I usually would complain about all the wank Vegeta is getting in the manga, but after the anime introduced whatever that form is, supposedly is called Super Saiyan Evolution, makes me wonder what is exactly the intentions of these forms are. Completed Super Saiyan Blue seems to be the manga equivalent of both SSBXKioKen and SSBEvolution as they seem to have the same rules and intentions with the story, Its weird because I doubt both Toei and Toyo took too many liberties for no reasons.

Toei did what they did because Vegeta was never getting UI. Period. His fanboys and fangirls were pitching a fit over the “disrespect”. This was done to throw them a bone. Frankly, it was this or have angry tirades for years on how Vegeta was disrespected, hated, etc. (And yes, even some of the VegHeads in JP can be pretty extra).“Completed” Super Saiyan Blue was done to correct serious narrative issues caused by Toyotaro arbitrarily assigning limitations to the form that would become serious issues in the coming arc. Goku and Vegeta would have to pop in and out of Blue many times, and if they simply got a weaker multiplier every time they had to do so, as well as it having a ridiculously higher stamina drain in the manga, then that would essentially mean U7 were as good as dead.
