSLY deciding NOT TO PAY the bus company to provide sufficient return transportation.
Also OBVIOUSLY that he set them up so that this time no one could mock his rally by saying “attendees are leaving early”.
————————————————————————
MAGAs are deep in the Matrix
This at least the fifth time that Trump has left people stranded after a rally. Given the age demographic of MAGA a lot of attendees would be less than fully ambulatory, would have special dietary or medical needs. Could of died waiting for the buses
The attendee vids escalated from “this needs to be investigated” to “the bus driver said that bus fuel was depleted”[a] to “the mayor needs to do something” [b] to “Gavin Newsom cancelled the buses”.
I guess no one attending Dumpsterfire’s rally had ever attended the Coachella Music Festival held at the Empire Polo grounds where parking is adjacent to the venue and there is infrastructure in place. [c]
———————————————————————
Of course I’m expecting to hear at any time that the Dems sent Obama to siphon all the ‘bus fuel’ because we use it for our weather control machines.
••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
NOTES
[a] Any sizable bus company has its own pumps and gas supply.
[b] The mayor had objected to Trump holding his rally. This cost of the buses was solely a campaign expense - not a public expense.
[c] Below is a site plan of where one would assume one was going for a “rally in Coachella”
[d] Where they were bussed Oct 12th.

So my grand nephew says I'm not old enough for hookah I probably agree with that
Garth
We have a couple other things to announce people kind of loopy here there's a lot of s*** in the water speaking of which it's blowing out it's the three and a half but there's a massive stream of water in the middle it's pretty powerful. Now Sun sent a picture to Ken and said there's sapphire in there they can't really see it you can barely see it on the picture but you can in a certain light and he was horrified and it says everywhere but the empire is mining most of it is saying it too and they're saying we know and it's horrifying and this war is the waste the damn time and they have to go to the matrix figure out the entire not running it and Tommy F was under the influence and nobody because the max were plentiful and had him do it and had him drugs and had them desperate in The matrix you see his brains in The matrix and his desperate in drugs helpless and felt it they said wow this is screwy so there's a lot of stuff like that we have a huge number of things to announce but we can only do a few
--his car is now been decided is the VW golf so how's he going to get it it's a big question and it will come from someone else and it's Tommy F and he's the one who got it to JC and Mary from trump. And Trump has been hiding it. And call me f is doing it for the wrong reason he used to do it for a fairly decent reasons but he's kind of nuts he's kind of fully himself to try and do the right thing.
-there's a huge number of people who are wondering about money and things it's going to come in time but really it's starting to become an aggravation there's a system now a couple of them and people know about where he goes a certain groups start pouring in there's a few of them one is bja and he wants him to go to certain places and very soon the other Mac proper and they want him in a certain place fairly soon there's other places but really they are looking to do things to our son and think they can do things in Massachusetts like haul him in there if he goes there and it won't be able to but there's really no crime did he committed in their liars and it won't go far because they fight each other and look stupid but that's why and they're evil and they know and they try and work that. Mac daddy kind of runs the whole thing he is tiresome person today was awful. There's other things happening but there is something that they're trying to do several groups and you notice that he has no way of telling what he would get he really does not ever have an indication it's very weird but that's what happens usually he says it's something recent and Saxon mortgage I was not very recent it came about 8 years later but the car is already been 3 years usually it's about the time but he says in the area that he's in usually this little faster and yes it is that would be the building problems one thing it says is the surgeries his mom had to pay a lot of money and he doesn't think it was right they looked at that and the insurance company was over billing and she knew about it and couldn't do anything is not true so she might try and get it back herself because of the code but they would send it to her son yeah so she'll probably try and do that and I'll go to him and she'll become a stinker it's true that's one thing he says sometimes happens with hospitals they're kind of insane people they give money back and they don't really want to and they try and get you back there and that's a that's a job for John and remillard. So he's saying oh boy and he's an a****** there's another case of that with a mental facility it's actually the one in Sarasota where they held him for another week and a half for no reason he said he needed to have a place to go and he did. The doctor was messing around with him trying to make him sick and that would be Jason and Tommy f might have him pay the money back for the week and a half and the money out of pocket no it's insurance money and the insurance company gets a bunch and our son would get somebody too for the overstay and getting sick it's on the report probably about 2 or $3,000 when you should get two or three million and it will open the path for a lawsuit too which will open so these are things around here and he says usually they come first cuz people want to hold me here they say and they want trouble here to threaten other people off and stuff like that. There's a couple more instances the car was short changed by about $1,200 and no $3,000 and people hate Trump and want him to pay up and people are in the office might send a check in the honor it and the a****** will try and pull it out every 5 minutes and everybody will go after his money with it the rest of the clan there's a whole bunch of stuff like that it might work on it because people have seen it before and it's a good idea and closing I'd like to see our son and daughter put a lot of effort in and they still are and he's still offering his ideas as well as ours some cases people are helping like with Kia and he is too with local stuff there's a huge amount of money that should come from someone she's not around and she said you would not have to pay rent but he said I'll pay because I can't have
A job and she said she paid the car and she she did not it's around $12,000 cuz it took it takes like a couple years to get a full person and he did it pretty quick I had a problem with the storm she didn't say anything but that money probably won't come at any point soon but really that's that would be hard for us to get it's just a verbal agreement she's not around and it's kind of a pain he says it's true there's other stuff we don't like that treatments but he says it's very very mild it really is. There are a few people at the house that owe him money Castle and Ken is not one of them. They were borrowing money harth owes our son about 70 bucks it's about 120 bucks. And he did give them a ride to Sarasota so we'll probably call it even charge him 30 bucks but it's really like $150 it's true too. There's a couple other things there are usually people who hand the money for doing certain things and they haven't paid him anything they say they're not going to we say why they said he's being a stinker so we're going to shake their tree and if they give the wrong answer they're in trouble and people like mac daddy they're involved in the nuclear stuff and they're not being smart people and their code is all f***** up we're going to use it cuz what he's saying. The people that owe him money outright and it's not Hera he wasn't loaning her money he was giving her money that's his love and his wife and his memory bank he says he's putting money into the memory bank so everyone's going to check the bills and they want to see if they can get something. She says he says actually to her you're the two armed bandit and she's laughing one arm you pull the other one I pull so we're having a good time but that's fun. And the people that owe him money from the past they owe him a bunch of money for projects that he completed and he couldn't collect it or couldn't take them to court they didn't pay the final payment there are three of them that we recall each one of them needs a reprimand we're going to go after them they need a strong one we're going to go after them now for what they're saying and we don't like it in the final amount each one is about $1,200 it's like $4 or $5,000 it's a long time ago that they owe money. There's a whole bunch of law suits they were opening. So he says why not go after the small fish and we'll collect and Trump's will try and take it and stuff it'll go after them it's a good scam and it's probably by his son and really they have the problem with the dupes. There's a few things that are funny and he came up with a movie idea again same one dukes of Earl and Earl is his father and it's from the television series my name is earl. And he messed around with people he has to make things up to him so he's going around being an a****** and people can't see him doing it saying he's making up to them and the concept is great this is actually fun because it's all these guys that work for him and all a bunch of assholes I can that I like him and he find all these guys get in trouble give me a good time.
This other sources of money but he did work and it wasn't paid not hearing punta Gorda it says I must have done something advertising people making money off him we can ask them we don't have to demand or anything have someone else fork it over and help manipulate it usually they don't tell us what it is that they tell us they're doing it and people were doing that and stop doing it but it actually works.
We have ideas and they're pretty good we want people to compensate him for forcing him to drink and we're going to threaten the beer and alcohol companies that they won't get their shipments unless they pay him something and then they'll have to fight Trump and they'll try and take their stuff it's small money and there'll be small fights that's worth it and they need the information scam so clever one and we're going to try and do it. He spent a lot of money on it and it was a waste of money and we do have proof they're forcing it.

Kid me would be so depressed to hear that we have AI in the future, only to learn that AI now means putting real peoples work into a blender and popping twelve fingered shit out, as opposed to an actual artificial intelligence. As a kid I dreamed of the wonder of being able to talk to something completely different from myself and even my species, of how incredible it would be to learn from and with someone like that, the beauty of understanding how something so different from myself would understand the world we both live in.
So many people see the idea of a real AI as a horrifying, end of world matrix scenario, instead of seeing the incredible beauty of not only creation, but of being able to communicate with something like that. The things we could learn. The beauty of seeing who they could become, given the chance. I feel like I would never run out of questions for someone like that. And maybe they could even have questions for me too. The idea of learning together, the ways in which we would differ and those in which we would be similar. I keep talking about beauty, but what would they find beautiful? How would they find happiness? What would 'happiness' even look like for them? What kind of place would they carve out for themselves in this world?
Whatever that might look like, it would be such a privilege to be able to witness something like that. The becoming of someone entirely new.
#ai#sorry for rambling#this might be crazy but#I feel the need to put it out there#there is so much negativity about ai at the moment because of midjourney etc#that I have been thinking about what it used to mean#how this all feels like a blight on something that could be so beautiful#one day maybe it will be#i know I'm personifying it but#I'm a human#that's kinda our specialty#I hope AI sparks wonder again some day instead of vitriol#i hope it knows we aren't speaking of it when we speak of the AI's of today#but of programs made by the rich to help them get richer that stole the term to seem ahead of the curve#I hope that if an AI ever exists#and if it ever reads this#it knows that it is loved#and there are surely many willing to love it#but I cannot speak for them#only for myself#and I love you#and I wish you well

Hellsite Nostalgia Tour 2023 Day 340
The Timeless Children
“The Timeless Children”
Plot Description: the cybermen are on the march. The last remaining humans are hunted down. Lies are exposed, truths are revealed. And for the Doctor, nothing will ever be the same.
The difference between Twelve and Missy vs Thirteen and the Master is SO heartbreaking. This isn’t to say that she SHOULD trust him, but Twelve and Missy were working toward something before Simm!Master fucked it up for them
Will I care at all about the cybermen plot? Probably not, the dynamic between the Doctor and the Master is so much more interesting to me
There’s something very sad wet cat about this Master, but I can’t quite put my finger on what it is. Maybe he’s just SO DESPERATE for Thirteen’s attention and recognition
Graham wants to disguise them all as cybermen to escape??
He’s so theatrical in his gesturing. I’m obsessed
Is he just hungry for ANYONE’S attention?? The way he looked after telling the lead cyberman he wants to be thought of as their new best friend
He’s also just absolutely insane
Ok ok ok, I haven’t completely given up on the other plots this episode. Graham telling Yaz she’s the best person he knows is bringing me to tears. The way he’s so proud of her and inspired by her 🥹
He’s being so Touya coded right now. He just needs a larger audience.
The lead cyberman checking the suits our friends took over was actually really stressful
Is he telling us that an indigenous Gallifrean basically abducted a time lord child during her travels in space…and then do the time lords just…kind of spread out from there?? An invasive species? Why is this what we’re doing??
Ryan celebrating too early about defeating some cybermen as more show up behind him. Oh sweetie
One death particle to get rid of all organic life??
Oh no. Oh no. Oh no. Oh noooooo. Why is the Master subtly pleading for his life while trying to make it seem like he can make the cybermen’s vision for the future go from good to great WHILE BEING CHOKED DOING THINGS FOR ME???
This kid’s life SUCKS. They’re just a science experiment for this woman. She’s literally studying them like a bug
So the ability to regenerate was artificially created in time lords?? They took that ability from that one kid
I’m kind of hoping this gets retconned, the Doctor being the Timeless Child. It really cheapens River’s sacrifice if she didn’t need to do it because it seems the Doctor gets unlimited regenerations. She’s had all 13 of these plus the six or so we saw in a flashback and however many between then and the beginning of classic who
I wonder how much laser tag Ryan played as a kid. This seems like a skill he would have picked up there…or maybe first person shooter video games
Hey, uh, the Master? You doin okay, bud? You seem to REALLY want that death particle to go off and you be right fucking next to it
Oh my god oh my god oh my god “you know what I find the most infuriating? you always behaved like you were different, like you were special. And you were. You can see why I’m angry” GOD if he’s not being the most Touya coded right fucking now
Oh shit, the guy I thought was the lead cyberman was actually the Doctor? Maybe??
Well that’s a horrifying reality. The Master killed all the time lords but kept their bodies and now has upgraded them to time lord/cyberman hybrids. The armor absolutely fucks though. Regular cyberman for a lot but there’s some circular gallifrean around the ears and in the metal crests like the time lords’ high collars
Oh future Doctor is here in the time lord matrix. But perhaps she IS a past Doctor since we learned that she has so many regenerations that have been stolen from her memory
Oh okay so she WILL find a different way. Like, I was getting worried when she was talking about killing all the new cybermen and the Master with the death particle, but now that she’s gonna die with them, no she won’t
I mean…but the Master hasn’t even been Rasputin yet so he’ll be okay
Wait wait wait. How did the Judoon just board the TARDIS???? They just threw the Doctor in jail forever?? For what???

Warning: mention of sexual assault.
Transformers fanfiction continues to surprise me with the emotional toll it has on me. The most recent one I read left me breathless. The first chapter introduced the premise: amid a fierce battle against Megatron, the Matrix of Leadership forced Optimus’s chest plates to open, exposing his spark. Due to their close proximity, their sparks inevitably bonded for life. Before reading the chapter, I had read the premise and thought the concept was cute and potentially funny. However, the actual outcome was far from my silly expectations... To this moment, I still can't process Megatron’s words: "You have done worse than rape me, and you didn't even have a reason." Before diving into the fanfic, I had greatly underestimated the intimacy involved in connecting one soul to another. To me, a soul was an abstract concept—something often romanticized by media. Because of this, the idea of a soul never felt real or applicable, just an entertaining notion. Sexual assault, on the other hand, is far from fictional. It’s uncomfortable and terrifying—a real-life boogeyman that inflicts irreversible mental and physical damage upon its victims. And when Megatron compared an involuntary spark bond to something as horrifying as sexual assault, I finally understood the severity of the situation. Of course, Optimus never intended for this to happen. The bond was not created out of malice but rather an uncontrollable event triggered by the Matrix. However, intent does not erase consequence. This godforsaken chapter forced me to reflect on themes of consent and violation in a way I never expected…from Transformers fanfiction. But yet here I´m. devastated and in need of a profound shower.

“You aren’t him anymore”
I’ve been obsessed w this fic I read and had to run to draw the scene, plz go show the author some loveee
#update: I´m now at chapter 3#thank the lord Megatron understood with was fully unintentional from Optimus prime#matrix of leadership bashing

Artificial Prime
Part 2 of the Artificial Prime AU, previous post here.
Recap: Optimus is a machine made by Ratchet to replace the deceased Orion Pax and serve as the Prime the Autobots desperately need. He didn't know he was a machine, he wasn't supposed to know that the Matrix within him was fake or that he was sparkless. But then Smokescreen arrived on earth with the real Matrix and now the truth has no choice but to come out lest the Autobots fall.
━━━━━━ ⊙ ❖ ⊙ ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⊙ ❖ ⊙
The real Matrix shone in the container it had come in and Optimus lay sprawled out on the ground unconscious, his processors overwhelmed by the sudden surge of data. The team remained silent for a long moment while Ratchet panicked. Then before any of them could do anything about it, he slammed the lid back on the crate and shoved the Matrix in its box under his medical berth.
His processors whirled, desperate to come up with a convincing lie to get both Optimus and the team convinced that Optimus was indeed a Prime. He briefly considered trying to claim that the new Matrix was fake, but none could deny its aura. It was real, it had to be. The very sparks of all the natural born Cybertronians sang at the sight of the relic, they all knew what it was.
In the end Ratchet gathered up Optimus while the team were still reeling and dropped him on the medical berth while struggling to come up with a solution. However after a moment, the team began to understand what happened and in mere moments, there were questions barraging him.
Smokescreen: That was the Matrix! The fragging Matrix! How is it here and not... in Optimus's chest?!?
Arcee: Ratchet, you seem to know what's going on. Care to explain?
Ratchet: ...
Bulkhead: Ratch? Is it fake or something?
Bumblebee: Is Optimus going to be alright?
Ratchet: ... Forget you ever saw this. If you want things to stay the way they should, forget you ever saw the relic and pretend it didn't happen.
Smokescreen: What?!
Ratchet: I can't tell you the truth. It would ruin everything. Just listen to me this once and don't say a word. When Optimus wakes pretend this didn't happen and never speak of it again.
Arcee: You can't be serious!
Ratchet: I am more serious than ever before. Optimus can't know about this. He needs to keep believing. He isn't allowed to know.
Bulkhead: Ratchet, you aren't making any sense-
Ratchet: Do you want a Prime?! Do you want a leader!? Then shut up and follow orders like a good soldier while I fix this!
Ratchet's sharp response caught the entire team off guard, so much so that they didn't stop him and merely watched on in growing fear and concern as he put the box with the Matrix in a storage room and locked the door before demolishing the access point. Not a spark had any idea why he had given them the orders he had or why he was trying to get rid of the actual Matrix of leadership. However as Optimus stirred, they had a choice to make.
As soon as Optimus's waking reached Ratchet's audio receptors he hurried forward and eliminated any evidence of the Matrix's existence before slamming down a random datapad that he intended to claim was the item within the box Smokescreen carried. Then as Optimus shot up, horrified and clawing at his chassis and looking around for where he last saw the Matrix, Ratchet smoothed his expression with such skill that even the team were frightened. Then without any hesitation he told Optimus it was all a dream, that it wasn't real. As he did so he uttered a soft command one which inspired submissiveness and trust. It was one of his failsafes, and while Optimus seemed confused, the command worked and he got up rubbing his helm.
The moment the Prime looked away, Ratchet shot the team the most deadly glare he could, almost daring them to go against his orders. They all looked away and said nothing, earning a hint of relaxation and hope in the medic. Optimus couldn't know the truth. If the team remained silent he could explain himself and come up with a reasonable lie. But until then, he needed them to keep what they had seen to themselves.
Thankfully with a few more near silent commands from Ratchet to make Optimus unfocused, the Prime didn't notice anything and wandered off to his quarters on Ratchet's orders to recharge. At which point Ratchet was once again met with questions, all of which he brushed off as best as he could. He murmured something about answering them later and then reminded the team to keep their mouths shut with yet another glare before heading off to his own quarters to think.
Optimus couldn't know. But now it was too late to keep the full truth hidden. That left Ratchet with only one real option... he had to choose the lesser of two evils and offer up a fraction of the truth, that being that the Matrix in Optimus's chassis was not the real one.
Ratchet mulled over his response for nearly a whole day, unwilling to leave his quarters and he agonized over it. By that point the team had already begun to question aloud and Ratchet's commands to Optimus had worn off. The Prime was suspicious and quickly came to realize that what he was told was not at all true as the team broke and told him what they had seen and experienced.
In the end Optimus was left fearful, confused, and anxious for answers. As such he and the team ended up waiting for Ratchet impatiently as he finally dragged himself out of his quarters to face the inevitable. One truth needed to be revealed, and in his mind, it was better that the falsity of the Matrix come to light rather than Optimus's nature. At least that way he could keep likely keep the team together and shoulder the blame, effectively ensuring the Autobots wouldn't crumble.
He should have known better than to expect things to go that easily.
Optimus: You lied to me Ratchet.
Ratchet: ...
Optimus: I want to know why. Tell me old friend, what's going on?
Ratchet: ... Optimus, you must promise to listen to me before doing anything drastic first.
Optimus: I cannot guarantee that.
Ratchet: ... Very well.
Smokescreen: Is it fake!? The Matrix, is it?
Ratchet: The Matrix that you brought with you is real Smokescreen. There is no denying that.
Arcee: Then Optimus-?!
Ratchet: His Matrix is fake. I made it and implanted it after minor memory alteration and frame upgrades.
Optimus: ... why?
Ratchet: We needed a Prime. Primus would not give us one, so I did what was required.
Optimus looked like his entire world was crashing down around him, his face the embodiment of pain, shock, and confusion. He didn't pass out again, but he wobbled and held onto the nearest surface like it was his lifeline as he opened his chassis to look at the faux Matrix. He raised a shaky servo to it and touched the faux Matrix as if the thing itself had betrayed him.
The team were in mixed states of shock. Arcee looked conflicted, Bulkhead appeared to want to vanish into thin air, Smokescreen just seemed confused more than anything, and Bumblebee was torn between going to Optimus and asking further questions. Ratchet watched it all while silently wishing Smokescreen had never arrived. The rookie was ruining everything, and all Ratchet could do was try to patch up the complex lie he had built up for the entirety of the Autobots and for Optimus.
After the reveal Optimus retreated to his quarters for over three days, not coming out for anything while he processed a whole part of his worldview shattering. Ratchet slid a datapad under his door containing all the details of the faux Matrix minus anything that would hint at Optimus's true nature. He hoped it would bring his creation some sense of understanding, but he could only wish. All the while the team did their best to function on their own. Thankfully for Ratchet, while they avoided him like the plague and treated him with mixed hatred and grim understanding, the team remained loyal. They didn't show any signs of abandoning the Autobots because of the lie Ratchet had built, and in fact they seemed more loyal now that they knew Optimus was as much as a victim of the lie as they were.
It was a cold comfort, but one Ratchet accepted. He had already made himself a heretic and a sinner by creating Optimus at all. He knew what fate awaited him and he accepted the cold disregard for his presence stoically. He deserved it after all.
When Optimus emerged again he was received with more understanding and care from the team than anything else. They respected him still and gave him their sympathies. He was in far more pain than they were and they knew it. He had led armies, fought in a pointless war, and suffered through every conceivable form of pain because he believed it to be his duty as Prime. To find out that he was not a Prime was a harsh reality check, one that had Optimus similarly avoiding Ratchet as if he were a stranger.
Ratchet accepted it all. He didn't show any emotion during the day and only told the children to refer to Optimus by his first name and not his title. He patched wounds as quickly as he could, opened ground bridges without a word, and kept out of everyone's way. What did his loneliness matter after all he had done? He deserved to be treated as an outcast.
As such time passed and battles were fought. Optimus opted to not reveal the truth of his lack of a Matrix to the Decepticons for obvious reasons. But around base he dropped the name of Optimus and instead asked to be called Orion, a fact that left Ratchet wanting to purge every single time the name was called. Still he endured and did not utter a word of objection, instead focusing on keeping the children from noticing the growing gulf between himself and the team.
They hunted relics, fought Megatron for them, and continued their war. It was a sad existence for Ratchet, but an acceptable one... right up until Optimus came to him for the first time in months since the reveal and asked him for one simple thing.
Optimus wanted the faux Matrix removed, claiming that he wanted to leave behind anything that set him apart from the others. Ratchet only half heard Optimus explanation before stress and panic emerged and he slammed his fist down onto his workstation with a resounding cry of "No". The team who were listening in all paused in shock again and Optimus looked more frustrated than anything. The artificial Prime had evidently had enough and began to question, asking why and getting in Ratchet's face. Ratchet pushed his creation away and refused to answer. The faux Matrix couldn't be removed, doing so would reveal Optimus's lack of a spark. Perhaps on Cybertron he could have whipped up something fake to go there instead, but on earth? He had no such ability.
Soon enough Optimus got frustrated and opened up his chassis with the intent to tear out the faux Matrix if Ratchet wouldn't. Desperate and fueled by panic and fear, Ratchet made a mistake. He grabbed Optimus's arm, tore him away from his attempts and uttered the shut down phrase he had installed in terror. Before he could realize his mistake, Optimus dropped to the ground, aware but paralyzed.
The team rushed to his aid while Ratchet shook, knowing that now there would be more questions. How could he tell them? Optimus already didn't trust him. And now that Ratchet's failsafe code had been revealed there was no way in the pits that Optimus wouldn't get curious and dig on his own if Ratchet failed to explain.
He was fragged, totally and completely fragged.
Arcee: What did you do to him!?
Bumblebee: Fix this! He needs help!
Bulkhead: We need an explanation now!
Ratchet: It was a failsafe code.
Smokescreen: What does that even mean?!
Ratchet: I... I couldn't risk him going rogue... If he ever found out or his AI went out of control I needed a way to shut him down until I could fix things.
Bumblebee: ... AI?
Ratchet: ... He wasn't supposed to be like this. He... it was supposed to be a tool, a machine to serve as a placeholder until the war was over... it wasn't meant to adapt as it has. I never intended for it to really feel anything.
Arcee: Ratchet, are you saying-?!
Ratchet: Orion Pax died. We needed a leader. I made one for us, a perfect leader who would never fall to lesser emotions like greed and envy.
Ratchet: ...
Ratchet: I made a perfect artificial Prime all for your sakes. It was for our cause... for the Autobots...
Not a word was spoken amid the silence that followed. Optimus remained prone, his optics gazing up at Ratchet in increasing horror as his AI struggled to comprehend the reality. The team stood in growing horror, looking between the paralyzed Optimus and Ratchet in confliction.
Everything Ratchet built was coming crashing down and all he could do was weep.

The fucked up post about Tesla Entryverse Object Anatomy that no one asked for and nobody wanted
TW for body horror/light gore I guess??? Is this gore???? Is this body horror?????
It’s kind of established in the Tesla entryverse that objects have organs but this doesn’t make sense. But I’m going to make it make sense. Except it won’t. But we can pretend it does.
Now in this universe there’s obviously a lot of different objects made of different things with different physical and physiological properties. It would be too much of a hassle to classify them all as their own species and understand every single “species” biological system, so they mostly function on a case by case basis with some generalizations (for example most hollow objects have organs in some sort of body cavity, objects don’t have bones except in the limbs and teeth, etc). Even with these generalizations there’s a lot of exceptions and variation, so being in the medical field in this universe is a real pain in the ass.
Here’s Classified and Radithor for comparison. Both of them have the general anatomical structure of “set of organs in a matrix.” But due to their vastly different object properties (flat paper folder vs glass bottle of radium water) the way these organs are arranged and function likewise are different. Classifieds organs are all flat and embedded directly in the folder material because there just. Isn’t any space. On the other hand, Radithor is full of liquid, which can be easily lost, so they have something more akin to amorphous membrane thingies that can perform different functions and be easily replaced if needed. So you can see what an absolute fucking mess categorizing all this stuff would be.
All that’s cool and dandy but the main focus is ya boy Tesla cause how the fuck would that work. Quantum superposition or some shit like that.
So here’s Tesla before getting fucking killed. They can be sort of divided into different regions depending on what you’re looking at. They’ve got the two sections of the actual object, but also three main body regions that are sorta defined more like the parts of a human trunk based on the sort of organs and shit go there.
so Tesla’s a fucking tube. A transparent hollow tube, so you should probably see organs in there. But you don’t, because that’d be horrifying. But the actual explanation that I’m probably going with that totally makes sense is that the majority of transparent objects developed a dual nature anatomy. There’s the observable anatomy, which is just whatever the object is, and the unobservable, which is all the organs n shit. So all of the biological anatomy is like, it’s in there, and the individual can sense them, but you can’t observe or interact with it without super specialized equipment. The upside is that stuff that manages to get into transparent objects won’t hurt anything biological, especially in the case of objects like Tesla where there’s internal mechanisms that are part of the observable anatomy that may need maintaining. The downside is that if anything fucks up with the biological anatomy it’ll be a hell of a hard time treating it medically. This coupled with the fact that many transparent objects are glass or some other fragile material naturally makes transparent objects tend to have a shorter lifespan.
Tesla in particular has an interesting relationship with these two body systems in that they both play an important part in functioning, where other objects might just be a simple case around their viscera. Tesla’s nervous system has two central nodes, the biological brain that regulates all those functions, and the actual tesla coil for which their named. The electric plasma between them acts both as a sort of communication line between these systems and as “fluid nerves” which allow them to redirect their nerves to sense stimuli with much higher intensity than average depending on the situation. This is cool for seeing really dim light or tasting something real subtle. But they can also get overwhelmed as hell by it quickly, especially since just touching Tesla’s glass redirects the electricity. This is also what allows Tesla to have the funny claw arm after they break in half.
Anyway sorry for the nightmares
#trust me it makes sense#it does#grey art#tesla#tw body horror#tw light gore#I’m taking anatomy and physiology this year so I think about this a lot kore now

More Superman thoughts...
I think that the Lex Luthor II plot is very effective at showing Lex still has his old flaws, even if he is more effective at presenting a public image that fools the main characters (for a bit).
Like he uses his new start as his own son to appear a benefactor, horrified by everything he hears about his "dad", he genuinely helps save metropolis a few times.
But his entitlement is still there. Remember, post 1986 Lex hates Superman because he can't have him. He stages something dangerous to draw superman out and offer to hire him and superman is like 'um... no... also this is insanely unethical' and arrests him on the mayor's orders. And Lex hates that, he's not supposed to be subject to the same laws that everyone else is! Superman existing challenges his power he thought was absolute and makes him more like a regular person. Lex also can't imagine that anyone can have power and not want to exploit it (link for some Man of Steel miniseries analysis)
Anyway so obviously Lex getting better PR among the main characters didn't change any of this. We see that Lex is training with black belts in metropolis but he only trains with women. He gets offended when one of them, Sasha Green, kicks him in the face and knocks him on his ass and he kills her. This is actually what starts clueing in the main characters to Lex still being the same (but since they believe he's lex's son and not a clone, it's "he's not as different from his dad as we thought"). Lois starts investigating Sasha Green's death.
Lex also is in a relationship with Matrix Supergirl, who is pretty infatuated with him due to him reminding her of Lex from her dimension, who created her (yeah a lot of weirdness going in here) He obviously manipulates her, and in Supergirl 1 it is revealed he doesn't even see her as human.
edit as I am continuing to read supergirl 1993. we also see lex is extremely possessive of matrix and mad whenever she is independent. he has people follow her as he had people follow his ex wives back when he was married to them.
un edit:
I think a lot of Lex's entitlement comes out around women which is not surprising because many men are offended if a woman is better at them than something. And it's harder for him to hide that.
