It’s crazy how powerful a brand can grow to be, I didn’t know shit about supreme or that it even existed until i was in middle school. I would hop on their site a saw all this cool shit, but everything was always sold out & very expensive. I didn’t think I’d ever get so addicted to a fucking street wear brand.. Now you’re probably saying ‘how are you addicted to a clothing brand??’ Or most people say 'you’re not addicted, it’s not a drug’ (that’s what my mom tells me) but honestly, that exactly what it is.. and it’s sort of become a problem, at least with relationships. Ive canceled dates with girls, friends & even family because I’d rather save the $200 or $300 to spend that week on supreme… and I’m ugly so I’m in no position to be pulling shit like that lmfao. I’m not exactly addicted to the clothing, but rather the feeling of accomplishment I get when I able to buy exactly what I wanted from a certain drop. It’s amazing.

For the Fall/Winter 2016 collection, they literally brought out a Brick with a Supreme box logo.. and priced it at $30.. I went fuckin’ nuts! The fact that this brand has the power to make a fucking brick & price it at $30 and make it sell out in under 2 minutes is just INSANE. But in all honesty, till this day I still think that’s one of the best $30 I’ve ever spent. If that’s not shocking enough, they’ve also released Crowbars, Hammers, Bolt Cutters & Even a fucking fire extinguisher.. all of which I’m currently looking for but I’m not trying to spend over $150 on each of them, because I’m simply trying to collect & display them & it just wouldn’t be smart for me to have a $450 fire extinguisher just chillin’ in a glass case, at least not right now. You can get all that shit at home depot for less than $100… buuuuut, it ain’t 'Preme tho.

Primarily the reason I typed this up was because I see a lot of people hating on others or talking shit because some of us like to spend OUR money on overpriced bullshit. I can see how this can be a problem for me, but I do not see how it’s a problem for you, what do y'all care what us 'Hypebeast’s’ spend our money on? You don’t like what I buy, that’s cool keep it moving. Don’t call me an idiot because I spent X amount on certain item that I could’ve gotten for way cheaper just without the Supreme branding. TRUST ME, I am well aware of this.

All in all, I work like a fucking animal six days a week, so regardless of what any reject on any social media, blog or forum has to say, I will continue to spend a couple thousand dollars a year on Supreme. 1. BECAUSE I FUCKING CAN.. 2. Because I just simply enjoy it, if something makes you happy, remember to just do it because in life you’re gonna find way more shit you hate than shit you like.. if you have something you want to do, think positively & get it done. SIMPLE.

This is sort of a rant/informational post to clear some shit up. The first Spring/Summer 2017 drop is happening in less than a week from now, so good luck to everyone. I’ll drop a couple of pictures on what I’m looking forward to the most this season, it’s mostly accessories of course 😜 regardless, I hope y'all get what you want! Let’s get it!
