Starro sits in his silks the next morning, drinking some cold water and leaning his head back so he can survey his room upside down.

In the top right of the frame, a different flat ride appears called AtmosFear (Loopfighter, Technical Park) which is owned by the same company supplying the slingshot. Betterrides, who list S&D rides on their site also have clear footage of the slingshot. The restraint design mean it's either a Technical Park or Funtime made ride, but I could only see one cable coming from each side of the rider capsule. The capsule raises in the air before launch. I also couldn't see the springbox mechanism used on Funtimes version, though this may be out of frame. Therefore I think this is a Technical Park Ejection Seat and not a Funtime SlingShot

Technical Park have a good reputation, the the exception of their Ejection Seat. If the rider capsule has a five-point harness under the over-the-shoulder restraints (not all Ejection Seats have the harness) and the operators look like they are working diligently I would not worry for those on board. I think I'll avoid it anyway since it's an upcharge attraction I know I won't enjoy

if the company who owns a flat ride has to have a section about how safe it is on its website, uh yeah that super makes me feel comfortable
