Pairing-SmokexStack x Shy reader
MDNI
Summary-A shy, untouched girl finds herself between Smoke and Stack—two dangerous men who’ve been watching her for a while. One night, they finally make their move, promising to be gentle…but teaching her everything but soft.
A/N- Hello it’s been a while 😼
You weren’t supposed to be here.
You weren’t supposed to be sitting on Smoke’s bed between him and Stack, thighs squeezed together under your little sundress, fingers tugging at the hem nervously while they looked at you like a snack they’d been starving for.
“Tell the truth,” Smoke murmured, voice deep and quiet, like he didn’t want to scare you — but still sounded like a threat. “You wore this for us.”
Your eyes dropped to the floor. “N-no…”
Stack laughed, low and smooth. “You always lie that soft?”
You shook your head.
“You ever let a man touch you, baby?” Smoke asked, brushing his knuckles against your bare thigh.
Your voice barely came out. “Not really…”
“Not really,” Stack repeated, grinning. “That mean yes or no?”
You swallowed. “No…”
They looked at each other.
Then Smoke leaned in and kissed your neck, slow. Soft. “You scared?”
“A little.”
He smiled against your skin. “That’s alright. We’ll take our time.”
Now you were in Stacks  lap, facing Smoke, thighs shaking as they slowly touched all the places you never let anybody else touch before. You were already half-naked, your pretty little sundress bunched up around your waist, and your panties shoved to the side.
“You ever let somebody see you like this before, baby?” Smoke asked, dragging his fingers down your belly.
You shook your head.
“Nah,” Stack murmured against your ear, hands gripping your hips. “She’s too fuckin’ good for that. Ain’t that right?”
“I… I’ve never done anything like this,” you admitted.
Stack smiled like the devil. “That’s alright. We gon’ teach you.”
Stack’s hands ran up your thighs, pushing your dress up as he kissed along your collarbone.
Smoke sat in front of you, watching the way your chest rose and fell faster.
“You so pretty like this,” he whispered. “All nervous and sweet.”
“I’ve never… with two people,” you admitted, voice trembling.
“We know,” Smoke said. “You ain’t gotta do nothin’ you don’t want to.”
“But you want it, don’t you?” Stack added. “You wouldn’t be here if you didn’t.”
You hesitated. Then nodded, cheeks hot.
Smoke slipped your dress off your shoulders, slow and gentle like he was unwrapping something fragile. “Lay back for us, baby. Let us take care of you.”
You obeyed — shy, trembling — lying on your back while Smoke kissed down your stomach and Stack sat beside you, playing with your hair.
“She’s already shaking,” Stack murmured, brushing your lip with his thumb. “You ever had your pussy licked before, sweetheart?”
You looked up at him wide-eyed. “No…”
Smoke grinned from between your legs. “You ‘bout to.”
“You wanna be a good girl for us?” he asked softly.
You nodded.
“Then let me taste it.”
He leaned in and kissed your inner thigh—soft at first, then open-mouthed, hot. His tongue licked the string of slick that had soaked your panties.
You whimpered and tried to close your legs.
Stack held them wide. “Uh-uh. Let him eat it. You owe us that much.”
His tongue slid up between your folds, slow and warm, making you jolt.
You gasped. “Oh—”
Stack hushed you, hand stroking down your chest. “It’s alright, baby. Just relax. Let him taste it.”
Smoke groaned into you. “She sweet as hell. All this for me?”
He spit on your clit and rubbed it in with his tongue. It was wet, messy, loud — and so much.
Your hips jerked. You moaned, embarrassed, but couldn’t stop it.
already pressing his tongue to your clit. “You walk around all cute and quiet like you don’t know what you do to us. Been wantin’ to ruin this pussy for months.”
He moaned into you, eating you like he needed it, tongue lapping at your folds, fingers rubbing slow circles right where it hurt. You started shaking fast, overwhelmed, hips jerking.
Stack held you still and just watched. Watched Smoke drag his tongue all the way up and spit on your pussy again before going back down for more.
 “You cummin’, baby?”
“I— I think I’m gonna—oh my god—”
“Cum on his tongue,” he ordered. “Let him taste it.”
You fell apart right there, legs trembling, toes curled, crying out. Smoke didn’t stop. Didn’t even slow down.
“I-I can’t—it’s too much—”
“Yes you can,” Stack whispered, cupping your cheek. “Be a good girl and let it happen.”
You came hard again, thighs clamping around Smoke’s head, eyes squeezing shut. He just licked you through your orgasm until your whole body went limp.
They flipped you over gently, laying you on your stomach with your hips lifted just enough.
“Still want it?” Smoke asked from behind, tip of his dick dragging between your folds.
You nodded fast. “Please…”
“Good girl,” he growled, pushing in slow.
You gasped. It was thick. Stretching you in ways you never felt before.
“Breathe,” Stack whispered, holding your hand. “You takin’ it so well.”
Smoke was deep inside you, groaning low, hands on your hips like he couldn’t help himself.
“This pussy so fuckin’ tight,” he muttered. “She grippin’ me like she was made for it.”
He started to move, slow but deep, letting you feel everything.
Your little cries made him fuck you harder.
Stack leaned down to kiss you. “That feel good, baby? You like bein’ used like this?”
You nodded, tears brimming. “I-I love it—”
“Yeah?” Smoke thrusted deeper. “Say it again.”
“I love it. I love it—please don’t stop—”
Stack stroked your hair. “You’re takin’ it, baby. You’re doin’ so good.”
“Please,” you whined. “Too sensitive—”
Stack kissed your temple. “Shh, mama. We not even halfway done.”
“You ever suck a dick before, baby?”
You looked up at him, wide-eyed. “Not… all the way.”
“Gon’ teach you.”
Smoke thrusted into you—hard, fast, deep—and you moaned around Stack’s tip as he pushed gently into your throat.
It was overwhelming. You were drooling. Shaking. But your pussy was clenching like you were starving for it.
Stack held your head with both hands, letting you breathe, praising you between every inch.
“That’s it, baby. Pretty mouth takin’ me so well.”
“Just like that. Good little thing.”
Smoke slapped your ass and growled, “She tryna milk me already.”
The sound of skin slapping, your muffled moans, and their filthy talk filled the room.
Smoke pulled out, stroking himself until he came on your back, groaning your name.
Stack kissed your cheek and whispered, “My turn next time, yeah?”
You nodded, ruined and soft and shaking.
They cleaned you up, tucked you into Smoke’s bed between them, and turned the lights down.
“Still scared?” Smoke asked.
“No…”
Stack smiled against your shoulder. “Told you we’d take care of you.”

elijah is so grown. something you’re certainly not used to. when yall argue no matter who’s right or wrong, it’s always ‘yes ma’am’. when you’re doing anything at all his hands are rubbing and caressing what he can reach.
present day
you’re in the kitchen making breakfast figuring its the least you can do to thank your boyfriend for fucking you good last night.
“g’mornin’” you greet as said boyfriend walks in before resuming your humming and omelette making. a beat passes—no response. just as you’re about to speak up again, what feels like a wall is touching your back.
you simply giggle “im almost done cooking” “thats good” he finally speaks up in a gruff-ish tone before dipping down to kiss your neck and elsewhere.
as if it wasn’t obvious that he was turned on, you feel his dick pushing against your back. “cut that stove off for a minute” he demands as he reaches around front letting his hands slip under your shirt to rubs your semi-hardened nipples.
without another word, the stove is off. he begins cupping your breast as he kisses your neck. each kiss earning a huff or whine from you.
you’re never gonna finish cooking.

💜 A Sunday Kinda Love.💜
Hey y'all!! So Sinners has temporarily pulled me out of retirement. Forgive my writing I'm a little rusty.
Parings: Stack x OC feat. Smoke x Annie.
Word count: A Lot. 😭
Warning: Just a 🤏🏽 Mary shade, protective Smoke, and Annie being perfect per usual. Pretty fluffy. It's a pretty long one shot so I'd grab a blanket and something to snack on.
A/N: I wrote and edited this on my phone so PLEASE forgive any mistakes or weird spacing. Please don't steal my picture or story. I worked really hard on this and I hope you guys love it. 🫶🏽 I'm really sensitive y'all so be kind. Please?! 🙏🏽😭
Summary: Stack is looking for love, but can he find what his brother has? The women he's interested in just aren't cutting it and he's not sure if "sweet" is quite what he's looking for yet. Or is it?
Tumblr media
Lena walked home from the market in her yellow dress and two braids laid against her scalp on a breezey April day. Spring was her favorite time of year. She loved being outside and leaving her windows open while she read her favorite books or napped. Others called her crazy for leaving her windows opened, but the breeze flowing in between her curtains was relaxing and kept her cool. Besides Lena's place was protected by her friend Annie's magic. She sometimes traded her pastries for protection. That's all Lena really wanted. No money spells and no love spells. Nothing more than protection and safety for her and her home.
It was just Lena so it wasn't that smart to leave the windows opened, but as of now she was safe living alone with nobody, but her, Annie's protection, and her baseball bat.
Lena took a seat at an empty park bench in front of a pond and put her bags down next to her. She had two chapters left in the book and she just had to finish it. The walk home was probably seven minutes away from the park and twenty from the market, but she didn't mind taking a quick reading break today.
"Aye one of these days someone is going to rock your shit and I can't help you. Stack your mouth is going to get you in trouble and so is fucking married women!" Smoke hollard at his brother as he furiously drove to his and Annie's house. His brother was definitely a ladies man, but he took it too far. A good woman was hard to find so taking one from a man that went in front of the congregation and said I do is a death sentence in his eyes. If anyone even stepped to Annie or attempted to talk to his wife he had no qualms of shooting him right then and there. He's done it before and he'll do it again.
Stack sucked his teeth as he brushed his brother off. "Ain't no nigga steppin' to me about shit. Especially not about his bitch."
His brother shot a look at him before focusing back on the road. "Keep calling them bitches especially field bitches and imma knock yo ass out myself. Our mama was a black woman in the field too so you disrespect them you disrespecting her. Another thing if they bitches why you keep fucking them and riskin' your life for some already owned pussy?"
"You preachin' this bullshit to me while you got someone to lay in bed with. Spend your nights and mornins with, cook for you, suck your dick, and live happily ever after with! What do I got, huh?!"
"Nigga I should bust you upside yo' head. You look for sex not a relationship! You look for temporary not forever. You look for those loose girls that want what you want and get mad when they get you before you can get them! I'm surprised yo dick ain't burning right now."
"Well my bad brother. Not everyone can find their forever at 15." Stack sucked his teeth as he looked at his surroundings passing by.
"Every fuckin' excuse in the mother fuckin' book."
Silence rang louder than the engine on their way home.
"I want you to find your own Annie. Not that white skinned broad either. Fucking with her will get yo black ass lynched. They don't give a fuck that she's got that one drop of nigger. She looks like them and she lives like them."
Stack shook his head. "She don't know the word no. Plus her ass can't cook. She turned her nose up to collard greens and measured her sugar for sweet tea."
They both broke the tension with a shared laugh.
Lena had finished her book and it was the perfect ending. The guy got the girl and they lived a happy life after. It was everything she wanted and more. Lena walked home with a smile and a new tune playing in her heart. She couldn't wait to get home and put some music on while she soaked in the bathtub.
As she was walking home a red Model T came zooming past her. Now Lena was a sturdy girl, but they almost knocked her over with the speed they were going. Lena collected her balance and continued walking home.
Stack's head flew back to the thick brown skinned woman in yellow walking by. He wanted Smoke to stop the car, but his brother had just lectured him about woman so he kept his mouth shut. Hopefully he would run into her when he was by himself. She was mighty fine and plenty thick and he didn't want Smoke to blow it for him.
Lena woke up to the sound of birds chirping, her fan slowly blowing, and car horns going off miles away. She stretched out her arms and sat up as she expressed her gratitude for waking up today. Hopeful for a good day Lena got up and headed to the restroom to start her day.
Stack rolled his eye and squeezed the pillow over his ears. No breakfast, no talking, no good morning just Annie's moans and a squeaky headboard. He was happy for his brother, but damn. Every morning? He wanted his own Annie. She was his brother's world. It would sometimes dawn on him that she was his other half. Sure sometimes it made him jealous because as a twin that should've his role, but that was the point of finding your soulmate and partner, right?
He got himself ready for the morning. As he was leaving the bathroom a glowing Annie walked out in a robe with his brother following behind her. He on the other hand looked like she gave him the ride of his life. Tank top was slightly ripped, lips swollen, and a bit of a limp.
Stack wanted to be jealous and mad about it, but he couldn't do anything but laugh. "She to' yo ass up!" His head dropped back with laughter as Annie tucked her head away into Elijah's neck.
Elijah wrapped his arms around his wife and shrugged with a small smile. "Worked me up an appetite. I'm starvin." He groaned into her ear before placing a slap to her ass.
Stack walked into the kitchen and shook his head. "Y'all real annoyin'."
Lena had her hair out. She noticed the aftermath of taking the braids out caused cute chunky curls to frame her face. She slipped her earrings in and put on her white sneakers. She had thrifted a cute red and white polka dotted dress that stopped above her ankles, an anklet that she made with old earrings and cute trinkets sat on her ankle. She threw on a little lipstick and rubbed her body down with some butters that she made herself. Lena grabbed her satchel, keys, and a new book that she started on last night and she headed out the door.
Lena needed to grab a few things from Grace and to return a book today to the library. Just a walk a few minutes shy of twenty minutes.
"Hey Lena!" The older gentleman a few minutes from her house greeted as he took his hat off to address the young woman. "I have some extra apples from my tree. Do you mind cooking me up a pie? I got whatever ingredients you needen to make it."
"No problem, Mr. Willie. When do you need it?" She asked never stopping her stride.
"No rush! Sunday morning after church would be perfect though."
"Throw in a few squash and a head of cabbage and I'll make you two pies. That sound good?"
"Sounds good to me. I'll drive them to your house later on today."
"I'll be back. Heading into town. Probably gonna stop by Chow's. Y'all need anything?" Stack asked as he fixed his hair and adjusted his cuff links.
"What you want for dinner tonight?" Annie asked as she handed Smoke his plate.
"Don't really matter to me long as it's meat and potatoes."
Annie shook her head with a smile. "Pot roast it is."
"With Sweet tea?"
"Anything for you Elias."
"Love you, sis!" He shouted before he headed out the door.
Lena left the library and was headed to Chow's to grab some material from Grace. Grace wanted her to make a skirt for her and Lisa this week. Lena loved working for them because they always paid well and brought her customers. The flowers in their store were from her garden. She brought some by every week. If they needed help she was usually the first person they called. If not her then it was Annie.
Lena didn't have a 9-5, but she worked just about every day. If she wasn't doing it for money it was for food or items. If someone needed help delivering a baby they called her. If someone was hurt or injured they'd usually come to her. Alterations? Flowers? Baked goods? She was the go to girl. That was also the reason many people didn't mess with her. You never bite the hand that feeds you.
"Hey, girl!" Grace greeted as she finished up with a customer.
"Hey, Lisa." Lena greeted the young girl with a smile after hugging Grace. Lisa didn't smile much, but she always smiled at and gave Lena a hug.
"Did you bring me somethin'?" She asked quietly so her mother couldn't hear.
"You already know I did." The sweet woman whispered and snuck the little girl two big chocolate chip cookies wrapped in brown parchment paper.
"Thank you!" She squealed. Her head turned towards the window and her lips perched at the sight of a tall man in red walking into her dad's shop.
"Lisa," Grace called and nudged her head towards the register. Grace walked from behind the counter and took Lena to the back.
As Stack was talking to Bo his head turned at the site of a woman with a fitted mini skirt walk in.
Bo hit his friend's shoulder and shook his head. "That's MRS. Suzette. Married to THE "one punch" Theodore."
Stack sucked his teeth. "What you do talk to Smoke? I'm just lookin'."
"That man that LOOKED at Annie got shot in the knee. These men are serious about their wives."
"You'd shoot for Grace?"
"If you even have to ask I'm not showing her enough love." Bo replied. "You need to talk to Grace's friend. She's real sweet and is a great cook."
"Ion know if I'm ready for sweet." He replied as he adjusted his collar and looked around.
It was Bo's turn to suck his teeth. "That's your problem. You keep finding someone to wet your whistle and that's it. There's more to a partner than sex. Find someone that builds you up and is there through thick and thin. Doesn't get tired of seeing your face everyday. The person you run to for comfort and vice versa. Someone you trust with your entire life. That's what Sweet gets you."
"You point her in my direction and I'll dip my tongue in it."
"Toe! The expression is toe, fool!" He playfully shoved his friend's shoulder.
Stack laughed as he placed his toothpick in his mouth.
"I'll bring these back to you by Saturday. Bye Grace. Bye Lisa."
The little girl waved as she got ready to cash out a customer.
Lena walked home with material in her bag and a few chocolates in hand. She strutted home with a tune in her head and a pep in her step.
"This girl you talking about. What she look like?" Stack asked as he picked at a few grapes that were on ice.
"She's a stacked one. Hourglass, brown eyes, and she always smells real good. She lives like 20 minutes away. She might be with Lisa now. Peak ya head in and see if she in there. She's supposed to be making them some dresses or something!" Bo shouted as Stack headed out of the door.
Stack headed across the street on a mission to see if said woman was still there. He was always allowed into the Chow's establishment, but her shop was mostly white people and it was usually frowned upon to have a black man shop with them. Stack really ain't give a damn.
"Grace, your thick friend still here?"
Grace rolled her eyes. "Who Lena?" Her eyes widened at the realization. "Hell no. You leave her alone. She's way too good for you. She's got her head on straight. She's not one of your whores." Grace put on a smile as one of her customers asked her a question. "Ten cents." She turned her head back to Stack and started pushing him out of her store. "She already left. If you see her leave her alone. Bye Stack."
Stack snatched an apple from her stand before heading back to his car.
As he was driving he took his knife out and tried to cut his apple. He looked up last minute and swerved to avoid hitting a large rock in the road causing him to cut his hand open. "Shit!" As he looked over he saw the same girl from yesterday walking in a red dress today. "Ooohwee it must be my lucky day!" He looked at his hand " Almost lucky. This can wait" and immediately stopped his car for her
Lena was almost at her house probably less than ten minutes away when she saw that same red Model T car zooming past her only this time it swerved and abruptly stopped ahead. It started to back up and she saw a man turn to her. He was very handsome. Hair was neat, had a beautiful smile, nice brown eyes, and a fancy suit. His arms filled out the jacket very nicely too. He wasn't anyone she'd ever seen before, but he was a good looking man.
"Good evenin'." Stack greeted with a nod.
"Evenin'." Lena greeted sweetly.
"Where you headed? This is the second day I've seen you walking. You must live close by, no?"
Her head cocked to the side as she tried to read him. "I might. This your second time seein' me? You ain't say nothin' to me the first time so why now? I wasn't good enough to stop for yesterday?" She teased.
He nervously chuckled his hand still bleeding. "No. My brother was actually driving and refused to stop." He reached over to open the door for her to get in.
Wary, she stepped back with hesitation. Although he was good looking she didn't know him. As soon as Lena was going to decline she noticed his hand was bleeding. "Your hand. That's a lot of blood. You need to put some pressure on it before you bleed out."
"Oh this?" He said as he lifted his hand "Naw it ain't that bad."
She hopped in and ripped an extra piece of fabric off that she had in her purse and wrapped it around his hand. "Put some pressure on it and move over." Lena hovered her body over his to get in the driver's seat as he moved underneath her.
He bit his lip and dropped his head back at the feeling of her ass brushing up against him. She was too focused on getting him bandaged up that she didn't even notice.
Lena hadn't driven in over a year, but she remembered how to do it. For the most part. "I'm takin you to my house to fix your cut. Is that okay?"
"Yeah." He was feeling a little faint. "Got anything to drink? Anything to eat?"
"You feelin weak?" She quickly handed him her purse. "I have some chocolates. We're almost home. Just snack on that until I can get you some water."
After a few more minutes they reached her house. She stopped the car and turned it off before getting out. She grabbed her bags and headed to the door with Stack following behind.
They headed in the house and she immediately grabbed some water, an apple turnover, and her first-aid kit. "Here have a seat. Eat this first."
He quickly took a bite and was taken by surprise. "These real good." He complimented as she pulled a chair up to him and took his hand in hers. "You got some soft hands and smell good, too. Sweet."
"Thanks I made them this morning." She ignored the other two compliments. She was here to help not sweet talk with him.
"They're good. Did you hear what I said about,"
"You ought to be mo' careful. Why was your knife out while you were drivin anyways?" Lena interrupted.
"Ummm I was eating my apple."
"Eatin' and drivin'? Sounds awful dangerous especially with how fast you drive."
"I wasn't going that, OUCH!" Stack flinched and pulled back.
"Don't be a baby. A big strong man like ya self squealin over some alcohol?" She lowered her head to his hand that sat on his lap and gently blew on his cut. Lena gazed up at him as he looked down at her.
His eyes dark and focused on her.
"Better?" She asked above a whisper.
"Y- yeah." His eyes watched as she efficiently and delicately stitched him up.
She hummed a soft lullaby as she grabbed a bandage and a pair of scissors. Lena clipped at the extra stitching and followed up with a secure bandage. "There. You all stitched up." She finished with a satisfied smile. Her eyes big and soft. Safe.
"Thanks." His hand still in hers.
Stack felt something but didn't know what he was feeling. He was happy. He was in awe. He was calm, but turned on, but not like usual. He wanted to get to know her. To be around her. She had him mesmerized.
He looked around the house and although it was small and filled with a lot personality it was neat. "Looks like you're a jack of all trade. Mind me askin what you do?"
Lena wiped her hands off and closed the kit. "If you askin what my title is I don't have one. I just do a little bit of everything for everyone. Little Lisa? I helped deliver her. Those flowers you always seein' at Bo's stores? They from my garden'. I do just about everything, but fix cars." She confessed with a giggle as she crossed her legs in front of him.
"Don't worry about that. I'm mighty handy when it comes to some wheels. I didn't see a car when we pulled up tho."
"I don't own one. Ain't no point. I don't go no further than the market." She poured two glasses of sweet tea and brought it to him.
"Thank you." He took a sip and he couldn't help but shake his head.
Lena's eyes widened at his reaction. She had the best tea on this side of town and she never heard anyone complain.
He pulled the tea back to examine it as a big smile spread across his face. "Probably the best damn tea I've ever had, but don't tell my sister Annie that."
Lena cocked her head to the side and stopped making the sandwiches to look up at him. "Annie? Moore?"
He chuckled and stood to his feet to walk over to her. "Married my brother 8 years ago. Been in our lives for 12. How you know her?"
She closed the bread to the sandwich and cut it in half. "I buy protection from her."
"You believe in it?" He asked as she handed him a plate.
"I believe in Annie. I believe she don't put her name on anything crazy. Her work been keepin' me out harms way."
Stack couldn't argue with that. She kept him and his brother protected while away at war. Hell kept him safe from some of these jealous husbands too.
He took a bit of the sandwich and stood in front of her shorter thick frame. "I should probably ask, do you have a husband?"
Lena leaned back against her table and took a bite. She shook her head. "Don't need one."
Stack chuckled, but stopped when he noticed her raise a brow.
"What's funny?"
He shook his head and wiped his mouth. "Nothin'. Just thinkin' what if someone break in? Havin' a man will protect you."
"Annie protects my home every month and the good Lord protects me everyday." She crossed her arms and looked up at him.
He smiled. "Okay. What if somethin' break?"
"My daddy taught me how to fix things. If I can't fix it Mr. Willie up the street has no problem helpin' me."
"Can't reach somethin'?"
"It's my home. I ain't puttin' somethin' somewhere I can't reach." She quipped with a small smile.
"Somethin' heavy? I'm pretty sure when you go out you need someone to help carry heavy things for you."
"I've always made a way." Lena replied.
"What about sex?" He inquired as he finished his sandwich and stepped closer.
"Sex ain't that important to me. I can handle some of that on my own." Lena replied with a raised brow. "Everything you sayin' I can find a way. Is that all you think you good fo'?" She asked. It was her turn to step closer to him. "Sex and heavy lifting?"
"And protection." He said slightly embarrassed by his answer.
"Baby, if I get a man. A husband" she said as a matter of fact. "I want him to know his worth in this world. Yes my husband can fix, lift, and lick things for me, but is he going to be there for me when I'm ill? Rub my feet when I'm pregnant? Will he support my temporary hobbies that I randomly pick up from time to time? If I'm too tired to cook is he going to make a big fuss about it or is he going to get straight to it in the kitchen? What if I'm having a bad day and don't want to talk? Are you going to be mad at me for my emotions? Will my husband speak as highly of me when I'm not around like I would do for him? Will my husband make love to more than just my body, but my mind and my soul? If I don't feel like having sex are you going to be mad and seek it out else where? I want to come home to peace and so should my husband. A healthy form of communication and respect on both ends is very important to me. I just want to make sure that if I'm going to spend the rest of my life with someone I need to know he's going to be there with me every step of the way without wavering."
"I can be that." Stack answered. "I love when my woman cooks for me, but I can also throw down in the kitchen. When our baby is cryin' and you spend all day nursing I'll be the one to wake up and change em'. You want to randomly ski in this 90 degree weather I'll be the first one in line at the ski store. Hell I'll build you some myself. I can oil your scalp when you too tired to do so and I can run your bath water after a rough day. If you don't want to talk I'll sit here with you in silence until you're ready. However I'd hope you'd never get so down to where I can't hear that pretty ass voice of yours. Be a damn shame." He teased.
He closed the little bit of space between them and rested his hands on either side of her.
Lena watched his eyes scan her face. From her brown almond eyes, round cheeks, to her plump lips. He focused on her lips longer than she needed him to. Lena was no stranger to eye contact so he wasn't intimidating. She had strong will and knew no amount of flirting and flashing of his dimpled smile was going to make her fold.
His head dipped down for a kiss, but Lena moved her head to avoid his tempting lips.
He couldn't help but laugh. He'd never had someone reject his kiss before.
Lena smiled at him and took his face in her hands. "You should head home now and get some rest. It's starting to get late. Annie and your brother might be trying to figure out why you're not home yet." Her fingers played in his beard before placing a gentle kiss to his cheek. "Goodnight Stack."
"Can I see you tomorrow?" He asked. Borderline begged.
"I've got a pretty busy schedule tomorrow."
"I don't have to do nothin. I can just sit around and wait until you finished. I just want to see you."
She tried to hide her smile, but failed. "I'll be wrapping my day up around 4."
He flashed his grin. "See you tomorrow at 3:30. Goodnight Ms. Lena." He tilted his hat before placing it back on his head and walking out the door.
"Nigga you said you went to Chow's bout 7 hours ago." Smoke pointed out as he finished his second plate. He got up and brought it to the sink to wash and dry.
"Damn. Was I gone that long? My bad." Stack removed his jacket and took a seat. "Where's Annie?"
"Freshin' up for bed." Smoke looked at his brother's hand. "Hell happened to you? You ain't get yo ass in no shit you can't fix, right?"
Stack had a smile on his face.
Annie walks in with her robe on comfortable and ready for bed. "Oh lawd. That boy happier than a tick on a dog. Which young lady did you pay a visit to today?" She handed him a glass of sweet tea and a plate from the stove.
"Thank you. I went to go visit the Chow's, but as I was leaving I got distracted. Ended up cutting my hand on my knife while I was driving and ran into a beautiful lady named Lena."
Annie stood straight up and scanned her brother in law. "What you doin around Lena? She a good girl that mind her business."
"If she a good girl then he ain't want nothin to do with her. Unless you sweet talked her out of her skirt like usual." Smoke assumed.
"Naw, she don't play that. She focused. Sweet girl with a lot of hobbies." Annie looked at his hand. "She stitched you up?"
Stack nodded with a smile. "Fixed me a sandwich and some tea too. We ain't do nothin but talk. That's all I wanted to do. She real nice and a little feisty. Think she'd be interested?"
Smoke scoffed, but Annie nudged his shoulder.
"Your mission to just sleep with her?" Annie asked. She took a plate of pie from Elijah and thanked him with a kiss.
Stack shook his head as he enjoyed his food. "I ain't want that once I started talkin' to her. Ion know how to explain it, but I just liked bein' 'round her. She got a good spirit I guess." He shrugged as he filled his mouth with food.
Elijah fed Annie a bit of the shared dessert. He circled the fork around in the air before asking his question. "What she look like? Must not be your type if you didn't want to have sex."
"She not my usual type, but she real pretty. Brown skin, full hair, round lips, hips, a little healthier than my usual, but that really don't bother me none. She fit it so well." He whistled. "Voice is like butter. She smell good too and got the softest pair of hands"
Annie chuckled. "That girl don't play about her perfumes and butters." She confirmed. "When you gon' see her again?"
"Tomorrow at 3:30. Said she should be done with everything around then."
"What y'all plan on doin?" Smoke asked as his brother got up for a second helping.
"Nothin." He said happily with a shrug. "I'm just goin to talk. Might see if she'll let me fix a few things around the house or somethin?"
Annie chuckled at her brother in law. He was bit by the love bug. It was no surprise though. Lena was a warm and welcoming spirit who minded her business and helped others along her way. She didn't want much just a simple and happy life. Her love hit hard so if Stack wasn't on his best behavior she would have no problem leaving him with a broken heart. Annie knew of her ex that didn't do right by her and she got rid of him. That man been in a miserable marriage with a woman he don't really want. Hadn't truly found love since she left him.
"Just be careful. She might be a good girl, but she ain't no pushover. If you screw up she'll send you on your marry way and not think twice about it." Annie confessed.
"Imma be on my best behavior." He kissed his sister in law's cheek and sat down to finish his food.
"Stack you don't have to fix that it's fine." She advised as he unscrewed the bolts in the fan. It worked the blades just happened to have one speed and that speed was slow. It was too hot and moving too slow for Stack's liking.
"Naw. It's fine. I can fix this. The motor ain't blown just probably got a little dust in the shaft that's all."
Lena sat next to him on the couch and watched as he struggled with one of the screws. She covered her giggle with her hand causing him to lose his focus and look over at her.
"This funny to you?" He put the fan down and turned to tickle her side now causing Lena to double over in laughter.
"You sweatin' on me!" She laughed as she grabbed his arms to leave some distance between them.
He sat up and sighed. "Baby, it's hot in here! I'm tryna fix this fan and you laughin'. I'm strong it's just stuck!" He said in his defense.
Lena gave a sarcastic nod. "Very strong. Need help with that last screw?"
"I'll screw you!" He mimicked under his breath.
He was just joking seeing how he was playing off of her words, but she was turned on by that. She shook it off and just cleared her throat.
He took his button up off leaving him in a tank top and a leather vest holster. His gun was strapped in and his knife at his side. Lena's eyes wondered towards him as his arms flexed once he finally got the screw loose after a few twists and turns.
"Ha!" He turned to her and noticed her direct her eyes from his arms to his face. He smirked and looked her in her eyes. "I got it out."
"I see." She replied softly. Lena moved closer to him on the couch closing in the space between them. "So what's the next step?" She asked looking up at him with those big brown eyes of hers.
Stack cleared his throat. "I umm" he looked away. "I'm just gonna clear this shaft off and put it back in." His eyes widened and his head snapped back towards her. "Back on! I meant back on!" He corrected.
Lena couldn't help but giggle at him being nervous.
He put his focus back on the task at hand and did just that while she got up to grab something to drink. The wind blew through the window causing her dress to fly up a little catching Stack's attention. "Shit." He said to himself.
"You say somethin'?" Lena asked as she headed back over to him. Hips swaying side to side and a soft smile on her face.
He shook his head. "Nothin' just that I fixed it." He put the last screw in and turned it on.
"Awww yes!" Lena cheered on as she sat down next to him. The fan was blowing faster and stronger. "Ugh that feels so good. Thank you."
"You're welcome. Told you I'm good with my hands." He grinned.
"I see." Lena playfully teased. "I know you introduced yourself to me as Stack, but what is your real name?" She asked as she leaned her elbows on her lap to look up at him.
He smiled at her beauty. "Born Elias raised as Stack."
"Elias." His name sung beautifully on her tongue. Very southern, sweet, thick, and sexy. He wouldn't get tired of it.
His eyes scanned her plump lips. He swallowed hard and adverted his eyes to his glass of tea. "Yes ma'am."
"Did you want dinner or is Annie making something for y'all back home? I don't wanna ruin ya appetite. Mrs. Annie a good cook."
"Great cook. She's making pork chops, but I can still eat here if you had planned on cooking. I don't turn no plates down." He laughed.
"I'm just making a salad with salmon croquettes for dinner. Ain't nothin too fancy."
"You say croquettes? They're one of my favorites. I can make room for both."
Weeks had gone by and Elias had been over her house almost everyday. Showing up in the morning and leaving late at night. Smoke would either pick and drop him off or he'd take the car himself. It didn't really matter how he got to her Stack was going to see her either way. Time was spent doing things Stack was never used to doing before. She enjoyed his company and same for him. He'd drive her into town even if she insisted on walking or taking her bike. They even went on a picnic by the lake a few times. Unfortunately the two of them couldn't hang out the following Saturday because she had to finish a new set of dresses for Lisa and Grace, but Lena had planned to see him the Sunday after bright and early.
"Lisa it fits? How bout you Grace?" Lena asked as she sat at their shop past closing. The two ladies came out from the back room and spun around. Smiles were shared by each lady because of how everything turned out. Lisa had a beautiful pink and gold embroidered dress that came past her ankles and Grace had a beautiful blue and gold dress that stopped a little under her knee.
"They're perfect as usual, Lena. Eight for her and ten for me, right?" She clarified as she handed Lena cash plus a small tip.
"Y'all gonna be the talk of the town. The colors fit y'all so well too." The proud craftswomen said in awe. "Lisa how you wearing your hair?" She asked. Grace always wore a low and tucked bun for formal outings, but because Lisa was younger Grace liked to do something a little more age appropriate and fun for her.
The little girl walked over to her to describe what style she and her mother were thinking about. Lena remembered that she had a few ribbons in her bag and pulled one out that matched. "How about a bow?"
Lisa's face lit up and Grace smiled. "Mama look!"
"You tell Miss. Lena thank you. She's gotta head home. You want Bo to give you a ride? He won't mind." Grace asked as she hugged Lisa tightly.
"I'm good. Thank y'all tho. It ain't a far walk. Y'all have a good night tho."
"You sure?" Grace asked again as Lena headed towards the door.
"I'm good Grace. Y'all have a good night!"
Lena walked home in the dark but she had protection on her. Her goal was never to walk home so late, however she got to Grace's later than anticipated. A little bit of the sun was still up before she left the shop so she thought it was fine however the sun set faster than Lena could walk. Purse at her side and shoes hitting the dirt road Lena heard some people talking off into the distance, but less than a minute later a male voice approach her.
"P-pardon ma'am. Where you headed looking so good this time of night?" He said a little too drunk and a little too close.
"I'm headed home thank you. Seems like your company needs you back over there, no?" She quipped as she tried to keep calm.
He threw a lazy arm towards his company. "They be alright. I'm tryna come home with you pretty lady." He stumbled backwards. "Why you diggin in that bag?" He asked stumbling again.
"Just tryna find my lipstick that all." Lena pulled out some protection powder and blew it at him causing him to scream out and fall to the ground.
She continued to walk home, but this time at a faster pace. She had to remember to tell Annie thank you for her protection powder and get some more from her because thinking about how much she blew out she definitely used more than needed. It wasn't her fault though. She panicked plus she never had to use it before, but she was glad she carried it with her.
Not even two minutes later she heard a car pulling up by her. She prayed it was Elias.
"Lena, come on and get in." Annie instructed as she sat in the passenger seat.
"Annie what are you doin on my side of town?" She asked. She looked in the driver's seat slightly startled. She saw a man looking exactly like Stack driving except he wore blue and wasn't talking.
"We had stopped by the Chow's to drop something off and Grace said you had walked home. Ion know why you insist on walking by yourself. You know people crazy."
"I had your powder on me. Wasn't nobody gon hurt me." Her smile was big and bright. Proud.
Annie chuckled. "You a stubborn girl."
Smoke pulled up to her house and stopped. He turned towards Lena and greeted her with a nod. "My brother Stack had some business to handle. He'll be up here in no time to stay with you overnight. Just for safety purposes."
"And don't say you don't need it. I blessed your house, but we can't be too safe."
"I understand."
Turning around by a sound behind her Lena saw Stack jogging in the distance. She hopped out of the car and examined his clothes from afar. His jacket in hand and shirt untucked. She was sure he had done some damage to the guy that approached her. Lena wasn't sure what he did or how bad he handled him, but she was turned on by his disheveled look.
She walked over to Stack and took his face in her hands. She scanned his face and ran her hands down his arm to find any sign of harm.
"I'm okay. That nigga ain't, but he's no longer my problem. Let's head inside." He turned towards his brother and Annie and waved them off. "I'll see y'all tomorrow round noon."
"Thank you again. Bye Annie."
"I'll bring more protection by tomorrow." She waved as Smoke drove off.
The two of them headed up the stairs with his arm around her waist. As soon as they walked in he shut and locked the door and dropped the curtains down. He sat down at the kitchen table as she headed to grab a cold wet rag. Lena kneeled down in front of him, in between his legs, and gently pressed the rag against his skin. "Did he get you?" She asked as she sat back.
He shook his head. "He didn't get a hit in. Come here."
She rarely ever hear him speak like this. Her eyes soften at his tone. Lena sat on his lap as he wrapped his arms around her thick waist. His head rested on her chest and he just took in her heartbeat.
Sounds of crickets, her blowing fan, and the howling dogs were silenced by the matching heartbeats shared between the two of them. A rhythm Stack had loved and gotten used to since being around her. He never stuck around someone long enough to notice if his heartbeat matched there's. He was grateful for experiencing a first with her. It may not mean much to her or anyone else, but to him it felt real. Felt normal. It felt like home.
Lena could tell his mind was racing and he was trying to calm his nerves. She allowed her hand to gently caress his neck. "You wanna get ready for bed?" She asked.
Her eyes scanned his face.
"Yeah." He lifted her up with ease.
"I'm not trying to hurt you."
"You ain't hurtin me, baby." He replied as he headed to the bedroom. Stack gently laid her down before taking his gun off, removing his knife and holster. He placed it at the nightstand next to the bed as he kicked his shoes off.
Without breaking eye contact Lena removed her dress revealing a short lilac colored slip.
Stack removed his shirt and pants leaving him in his boxers.
Lena bit her lip at his muscular frame.
Stack couldn't help but chuckle.
"Why you laughin' at me?" She asked. She made her way to him on all fours to sit in front of him on the bed. Her head tilted to the side as she looked up at him waiting for an answer.
"Cause you're cute. You also try to play innocent, but I catch you lookin' at me. Bitin' your lip and everything."
Lena couldn't help but laugh at him trying to imitate her. She gently nudged him as he laughed.
"I'm just sayin. Hey, I don't mind."
"I'm looking because I like what I see." She confessed.
"I'm surprised you ain't said nothin about me. I'm always looking." He laughed.
"I don't mind." She wrapped her arms around his neck and looked up at him and his brown eyes. "Imma kiss you now, okay?"
"You don't ever have to ask." He whispered seconds before he greeted his lips with her plump set. He moaned at the touch of her lips and the taste of her tongue. Stack lifted Lena up making sure his hands were secured under her ass.
She moaned in his mouth as he gave her a firm yet gentle squeeze.
His lips moved to her neck as he took a seat on the bed. His grip not loosening up as he sat down with her body on top of his. The weight of her on top of him was something he could definitely get used to.
Lena's fingers gently played at his nape as soft moans escaped her lips which caused his breathing to speedup.
He pulled back from her soft skin. Not because he wanted to, but because she was doing everything right. Her gentle caresses and fingernails always made his heart skip a beat and his goosebumps raise. He rested his forehead against hers and took in the gentle gestures. Lena hummed a soft tune as they took in each other's presence.
"Am I getting too heavy?" She asked. This was the first time she was in his lap for this long and wasn't sure if he was comfortable.
"Naw. You just right."
Not wanting to let the softness of her body go just yet Stack stood to his feet with her in hand and pulled the ceiling fan chord to turn the light off. He gently laid her down and settled his body down next to her.
Lena turned towards his body and nuzzled up next to him. "Thank you again Elias. You didn't have to beat that creep up just for me. I was able to hold my own."
He released a sleepy chuckle. "If I didn't he'd think it was okay to try that shit again." Elias hand rubbed up and down her now exposed hip as she stroked his beard. "I don't play about my girl." He poked one eye open to see her reaction.
Lena sat up on her elbow and looked down at him. "Your girl?" She asked gently.
"I've been meaning to make it official. Lena if you don't mind having me will you be my girl? My partner? My person?" His nerves getting the best of him now causing him to ramble. "I don't usually do this. I've actually never done this so I'm not sure if I'm,"
She stopped him with a kiss. Tasting his tongue yet again was becoming a favorite of hers. His hands gripping her ass as Lena's hands gently ran down his stomach. Stopping at his waistband. She pulled away to catch her breath. Her breast rose as she caught her breath. Her brown eyes scanned his face with a smile. "My answer is yes."
"Yes?" He grinned ear to ear. He pressed a quick kiss to her lips again before pulling back to look at her. He had never done this before. He wanted to put his best foot forward. Be on his best behavior. He wanted to build his own world with her the way his twin brother built his with Annie.
Stack took a deep breath and closed his eyes. "Baby I'm tryna to be good right now and your hand is umm,"
Realization kicked in and she lifted her hand from the band of his boxers with a giggle. "Awww I'm sorry!" She cooed. "I appreciate you being patient with me, but baby we don't have to be innocent everyday." She confessed with peppered kisses in between.
"Wait now don't tempt me!" He threw his body over hers and immediately rammed his face in between Lena's neck causing her laugh to fill up the room.
"You think that boy was on his best behavior last night?" Smoke asked Annie as he watched her get dressed.
Annie chuckled. "He ain't walk home last night so I think he did alright." Annie turned to her husband and tilted her head to the side with a smile. "What's wrong, Elijah? Why you so worried about your brother and Lena, hmm?" She asked as she stood in front of him. Her hands gently laid on his firm shoulders as she awaited his answer.
He wrapped his arms around her waist and shook his head. "I just worry about him gettin' in trouble. Messin' with his future. I'm scared he ain't gon find love and he just gone be by himself forever. I can't be with him every step of the way. I want him to find his other half."
"Elijah you already know everyone has a different walk of life. His ain't gone be the same as yours or mine. Lena might be who he needs in his life. He's hardly here with us anymore and I'm sure he would've bragged about getting himself some from her, but he hasn't. She got him baking cookies from scratch, goin' on picnics, readin' books by the lake. She's good for him and I think he knows that. You gotta trust your brother to find his way his own way." She kissed her husband's lips and rubbed his arms. "Come on let's head over and pick him up. That was his first time staying over so he probably don't wanna come home tonight." She teased.
Lena was taking a nice bath and reading her book when Elias asked to join her. He sat across from her on the floor and took her book and began reading it to her letting her get lost in the fairytale. She had raised her leg and enjoyed the bubbles that sat on top of the warm water cover her leg only to slowly pop with the warm winds blowing through her windows.
Elias put her book down and watched as her thick thigh lifted up and he had every thought imaginable run through his mind. Her eyes focused deadset on him as her smooth brown skin was exposed with every gust of wind. He was doing a damn good job the last few months, but temptation was getting to him every second of the day.
He stood closer to Lena and placed his hands on both sides of her on the porcelain tub. "Keep teasing me with that leg and imma jump in here with you."
She smiled at his threat and was hoping he made it a promise. "What's stopping you?"
He took his shirt off and stepped in one foot at a time with his pants on.
"Elias!" Lena screamed with laughter as he got in halfway dressed just to join her.
Stack hovered over her completely wet and just smiled. He looked her in the eyes and leaned in for a soft kiss. Nothing too long or harsh. Just soft enough to make her heart flutter and lips want more. "You probably the best thing to ever happen to me, ya know? I ain't been this happy in a while and I want to thank you." He confessed.
She gently took his face in her hands and saw the honesty in his eyes. She wasn't looking for a partner or a man. She just so happened to go with her gut with him and she was happy she did. He had brought nothing but peace and happiness into her already peaceful and happy life. He wasn't trying to change it or her just enhance it and he did that times ten. She was forever grateful for him.
"I'm so glad I got in your car to stitch you up two months ago." She confessed with a smile.
"You and that smile healed me up that day."
Lena's eyes started tearing up.
"That ass kept me around though."
She couldn't help but fall into a fit of laughter. Leave it to Elias to make her capture so many emotions all at once. "I can't with you."
He shrugged and kissed her nose. He stood to his feet, leaned over to grab the towel and helped her up. He wrapped her up in a towel and helped her out of the tub.
As they were drying off she got a knock at her door. Elias gently guided her behind him as they headed towards her door. "Who is it?"
"It's Jim Crow nigga open up."
"Elijah!" Annie shouted as she tugged his arm.
Stack opened the door and Lena welcomed them in.
The look of confusion read on Smoke and Annie's face as they saw a wet Stack and a towel clad Lena.
"Make yourself comfortable. I'm going to make myself presentable. Elias see if they want some of that pound cake." She said before disappearing into her room.
"Y'all want some? I helped her bake it the other day."
"It's edible?" Smoke asked as he received a plate from his brother.
"Elijah be nice in other folks home." Annie scolded.
"Why would I offer you somethin' that ain't edible, fool? My baby helped me make it." He said with pride.
Lena walked out and handed Elias a pair of slacks that she made for him a while back. He thanked her with a kiss before heading to the bathroom to change. Lena sat on her couch and smiled. "Thank y'all again for last night. I do appreciate it. Elias helped make that pound cake. He was so proud of himself once it slipped right on out the pan." She confessed with a giggle.
"It's good. Elias should be proud of himself." Annie confessed.
"My brother ain't been crossing the line with you has he? He been respectful?" Elijah asked as he put his empty plate down.
"Oh yes, sir. Always respectful with me. He's always so thoughtful, too. Very kind and a great listener. He lets me ramble on and on about nothing sometimes just so he can hear my voice." She nervously giggled.
Smoke gave her a content nod.
Annie smiled. She pulled a bag out of her pouch and handed it to Lena. "Here's some more protection powder and a mojo bag. Keep this on you at all times. You don't gotta wear it around your neck everyday just keep it on you any way you can, okay?"
"My baby made me and my crazy brother one. We was skeptical about it at first, but it's proven many of times to keep us out harms way. I suggest you keep it close to you when you heading to the market by yourself." Smoke informed.
Annie shared a proud smile at him and took his hand in hers. He gave her a gentle squeeze in return. He wasn't always a believer, but time proved itself over and over again that what she was doing was the truth. The proof was in the pudding. Ain't no way around it.
"Elias you plan on heading back home with us now? We ain't trying to take up her whole Sunday." Smoke asked.
"Oh I don't mind. If y'all want we can have a little cookout today? Elias and I went to the market a few days ago so I have plenty of food to share and cook. I can make a fresh batch of tea, too. Mr. Willie up the street brought me some extra vegetables from his garden. If I don't use it up it'll go to waste and I would hate to trash good vegetables."
"Yeah stay and celebrate." Stack added.
"Celebrate what?" Smoke quizzed. His eyes went back and forth between the two sitting in front of him. They were practically sitting on top of each other and their fingers were locked.
"I asked her to be my girl last night. She said yes. I know it ain't marriage yet," he clarified "but it's the first step. Hopefully she says yes to that too when I ask her in the near future."
Annie looked so proud of her brother in law. He seemed like an enhanced man. Not necessarily change because he was always gonna be Stack, but it seemed like Lena made him want to be a better man. She prayed it all worked out for them because he deserved that happiness that he was always searching for.
Smoke's features softened at his brother's new found happiness. He always wondered if he'd ever find someone and although he only knew about Lena from Annie and Stack she seemed like the best person for him. His brother always spoke so highly of her. He was never vulgar when it came to her or crude. Always respectful and that's all he could ask for.
"Well my schedule is free, baby?" Smoke asked as he looked at Annie.
She smiled and gave her a nod. "Sounds good to me. Thank you and congratulations. I'm proud of you Elias."
Stack smiled wide as he gripped Lena's hand.
"Alright I'll start getting some water boiling. Excuse me." She stood to her feet, gave Elias a kiss, and headed into the kitchen to start cooking.
Annie got up to help leaving the brothers to talk amongst themselves.
"I'm proud of you. Seems like you got yourself a good one."
"Yeah. She real sweet. Got a heart of gold."
Stack continued to tell Smoke all about his plans. He was going to get a car and probably move in with her before getting married. He wasn't in a rush, he wasn't going anywhere and neither was she, but he wanted to make sure everything was set up to give her a perfect life that she deserved.
Stack watched as his girl and his sister in law laughed together about whatever conversation they were having. This was the life he wanted to live. He was glad that he stopped when he did that warm spring day.

゛ᢉ𐭩 ⸝⸝⋆ 𝐃𝐑𝐀𝐁𝐁𝐋𝐄 — “you so fuckin greedy for me”
꒰ babydaddy elias “stack” moore x black!fem reader. established relationship. 18+ possessive, breeding kink, filth, stack’s nasty ass mouth. ꒱
Tumblr media
yall were supposed to be done.
your legs was shaking, thighs was burning, your voice gone from the way you’d been begging him to slow down — only to cry when he finally pulled out, leaving you empty and aching.
stack would of thought you’d been tap out by now. should’ve let him clean you up, let him roll over and light his joint like he usually did. but no, you wanted more.
you tugged at his wrist, still trembling, still raw, still messy from how he put it down.
“eli put it back in”, you whined. he raised an eyebrow in surprise, chest still rising and falling heavy, his hand still sticky where it cupped your thigh. “what?”
your lip wobbled as you shifted closer, eyes glossy. “please. put it back in.”
stack blinked slowly. his head tilted to the side and he smirked slightly, golds on display. “you so fuckin greedy for me”, he murmured, dragging his fingers down your slightly full belly, tracing lazy circles around your skin.
“didn’t i just tell you that’s how you gon end up pregnant again?” you huffed, hands gripping his biceps, pulling him closer towards you. “i don’t care”
that made him pause. his jaw clenched, that little muscle flexing like he was holding himself back. “you can’t just say stuff like that, mama”. his voice warning, but soft, like he was trying to stay calm but already folding for you.
you felt him twitch against you, “you serious baby?” your lips parted to say something, but your brain was too fuzzy to let out words. you nodded.
his head dropped to your shoulder as he sunk back into you. sharp moans coming from the both of you, since it wasn’t long before the last orgasm.
his breath was hot against your neck as he left sloppy kisses, grinding into you slowly. “you want me to leave you full, huh? walkin round carryin my baby. a reminder to everyone you mine.”
you let out small babbles of agreement, bucking your hips against his, chasing the heat that curled deep in your belly.
“say it”, he demanded, lifting his head, his eyes low and golds flashing. “say you want me to nut all in this pussy and put another baby in you.”
you didn’t hesitate. “i want it, elias. i want you to.”
that broke him.
“fuck mama.” he groaned, his rhythm picking up, harder, deeper, meaner, like he couldn’t stop even if he wanted to. “so fuckin reckless. you love when i do this to you.”
your hands scratched his back, your body arching into his like you couldn’t get close enough.
between his words and the way he was hitting your sweet spot, your body was on fire. “them titties gon be heavy again. fuck you gon look so beautiful.” he was rambling now, the possibility of you pregnant again taking over him.
you sobbed his name, clinging onto him as your orgasm ripped through you. “look at you”, he whispered, fingers rapidly flicking at your clit to make you gush again. “so fuckin messy. this pussy so greedy, wetting my dick all up and still not letting me go.”
you were fucked out of your mind, no words came out. all you could do was let him chase his high and take what he was giving you.
his heavy balls was soaked as they slapped against you with each thrust. “i’m bout to nut mama.” you whimpered at the feeling of him swelling inside you.
he snarled as he buried himself deep inside you one last time, hips pressed tightly against yours. cum spilling inside your womb exactly the way you begged him to.

Peas in a Pod
Elias 'Stack' Moore x reader
Warnings - swearing, fluff, reader’s nickname is Pea
Word count - 4814
a/n - this was supposed to be posted like two weeks ago after I saw the film, but I couldn't figure out an ending lol. I'm currently out for the summer so hopefully more time for imagines, but no promises. I hope you enjoy and thanks for reading :) Part 2 out now!
Tumblr media
Summary: After years have passed since the twins left town, you figured your feelings for one of them had dissipated and you had moved on, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
“I know that ain’t Pea I see,” you hear a voice say from behind.
It’s a voice you haven’t heard in years, but it sounds just as familiar. You’re looking at the selection of produce in front of you, but you freeze at the sound. It only takes you another moment to turn around to reveal Stack standing there before you.
You had been a friend to the twins ever since you all were children. You spent most of your childhood ignoring the chores your mama had instructed and hanging out with the twins instead.
As you all got older, the boys started making a reputation for themselves, and of course your mama would tell you to leave them alone, but you never stopped. The twins weren’t that bad. Well, at least not around you.
You would be lying if you were to say you never had feelings for one of them. After spending the majority of your life with them, it became inevitable and you found yourself developing feelings for the more eccentric twin, Elias, but everyone called him Stack.
It wasn’t a secret that you were closer to Stack, though everyone just figured it was because of Smoke’s more quiet and laid back demeanor. You never told anyone about your crush except for Mary, one of your close friends, and of course she encouraged you to confess, but you never did.
When the twins left home after their father’s death, you weren’t mad at them. How could you be?  You were happy for them. You knew what they had to endure, and you were just glad they took the first chance they had to live out their dreams.
You also thought your feelings for Stack would fade over time, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
“Stack? Is that really you?” You question, your eyebrows raised at the man in front of you.
Stack’s hands are tucked in the pockets of his dress pants, which match the rest of his nicely tailored suit. A hat sits atop his head as he stares back at you with a handsome smirk on his face.
“Yes ma’am, it is,” he nods. He removes his hat as he takes a couple of steps closer towards you.
Stack was definitely in shape before he left town, but that doesn’t compare to how he looks now. You’re taken aback, but before you end up staring too long, you clear your throat to say something.
“I almost didn’t recognize you with that giant bush sleeping on your lip,” you joke, referring to the thick, but neat mustache growing above his lip.
You can’t help the small smile that spreads across your face as you hear him chuckle.
“That’s real funny. I should be the one surprised, though. I mean, look at you. You finally grew into that forehead of yours,” Stack smirks.
You scoff. “How dare you,” you playfully say as you fold your arms across your chest, your tone light.
“No, how dare you. The ladies happen to love how I look, especially the mustache,” he grins proudly, rubbing his fingers over the facial hair.
“What are you trying to say, that I'm not a lady?”
A loud laugh leaves Stack this time.
“Well, if the boot fits,” Stack says, holding his hands up in surrender. He knows how much you hate him saying that. He watches with a smile as you roll your eyes and shake your head at him. “I’m just playin’, Pea, you know I’d never say such a thing.”
Pea was a nickname you had become stuck with after meeting twins. One day while the three of you were out playing as children do, an older woman that everyone knew from the church had pointed at how you all resembled peas in a pod.
After that, Stack had decided to call you ‘Pea’ once as a joke to which you just brushed off. Somehow, though, the nickname stuck and ever since then everyone refers to you as Pea.
Hearing that name come out of his mouth after these years makes your stomach flutter and your skin heat up, which only makes the hot summer sun feel worse. The sweat on your skin suddenly feels more prominent with Stack’s eyes on you.
You start using the hand fan you were holding to try and provide yourself with some relief.
“What brings you back in town, Stack? I know it isn’t just some friendly conversation.”
“And why can’t it be?” He asks, furrowing his eyebrows. You give him a look calling his bluff, and he easily quits the act. “You still know me well, I see.”
“Unfortunately,” you smile.
“Smoke and I are openin’ our own juke joint. We figured we split up so I can recruit some entertainment while he handles some other business. Tonight is the openin’ night. That is, if we get everything situated in time.”
Your expression contorts in confusion. “Juke joint? Where?”
“One of the abandoned barnhouses not too far from here,” Stack responds, motioning in what you assume is the direction of the barn house.
“Where the hell did you get the money to buy all of that, and who was dumb enough to take it?” You ask, lowering your voice as you look around you.
“You know how those folks are—all they care about is the cash. It wasn't a problem.”
“And they just took your money like that with no questions asked?”
“Oh, the man asked questions,” Stack nods, “he just didn’t get the answers he wanted.”
The two of you are quiet for another moment, both work for the other one to crack, before you both burst into laughter.
“Still the same after all this time, huh?” you ask once you both settle down, although, it’s not really a question.
“I’m not changin’ for just anyone,” Stack responds, shooting you a wink.
Before the two of you could continue catching up, someone else runs up behind Stack calling his name. You didn’t notice how much the two of you were stuck in your own world until Stack turns away from you, breaking you out of the trance.
“What the hell do you want, Sammy?” You hear Stack ask.
Your eyes widen as you move to look around Stack’s frame, but your confusion turns into surprise as you take in the young man standing in front of him with a guitar hanging from his neck. “Sammy? As in lil’ Sammy? As in Preacher boy?”
When Sammy finally notices your presence, he gives you a shy smile and a tip of his hat. “Oh, Pea, what are you doin’ out here?”
“I should be asking you the same thing? Does your mama know you’re all the way out here?” You raise an eyebrow at him.
“She knows I’m with the twins, that’s all that matters,” Sammy says.
“I’ll take that as a no then,” you give him a look.
Sammy opens his mouth to say something else, but Stack hits the back of his head before he could continue. Sammy lets out a yelp as he looks up at Stack, while one of his hands rubs his head.
“You better have a damn good reason for comin’ over here and interruptin’ us.”
“Slim’s gettin’ tired of waitin’. He said to hurry up before he changes his mind because he’s getting older by the minute. He also said that there’ll be plenty of time to talk to pretty women t’night,” Sammy explains, glancing at you for the last part, but it goes over your head.
You follow Stack’s eyes when he looks over to Slim in the distance, a harmonica in one of his hands and a bottle in the other. Classic.
Stack mumbles something that you can’t quite hear, before telling Sammy to run off and that he’d be over in a second.
“I usually wouldn’t listen to a drunk, but he’s right. Daylight is wastin’ and I got some other things to take care of before tonight,” Stack admits. “You’ll be there, right?”
Oh.
“And what if I had plans?”
You don’t.
Stack laughs. “Oh, really? What plans?”
“You say it like you don’t believe me,” you raise an eyebrow.
“Oh, no, no. I’m just curious about these plans.”
“I’m a grown woman, I don’t have to tell you anything,” you huff.
“Fair enough, fair enough,” Stack nods in agreement. When he realizes you aren’t going to say anything else, he continues. “C’mon, Pea, it’ll be worth it. There’ll be good food and drinks along with good entertainment.”
“I take it that Sammy and Slim are part of that entertainment?” You ask.
You tear your eyes away from Stack and to the small crowd beginning to form around the musical pair. Even from a distance you can hear Sammy’s powerful voice accompanied by Slim’s skilled fingers playing his harmonica.
“You know I only like the best of the best,” Stack smirks. “So, what do you say, Pea? It’ll be just like old times.”
“Hm, I don’t know. It’s not safe for a lady at night,” you say.
Yes, you do want to go, but parties were never really your thing. You usually chose to stay home when someone asked you, especially when the twins would try to encourage you to sneak out when you were kids.
“And I’ll make sure you’ll get home safe, there’s nothin’ to worry about. C’mon, I know Smoke is bringin’ Annie, don’t make me be the only one without a date.”
“Oh, so that’s why you want me to come, so you won’t be alone?” you give him a look.
“Of course, why else would I want you there?” he plays along, trying to keep a straight face, but fails.
“There’ll be plenty of other women without a date there to keep you company.”
“Yeah, but that don’t matter if I want you to be the one keepin’ me company,” Stack tells you.
And just like that all of those feelings that you thought were gone resurface, fluttering through your heart and stomach.
You hesitate for a moment, before finally giving him an answer. “I guess I could come. Besides, I want to be there to see if this juke joint of yours fails.”
“Now, that’s just wrong.”
~
Later that night as you’re getting ready, you can’t seem to calm your nerves. It’s just the twins—it’s just Stack.
And it’s not like it’s a date anyways because why would it be? Or maybe it is? No, Stack just invited you so you could keep him company and so the two of you could catch up. But, why do you specifically need to keep him company?
You’re checking your appearance in the mirror, stuck in your thoughts as you turn from side to side,, when Mary walks into your room already dressed and ready to go.
“By the time we get there, the damn party will be over. What is the hold up?” Mary throws her hands up for dramatics.
“Would you relax? The party doesn’t start for, like, another 30 minutes, and we don’t want to be too early do we?” You tell her, looking at her through the reflection in the mirror.
“I just figured you’d want to be early in order to have as much time with Stack as possible.” Mary smirks at the glare you give her. “I mean, it’s been so long since he’s last been in town, aren’t you excited? I would be.”
“I don’t know if that’s the word I’d use.”
“Why, what’s wrong? Don’t tell me you're nervous.”
Your silence is enough of an answer. You fiddle with your dress and adjust yourself in order to avoid looking over at Mary. Mary scoffs and walks over to stand next to you as you look in the mirror.
“Oh come on, you can’t be serious. There’s no reason you should be nervous over that man. You guys have been friends since birth-“
“Not birth, it was more like-“
Mary raises a hand to cut you off and finally makes you face her. “You know what I’m trying to say. You guys have practically known each other since the beginning. Stack knows everything about you and you know everything about Stack—well, that is excludin’ whatever the hell the twins have been doing these past couple of years.”
“That’s exactly my point,” you throw your hands up before taking a step back and placing your hands on your hip. “I mean, yeah, we’ve written to each other while he’s been away, but it’s been a while since we’ve actually talked face to face. It seems like he’s still the same, but if he’s not? What if he actually has changed?”
You can feel your nerves picking up at the thought of talking to Stack tonight and all the possibilities of how tonight will go.
Mary knows you like the back of her hand, and your overthinking doesn’t go unnoticed.
Mary rolls her eyes. “Please, that man is exactly the same as he was the day he left here. Besides, you saw him earlier today, were you nervous when you were talkin’ to him then?”
“Well, not really, but I didn’t exactly have time to be. He snuck up on me while I was shopping and we just started talking.”
“Exactly, the two of you are so close that you started talkin’ like nothin’ has changed. Believe me, everything’ll be fine, and when Stack sees you in this dress, he’ll fall to his knees to propose. If he doesn’t just come and find me so I can handle his ass.”
You snicker as you walk away from Mary to finish getting ready. She follows right behind you.
“Relax, Stack is not going to pick me to propose to out of all the beautiful women in this town. Not to mention all the women he’s probably encountered during his travels.”
“A girl can dream can’t she? Just suckin’ all the fun out of my night.”
-
The noise from the juke joint can be heard all the way down the road, the sounds only getting louder and more clear as you and Mary approach. Your heart speeds up in both anticipation and nervousness as you take in the scene.
Dozens can be seen either arriving on foot or by car, their excitement obvious from miles away. The land outside the farmhouse is packed with vehicles and it’s obvious there will be many more given the constant flow of traffic.
Cornbread’s eyes widen in surprise as he watches from the entrance as you and Mary walk up. He greets you with a smile.
“You two look gorgeous, but I’ll be damned, Pea. What brings you here? I know this ain’t your kinda scene,” he points out.
You playfully point at Mary, “You’re looking right at the culprit. She convinced me to come.”
“I shoulda known,” Cornbread shakes his head in amusement, but then his expression shifts to confusion as he looks at Mary. “Wait a minute, ain’t you married? What are you doing out this late?”
Mary folds her arms across her chest. “I could ask you the same, don’t you have a family to take care of?” Mary asks while folding her arms across her chest.
Cornbread puts his hands up in surrender. “Stack offered me a good amount of cash to be here tonight, I’m not turnin’ that down.”
“And I don’t blame you. Now, are you going to let us come in or are you going to leave two ladies stranded outside all night?” Mary questions.
Cornbread lets out a laugh, but quickly moves aside to let you both in.
The dusty, rundown appearance of the barnhouse from the outside is a completely different vibe from the atmosphere on the inside.
Slim is playing his heart out at the piano at the front of the room while people laugh and dance to the music. Lights are hanging from the ceiling, illuminating the space as guests move around freely. The mouthwatering smell of freshly fried catfish fills the air along with the smell of sweat and alcohol.
“Wow, the twins definitely outdid themselves didn’t they?” Mary admits as the both of you take in everything.
“They really did,” you murmur mostly to yourself, your mind still stuck and amazed at how Smoke and Stack pulled this off.
“We can’t start dancing without a drink,” Mary smirks.
“Yeah, you can, it’s easy,” you say.
Mary gives you a look before saying, “Well, if you’re going to talk to Stack, you’re gonna need a little something in your system.”
You open your mouth to object, but you decide against it.. Alcohol does loosen you up, which would help you get through the night.
When Mary doesn’t hear a response, she pulls you towards the bar. After Mrs. Chow hands you both your drinks, the two of you decide to linger at the bar.
“Is that Lil Sammy over there flirtin’ with a girl?” Mary asks you.
You turn to look in the direction of Mary’s eyes to, sure enough, see Sammy flirting with a woman—a woman who looks a little bit older than him.
“Isn’t she married?” Mary continues.
“Well so are you, but you’re still here tonight,” you say.
This makes Mary whip her head back towards you and send you a glare, one you pretend to ignore as you take a sip of your drink and pretend to be really interested in the guests dancing to the music.
“Yeah, that’s what I thought,” she says after you don’t respond, before a smile grows on her face.
Suddenly you hear a gasp come from behind the bar, catching your attention and making you turn around. You see Smoke, Stack, and Annie come from a back room.
“Am I seein’ things or is that really Pea standin’ in front of me at a party?” Annie smiles, her hands on her hips.
You playfully roll your eyes. “No, you’re not seeing things.”
Annie makes her way from behind the bar to give you a hug, and after she pulls away, Smoke comes up to do the same. The way Stack looks you up and down as you hug Smoke goes unnoticed by you but not by Mary as she watches with a smirk. Stack notices Mary’s eyes on him and quickly clears his throat.
“I’m glad you came,” Stack says, smiling at you as he comes up to hug you last.
“Well I couldn’t miss the famous Moore twins’ big grand opening,” you beam, motioning to the large crowd that has formed. Smoke smiles at your compliment. “I don’t know how you guys pulled it off, but everything looks great. I’m impressed.”
“Nothin’ is too out of reach for us,” Smoke adds with a nod. Stack claps his brother on the back as a sign of his agreement.
“Alright, enough of this lovey dovey shit. Let’s get this place poppin’ like fish grease and get it started for real!” Stack exclaims with a smirk.
Stack walks over to Sammy, pulling him away from the woman he was talking to and motions to the stage. As Sammy joins Slim at the front, people begin to gather around to listen.
Now, you knew Sammy was talented, but watching him sing his heart out and play the hell out of his guitar gave you goosebumps and made you emotional.
It was obvious that you weren’t the only one who felt this way as you notice everyone’s expressions change as they begin to cheer and clap while they move their bodies to the rhythm. Close friends, couples, and singles make their way about the room.
Much to your dismay, Mary pulls you into the dancing crowd. You’re uncertain of what to do with yourself at first, but after seeing everyone in their own world, the body movements just come naturally.
You watch with admiration and a smile as Smoke grabs Annie to join him for a dance. Even after all of that time apart, Smoke and Annie still seem to be as in love with each other as the first day they met. The little bit of alcohol you have on your system does make a difference.
Your eyes wander just a little bit to the right and you see Stack dancing with two women. It’s no secret that the twins are attractive, but oh how you wish for just one night where women didn’t climb all over them—mainly Stack.
After a while, you become overheated and overstimulated with all the hot bodies surrounding you. Once you tell Mary that you’ll be back, you leave to find a place to take a breather.
You come across a set of stairs and somehow find yourself overlooking the inside of the entire building.
You catch sight of Mary from your spot and laugh to yourself at how easily it is for her to find some stranger to dance with.
Eventually, someone else makes their way up the stairs and stands next to you. Your nostrils become aware of him before your eyes do.
“Too much goin’ on down there?” Stack asks as he leans on the railing and takes in the view.
“Just needed a little break,” you shrug, your eyes still on the crowd below you. “What about you, don’t you have some guests to entertain? This is your place after all.”
“As an owner, I have people to do the entertainin’ for me. I just make sure there are no problems,” Stack responds, the smirk evident in his tone.
There’s a moment of comfortable silence that grows between the two of you. Earlier you were stressing on what would happen once you saw Stack, but here he is, and your heartbeat is still somewhat calm.
“How’s everything, Pea?” Stack asks, breaking the silence.
“Oh, you know, just getting through day by day and taking things slow,” you shrug.
“What are you up to these days?”
“Helping my mama out with the shop most days. When I’m not working I’m running errands around town or helping others out.”
“How’s the shop and your mama doin’?”
“Mama’s great. Her happiness really comes from the shop and being able to have a safe place for people to come back to over and over again. We’re still getting plenty of customers, and we’ve recently renovated it.”
Stack nods along. “That’s good, that’s good. How are you doing though?”
You raise an eyebrow at him. “You already asked that.”
“I phrased it differently this time, though. First time was more of a casual ask and this time I wanna know what’s really goin’ on with you.”
You’re slightly taken aback by his forwardness, until you remember that this is how Stack has always been.
Stack turns his body to face yours, keeping an elbow on the railing. “Come on now, Junebug. It’s been a long time since we’ve sat down and talked down and talked, y’know?”
“Is this really the time to be having a conversation like this?” you ask.
Stack is quick but genuine with his reply. “For you, there’s always time.”
The nerves the alcohol had been holding back, finally hit you with full force after hearing his words. Your heart rate begins to pick up, and you’re suddenly extremely aware of the high temperature in the building.
You wish you had brought a fan with you.
Stack’s eyes never leave yours as he waits for an answer, not even when you hear a glass bottle break somewhere in the crowd below you.
You give him a shy smile, but you have to tear your eyes away from him.
“I’m fine, really Stack. You know, you never told me exactly how you got the money for all this.”
Stack scoffs. “I know you didn’t just try and change the conversation.”
“It worked didn’t it,” you laugh. Stack shakes his head in disappointment, but he can’t help the laugh that slips out.
“That’s alright, Pea. There’ll be plenty of time to talk since Smoke and I aren’t goin’ anywhere anytime soon.”
Your heart flutters.
“Really?” you ask, and you wish you would’ve been able to stop your voice from changing pitch.
Damn.
“Just admit that you missed us,” Stack smirks.
“I don’t know, I mean, I feel like everyone’s life has been calm without you and Smoke being here to terrorize everyone.”
“That was one time! Plus, Jimmy had it comin’. I can’t let anyone steal from us and just walk away without a scratch,” Stack throws his head back as he laughs.
“Well, yeah, but that doesn’t mean you had to chase him all over,” you join in, beginning to double over in laughter.
“It was either me or Smoke, and that boy Smoke was fumin’ when he found out, so it was better that Jenkins dealt with me instead of him,” Stack snorts.
“Whew, I remember that day like it was yesterday. Y’all had the whole town confused with Jimmy running by screaming bloody murder.”
“And I hadn’t even done anything to him yet!”
You clutch your stomach as you try to collect yourself, wiping the tears from your eyes as you blow out a breath. Stack does the same alongside you.
“I really did miss you, y’know,” Stack admits.
And there goes your breath.
“Of course you did, why wouldn’t you,”you say, causing Stack to smile, “but I’m sure you and Smoke had plenty of fun on your adventures with seeing new places and meeting all those new people. You didn’t meet any women after all this time?”
“There were a few women, but none of 'em kept me interested.”
You roll your eyes. “Oh, yeah, I forgot who I was talking to for a second. No one is good enough to tie you down, right?”
Stack pretends to think to himself for a second, before speaking, “Well, there is one person that I’m thinkin’ about.”
Your heart drops so low it almost hits the first floor of the barnhouse.
You clear your throat and keep your eyes in front of you. “And does this woman know that you like her?”
“I don’t think so.”
“What makes you say that? I’m sure you’ve made your flirting pretty obvious.”
Stack has never been one to keep his feelings to himself. If he sees a lady he likes, he’ll pursue her and most likely succeed.
“She’s on the shy side, so I don’t think she realizes. She keeps to herself and thinks others don’t notice her.”
Who has he been hanging around with? Didn’t he just get back in town.
“I’m sure she does.”
“Nah, I don’t think she does,” Stack shakes his head with a sly smile. “You wanna bet?”
“I don’t have anything to bet, but sure.”
“How about if I’m right and she doesn’t know, then you have to dance with me,” Stack smirks, raising his eyebrows at you.
“And if I’m right?”
“What would you like in return?”
You contemplate for a moment. “For you to tell me in detail how you got the money to afford this barnhouse.”
Stack rolls his eyes. “You’re on.”
“So, who is it?”
Stack turns toward the railing once again, a teasing look on his face. “You sure you just don’t wanna know because you’re jealous?”
“You think you’re funny, huh?”
Stack chuckles in response, before going quiet. Then, there’s a moment of silence where you give him a look as you wait for an answer.
“You.”
You.
You feel your heart stop. “Me?” you ask, not fully believing him yet. Stack gives you a nod, and you try to look for any sign of lying on his face, but you can’t find any. “Stack, be serious for a second.”
“I am, Pea.”
All of a sudden, the music being played in the background just sounds like noise. You feel nauseous, relieved, confused, and happy all at once.
“What the hell do you mean?” you ask. Your voice is quieter now as you look up at him.
Before Stack could give you an answer, he’s interrupted by a voice from down below.
“Yo, Stack, come on down he-!” Sammy shouts, but cuts himself with the look that Smoke shoots at him.
Stack clenches his jaw and whips his head towards Sammy. “Sammy, I’m gonna come down there and beat your ass. You need to learn when to read the room. Matter o’fact, I should come down there and break that damn guitar.”
“But you gave it to me.”
“And now I’m about to come take it away,” Stack replies causally. He makes a move to turn and walk down the stairs, but stops himself to look at you. “We’ll finish this conversation later, I promise,” he tells you, before giving you a quick wink and continuing down the stairs.
Then you hear, “Don’t run now, Sammy.”
Mary’s eyes meet yours from below, giving you one of her signature smirks.

Penthouse in New York with floor-to-ceiling windows and a closet full of high-end designer everything.
Black card access — no limit, no questions. You want it? You got it.
Gifts arrive in velvet boxes and matte black wrapping, usually with no note… just the knowledge it’s from him.
You’re untouchable. Every whisper of danger disappears before it reaches your door.
You don’t have to look over your shoulder — he already did, and the threat’s handled.
That subtle man watching you from across the street? He’s your bodyguard, sent by John. You didn’t even notice when he was hired.
Dinner at private clubs, drinks at bars that don’t have a name — only coins and codes.
Everyone knows you’re his, and that means they treat you like royalty (or stay ten feet away).
You’re not the only one he spoils — his dog loves you too.
You get to see the softest side of him when he’s on the floor, playing with dog, “He likes you more than me.”
Cold to the world, but warm to you. Protective. Possessive. Obsessed.
He doesn’t talk much, but when he does? Every word is measured and meant.
He’s all rough hands, tailored suits, and that look — the one that kills men but melts you.
There’s something intoxicating about being kept safe by someone who can destroy the world if you cry.
He’ll wipe blood off his hands and still kiss you like he’s been gone for years.
That gun on the nightstand? It’s always there, just in case.
𝖬𝗈𝗋𝖾 𝖺𝖻𝗈𝗎𝗍 𝗁𝗈𝗐 𝗁𝖾 𝗂𝗌 𝗂𝗇 𝖻𝖾𝖽
He’s calm. Too calm. That kind of slow-burning, you-don’t-know-what’s-coming calm.
He doesn’t rush. Doesn’t fumble. He touches you like he’s memorizing. Like he’s mapping every inch just in case he never gets to again.
But when you push too far—bite his lip, pull his hair, say something smart—he flips the switch. Real quiet. Real fast. And suddenly your back’s on the mattress and he’s in full control.
Doesn’t say much, but when he does? Your knees go weak.
“Is this what you wanted?”
“Say it louder.”
“Good girl.”
And that raspy voice? He’ll murmur filth in your ear mid-stroke, all while keeping that same unreadable expression—like he’s watching you come undone for him.
His fingers are careful—on your face, your hips, between your thighs. Gentle when he holds you, cradles your jaw.
But once you’re ready? He doesn’t hold back. Deep, steady strokes. Focused. Deliberate. Like he’s trying to ruin the memory of anyone before him.
He kisses like it’s the last time. Fucks like it’s the only time. Holds you after.
He’ll lay you out, strip you slow, and just… look. Take it in. Eyes scanning like you’re art.
And when he finishes? He doesn’t leave. He wipes you down. Pulls you in. Lets his hand rest on your lower belly like a claim.
He’s not loud about it. But you know when he’s claiming you.
Marks you—hickeys, bite prints, handprints. Doesn’t say why, doesn’t ask permission.
Anyone even looks at you the wrong way the next day? They feel it.

Your rent? Handled. Your car? Upgraded. Your closet? Looks like a store.
You mention a bag once and it shows up in three colors the next day. “Didn’t know which one you wanted. Keep all three.”
Even your lip gloss stash is stocked like a Sephora aisle—because “I like when your lips shine when you talk back.”
Pulls up in a blacked-out Range Rover, music bumpin’, blunt in hand. Passenger seat is yours. Always.
He opens your door. But only after checking his gun. “Just in case, baby.”
Late-night food runs in pajamas, windows down, his hand on your thigh the whole ride.
Nobody talks to you slick. Nobody looks too long. Nobody plays with your name.
If someone even thinks about disrespecting you? Smoke handles it before you can blink. “Don’t trip, mama”. Just like that, He handled it.
You don’t need pepper spray. You’ve got Smoke.
“You mine, right? Say it.” (You say it every time. You love how he says mmh after.)
“Why you walkin’ like that? I ain’t even go deep yet.” (Lies. He did.)
“You too pretty to worry ’bout bills. That’s my job.”
The lace you wear? For him. But it doesn’t stay on long.
Rough, slow, or possessive—it depends how long he’s gone without you.
Morning head. In the kitchen. anywhere. “You don’t even gotta lift a finger, baby. I got you.”
You in the club? He watching you like a hawk. Letting you dance—but just enough. “Alright now, that’s it. Bring that ass back over here.”
Stack and Sammie clown him, but never you. Not once. You’re off-limits.
girls hate. men stare. But no one can touch the pedestal you’re on.
He buys flowers, secretly.
He’ll press a kiss to your temple and mumble, “You my home, you know that?”
And when it’s just the two of you? He’s soft. Real soft. “Come here, let me rub your feet. You been walkin’ too much.”
𝖬𝗈𝗋𝖾 𝖺𝖻𝗈𝗎𝗍 𝗁𝗈𝗐 𝗁𝖾 𝗂𝗌 𝗂𝗇 𝖻𝖾𝖽
Not too soft, not too rough… but just the right kind of dangerous.
Smoke’s bedroom game? Lethal. He’s not all slow strokes and tender kisses all the time—but he’s not full-blown feral either (unless you beg). He lives in that middle space—where control and chaos meet. Where your body sings and your brain short-circuits. Where he ruins you just enough to make you come back crawling.
He moves like he’s been there before—because he has. But he never treats you like a routine.
It’s the way he grips your thigh with one hand, cigar still burning in the other, telling you, “Keep still. You actin’ like you don’t know who this is.”
Sex with Smoke feels like R&B in a dark car… windows fogged, bass thumping, and nothing but tension.
He’ll bend you over without warning, yeah—but then rub your back while he’s deep inside, breathing all heavy against your ear.
He might say some filth—but it’s the way he says it. Low. Like a promise. Like he means it.
“This what you wanted?”
“That mouth got smart earlier. Keep talkin’.”
“Look at me. Yeah… right there.”
Smoke don’t do praise. He commands. Calmly. Casually. Like it’s second nature.
You don’t even realize he’s the one in control until your legs are shaking and you’re asking permission to come.
He likes to hear you talk shit, though—so he can shut you up.
Starts slow just to tease. To get in your head. He knows you’re ready. He just likes making you wait for it.
Then out of nowhere? Rough. Deep. Fast. But he never loses rhythm. It’s like his whole body got built to break yours in the prettiest way possible.
He’s not a jackrabbit. He’s a menace with a plan.
After? He wipes you down with a warm towel. Pulls you close and kisses your shoulder like he didn’t just leave you folded.
If you whimper when he slides out, he grins—then kisses your temple and says, “Told you I’d take care of you.”
Might run you a bath. Might feed you fruit. Might even spoon you. But he’s never gonna talk about it out loud.

Stack’s money is long and quiet. He not on the ‘Gram throwing bands—he’s behind the scenes, owning the block and the buildings.
You got a direct deposit from him every Friday labeled: “For looking pretty.”
You whisper about wanting something? He already wired the funds. Don’t ask how. Don’t ask when. It’s just… handled.
Rent? Paid early. Tuition? Gone. Your mom’s light bill? Handled and never mentioned again.
Stack’s voice never raises his voice at you—but you listen. That calm “Come here, baby” hits harder than any shout.
Protective in the softest, most dangerous way. That man will pull you behind him and calmly say, “I got it.” And it’s got.
“You mine. That’s it. That’s the whole story.”
He takes his time like he’s got all day. Eyes on you the whole time.
He’ll rub your waist, kiss your thighs, and still ruin you slow. “Relax, baby. You safe here.”
Loves when you ride him—hands behind his head, smirking, low moan in his throat. “That’s all you, baby.”
After? He cleans you up, then carries you to the kitchen to feed you like the queen you are.
You’re not just spoiled in public. You’re spoiled in bed, too. Satin sheets, silk robe, and a man who knows how to use his mouth and his hands.
“Put your wallet away. You got me.”
“You don’t even gotta ask. I already did it.”
“What’s mine is yours, mama. And you mine.”
“Come here. You stressed out? Lemme take care of it.”
“Nah, don’t lift that. That’s what I’m here for, right?”
“You like being my problem, huh?”
Surprise spa appointments, nail appointments, even therapy sessions—because he takes care of all of you, not just the body.
Custom jewelry with your initials. A chain that says Moore in diamonds. “In case you forget who got you.”
His driver knows your name. His crew knows not to speak on you. His family knows better than to disrespect you.
“Had the driver bring you something.” It’s a Cartier bracelet. In rose gold. Because he said “it looked like you.”
He’ll book a hotel for you to have a spa day alone. “You need time to yourself. I’ll see you later tonight, mama.”
He doesn’t argue with people who try you—he makes calls.
Enemies don’t mention your name. They know better.
He’ll walk into a room full of tension and only care if you ate yet.
Ain’t no “showing off.” It’s real connection, real care, real provision.
Late-night convos where he lets you in—slowly, vulnerably. Only you get that side.
He’ll kiss your forehead before a meeting and say, “Wish me luck, baby.” Like your love is a good-luck charm.
Random “check your account” texts. No explanation. Just $10K.
“Had the driver bring you something.” It’s a Cartier bracelet. In rose gold. Because he said “it looked like you.”
He’ll book a hotel for you to have a spa day alone. “You need time to yourself. I’ll see you later tonight, mamas.”
He’s not showy, but the way he pulls your chair out at dinner? The way he stands behind you in every photo? It’s clear.
Girls wonder what you did to bag Stack. You didn’t have to do much—just be soft for him.
You’re the only one who sees the full version of him—cold-blooded to the world, but warm as a cashmere hoodie with you.
𝖬𝗈𝗋𝖾 𝗈𝖿 𝗁𝗈𝗐 𝗁𝖾 𝗂𝗌 𝗂𝗇 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝖻𝖾𝖽𝗋𝗈𝗈𝗆
Low voice, deep stroke, big problem.
Stack in the bedroom is pure danger. He doesn’t need to talk his game. He’s calm, deliberate, and obsessed with every little reaction you give him. He’s the type to ruin you slowly, then ask if you’re okay with your whole body trembling under his.
He’s not fast. He’s not soft. He’s focused.
Stack takes. His. Time. Every move is intentional. He’s not rushing—he’s studying.
The type to undress you piece by piece, eyes low, hands warm, knuckles grazing your skin like he’s memorizing.
He doesn’t just touch—you feel it. Palm on your waist. Hand around your neck. Fingers in your hair. It’s quiet dominance that makes your knees buckle.
“Breathe.”
“Hold still.”
“You takin’ me so good, baby.”
That low, raspy voice in your ear while he’s deep inside? Life-changing.
He’ll go slow. Deep. Stretch-it-out pace. And when you start shaking and clenching? He doesn’t stop—he slows down even more.
Might flip you over mid-whimper just to keep going, hand on your lower back, whispering, “You ain’t done yet.”
Doesn’t need breaks. Doesn’t need direction. Just needs you quiet and obedient… or loud and ruined. Either way.
Stack looks at you the whole time. Doesn’t break eye contact when you moan his name.
If you try to hide your face, he’s lifting your chin like, “Nah… lemme see you.”
Those hooded eyes and that slow smirk when you hit your climax? Enough to make you forget your name.
“That’s it. Take all of it.”
“You look so good like this… full of me.”
“You mine, right?” —soft but serious. Like it’s more than sex. Like it’s a bond.
Cuddle—will keep you close. Arm wrapped around your waist. Hand under your shirt. Chain against your back.
Kisses your shoulder in the dark. Rubs your thigh while you fall asleep. Wakes you up with his hand already between your legs.
If you try to get up, he pulls you back and says, “Five more minutes. Lay down.” (And you do.)

A/N: I had this work in my drafts for a while and decided to put it out. I would love feedback. It’s a bit on the rough side and lengthy. (Probably should have been 2 Parts but I rolling with it). I’ve said it before and nothing has changed, my characters/readers are black.

Summary: Anastasia left town before the SmokeStack Twins skipped town to chase dreams in Chicago with secrets and a broken heart. What was meant to be a short trip back to Houston, TX turns into a reckoning with the past she thought she buried.
The bassline of "Before I Let Go" by Frankie Beverly and Maze blasted through the speakers as if on cue when Anastasia “Stacey” Prince stepped into her father’s house. Normally that was a signal that it’s about time to leave the cookout. From the litany of cars that filled the driveway and trailed down both sides of the street, the party was in full swing. Plenty of red Dixie cups in hand, conversations trying to beat the music's volume, dominoes, spades, the NBA finals on one of the tv’s drawing a crowd were all signals that this served as a reunion of sorts.
She silently thanked God the house had the air conditioner on despite the frequent traffic in and out of the home. She was no stranger to heat or humidity, but she had gotten spoiled living in the mild yet warm weather of Los Angeles. She did not miss that Texas heat, actually southern heat generally. When her parents divorced while she was young, her mom took their kids back to her hometown of Ladera Heights, part of the Black Beverly Hills of Los Angeles, CA. Stacey and her brother spent most of their time in LA but winter and summer breaks in Houston or Slidell, Louisiana with their dad. She had a love for Texas though. That love had brought her back for college at TSU. Her brother on the other hand was sent to live with their father when he was in high school due to too many fights.
The smell of barbecue filled the air thick enough to choke somebody. She gripped her sons’ hands tighter as she made her way through the crowded house trying to also maintain a hold of a gift bag. The two seven year olds were practically dragging her to get to the backyard ready to play with the kids. Through the crowd they could see the bounce house and other kids chasing each other around it. Stacey offered a warm smile and small hellos to her relatives and her father’s friends before she heard his boisterous laugh.
“Slow down. Y’all don’t even know where y’all goin!” Stacey fussed at her hyperactive boys in a hushed voice. They were far less interested in the introductions to family that arguably they should have already known. The boys were eager to play.
“Whoaaa! There goes my baby girl. And who are these big boys dragging her around?” His light brown eyes gleamed as he stretched his arms out wide. The boys laughed and jumped into his arms in excitement. Richard Sr. tickled his grandsons making them squeal deep dimples accenting their snaggletooth smiles. “Hey Sweets.” He leaned, placing a small peck on her forehead.
“Happy Birthday Dad! Why didn't you tell me you were having a party?” Stacey chastised him.
“Get that stick out ya butt! It’s just a cookout. You look like you’re dressed for a party anyway. Maybe not this one…” He motioned to her outfit. She wore a black cottage core House of CB dress with black mules.
“Oh whatever. I just wanted a heads up…and I’m always fly.” She stated a matter of factly pretending to toss her hair over her shoulder since it was too short in her fresh bob. She held up a little burgundy bag with gold cursive embossed writing. “Your gift.”
Big Rich smirked, taking the bag. “You must be doing real well. Cartier for your old man? You shouldn’t have.”
“Just say thank you.” Stacey muttered as she folded her arms across her chest. Her eyes scanned the open floor plan of the two story home. She shifted her weight on her feet taking in her surroundings.
The truth was this was more than a birthday gift. This was a peace offering for the guilt of hardly coming to visit Houston within the last seven, almost 8 years. Stacey had visited three times, two of which she did not bring her twin sons. Those two visits were also within the same year and considered ‘girl trips’ for the weekend. Richard Sr would travel to Los Angeles to visit them frequently but he never held his tongue about his disapproval of his daughter not visiting him.
“When’s the last time you came to see your old man? I think you should come to Houston for at least the weekend, if a week is asking too much of you.” Stacey’s father glanced down at his iPhone to watch his daughter’s reaction via FaceTime. The thought of Houston pulled a sigh from Stacey. Her lips turned up into a smirk matching her father’s expression. He had anticipated an eye roll from his stubborn daughter.
“Which weekend are we speaking of? I need to check out my calendar and the twin’s schedule. I might leave them with mom.”
“You ain’t gotta leave my grand babies. They can hang wit their grandpere. Your fine ass mama can come too though.”
“Please Dad, you know she has a new husband.”
“I ain’t never cared about a punk ass nigga.”
“Now why does he have to be all that? He coo’ to me. He treats her well.”
“Sound like you switchin sides sweets. I never thought I’d see the day. My only girl would utter favor upon the opps.” Richard Sr. shook his head in disbelief, committing to acting as if his feelings were hurt. Stacey let out a goofy laugh covering her mouth.
“Daddy, I would never betray you. Scouts honor.” She held up a crossed middle and index finger.
“I don’t know if I want you to visit me no more. Just send the boys.” He continued his act of discontent.
“They ain’t coming without me. We’re a package.”
“Package my ass. Return to sender. You were just saying that you were going to leave them wit your momma.” He shook his head. “You want my card info so you can get these tickets now?”
“I don’t need your money Dad. Thank you but your daughter is fully capable of—“
“Yeah, yeah, yeah… you can pay yourself. I don’t want you to though.”
“You just want to make sure I actually come. I know you.”
“I know you too.”
“I’m not that flaky. We’ll be there for your birthday.”
“Mhm…You lookin’ for somebody?”
“No, not at all.” She lied. There was an unsettled feeling at the pit of her stomach that she struggled to decipher if it was anxiety or intuition. She was looking for the reason why.
“Well let me make you a drink. You look like you need it.”
The twins had broken free from their grandfather running towards the backyard as Stacey’s big brother opened the sliding doors. They screamed “Hey Uncle” in unison as they hurried to the bounce house. Stacey’s older brother, Richard Jr looked down at them eyebrows raised as he took a step back with a chuckle as they ran out. He held his arm out to usher a heavily pregnant Annie walk in before him. He grabbed a bottle of Dussé from the kitchen cabinet giving his sister a quick wave before returning outside. She fought the urge to roll her eyes at him as she accepted the cocktail from her dad.
Stacey’s eyes went wide with excitement seeing her dear friend that she considered like family. She practically completely zoned out from whatever her dad had been rambling about. Annie was the big sister Stacey wished for. They met when Annie moved from the Delta up to Houston. It was merely a coincidence that Annie was married to one of the two demons that did business with Stacey’s father and brother. A smile crept into your face taking in the image of her. Her tight coils pinned up into an updo. She wore a yellow flowy maxi dress that complimented her deep complexion and offered some cleavage for view. Stacey knew her husband had to be close behind. She prayed his twin wasn’t. She anticipated them to appear with bated breath.
“Hey Mrs. Annie!” Stacey beamed.
“Stacey?! Now this is a surprise. Ya Pa finally got ya down here. Why you didn’t tell me you were coming?!” Annie smiled with a hand on her hip. Stacey’s dad patted her shoulder as he walked away. The women pulled each other into a warm embrace. Stacey broke the hug to rub Annie’s swollen belly.
“Mmm. He did. The point was for it to be a surprise! I can’t wait to meet your baby girl.” Annie had revealed to Stacey over a recent call that she and Smoke were expecting a baby girl.
“You and I both. I’m bout sick of this heat bein pregnant.”
”Tell me about it. I was miserable. I don’t miss none of that.”
”Speakin’ of…Those was your boys almost knocking your brother over?” Annie knowingly asked. You chewed your bottom lip and nodded. She offered a sympathetic look. “They look just like ‘em too. Ain’t no hiding that.”
”They’re good boys. A handful though with all that energy but as charming as can be.” Stacey watched them go into the bounce house before returning her attention back to Annie. “Let’s get you a seat somewhere. You don’t need to be on your feet.” Stacey changed subjects leading Annie to the couches in the living room where there was less of a crowd.
“Don’t you start fussin over me too! I get enough of that from the guys.” She fanned Stacey off as they sat down. Stacey twiddled her thumbs.
”Does Smoke know?”
”You asked me not to say nothin. I respected that.” She tapped Stacey’s knee.
Stacey should have known. If she could trust anyone it would be Annie. In fact, Annie was the first to know about Stacey being pregnant. She ran to Annie in a panic and hysterics not knowing what to do. Stack and Stacey had already broken up. The last thing she wanted was him to think she was trying to trick her way back into his life. Especially when that was the last thing she wanted to do.
The benefit was Smoke was a man of few words. Stacey could easily be a topic he didn’t inquire much about. They also left for Chicago after she moved to LA, buying her much time. Annie understood why Stacey kept the twins a secret. Annie accepted her husband and all that he was whether she agreed with it or not. She knew Stacey struggled to accept the lifestyle the SmokeStack twins had because it was too much like her father’s. They were caught up in drug trafficking, gang wars, robberies, and a slew of other crimes. Her family flipped that drug money into legal businesses that proved to be lucrative, but she knew they played both sides. Her father moved like a ghost with a deadly hand and the twins were no different. Stacey even resented her brother didn’t strive for a more clean and narrow life.
“I never got a chance to properly thank you for everything.”
”We family. You didn’t need to.”
”Oh but I do. My request was selfish.”
Stacey left early enough in her pregnancy that no one knew she was pregnant before she left. She moved back to Los Angeles somewhere between being lovesick and a heartbroken puppy, tail tucked and head down. Elias ‘Stack’ Moore was her first love. What started as a teenage crush of her brother’s charming best friend, led to a secret or “private” courtship, then blossomed into a whirlwind romance. It ended up being a hot and cold and often toxic relationship. All in all, during their last encounter, Stacey saw a side of Stack that she never wanted to see again. Her heart rate quickened just at the thought.
”What you gone do today cuz they all here?”
”I guess I can’t avoid it forever.” Stacy tucks a piece of her hair behind her ear.
”Avoid what?” Smoke spoke up causing both of the ladies to jump a bit in their seats. Annie put her hand on her chest. He eyed Stacey with an expecting look. Stacey shook her head taking a gulp of her drink.
”Nearly scared me half to death…Hey Smoke.” Stacey let out a nervous chuckle.
“How you been Stacey?” Smoke squinted his eyes as his eyes shifted between you and Annie. He half waited for you all to answer his initial question. Smoke had come into the house to look for Annie after noticing she didn’t return outside with RJ. That’s when he caught the tail end of their conversation. He could tell from the women’s body language that they were shaken from the thought that he even heard that much.
“I’ve been good. Nothing worth complaining about. What about you? I see congratulations are in order.” Stacey tried not to shrink under his studying gaze.
“Thank you. Glad to hear you good.”
Much later in the backyard…
Richard Jr. leaned against a beam of the patio watching his nephews play. Her older brother never questioned it. In his mind, the twins could’ve been the result of a rebound relationship. His gut told him differently each time he saw them over the years. He just knew it wasn’t none of his business. Stacey never asked nor cared for his opinion when she started messing with his friend, so what happened after he left alone. Never spoke of it.
The twins slid out of the bounce house whispering to each other. They shot each other dimpled smiles before walking separate ways. The youngest of the two walked over to the patio where the coolers were. He used his small hand to wipe the sweat from his brow. The heat caused him to frown. He rocked on his bare feet trying to wait for the large masculine figure to move. The man was hunched down digging into the ice for longer than the little boy’s patience could stand.
“Excuse me sir! Can I have a Sprite?” The little boy asked cutting to the chase. Stack stood up to his full height, turning to find the little boy who was in a rush.
“What about a water?” Stack offered, cocking his head to the side.
“Nah…I asked for a Sprite.” The little boy protested.
“Your mama let you drink soda?” Stack raised and eyebrow.
“If I finish before she see me then she won’t know.” A mischievous smirk eased on the little boy’s face, his dimples in tow. Stack chuckled, shaking his head at the little boy’s antics.
“How about a CapriSun?” Stack bargained.
“2  CapriSuns and you got a deal.” The boy hustled.
“If you that thirsty then you should take the water.”
“The other one is for me.” Another small raspy voice peaked up from behind Stack. He walked around to his brother’s side giving the tall man a once over.
“Y’all boys twins?”
“No…I just met him today.” The twins laughed in unison. The blind could see the boys were identical.
Elias chuckled low. “Y’all came out the womb negotiating, huh?”
The taller one stuck out his hand. “I’m Ezra.”
“EJ,” said the other, following suit.
Elias blinked. “EJ?”
“Elias Jr.,” the boy corrected. “But nobody calls me Junior except my granddad. And just when he’s mad.”
The bottle nearly slipped from Elias’s hand. His smirk faltered.
“Elias?” he repeated, voice just a little offbeat.
“Yeah,” Ezra said proudly.
Just then, the glass sliding door slid open. Stacey stepped out into the glow of the string lights—phone in one hand, small plate of cake in the other—then froze.
There was her past, standing face to face with her future.
Shit.
“Ez. EJ,” she called quickly, tone clipped. “Go inside. Wash your hands and sit down. No soda.”
The boys groaned in unison. “But—”
Stack stood there, eyes shifting from the twin boys to Stacey then back to the boys. He took in their features. Their small jaw lines a miniature version of his own. The dimples, slight arch in the left eyebrow.
“Now.” Stacey ordered.
They knew that tone. Both darted off, leaving Elias staring after them with his jaw clenched and something unreadable in his eyes.
Stacey approached, keeping her expression neutral, calm.
“You want some cake?” she asked lightly, nodding at the plate. “Red velvet. From Aunt Marlene. You still like that?”
Elias didn’t take his eyes off her. “Elias Jr.?”
Stacey paused, lips tightening around a calm smile. “It’s a popular name.”
He scoffed, shaking his head slowly. “Stace.”
She tilted her head. “Don’t start.”
He took a slow sip of his drink, then lowered it deliberately. “You naming one of your kids after me is wild as hell. But what’s crazier? You showing up here with me-sized children and thinking I wasn’t gonna ask questions.”
“They’re my kids,” she replied.
“Didn’t say they weren’t. But I know my math. And I know my face. And Ezra? He got your attitude and my sarcasm.”
Stacey’s expression didn’t move. “You’re reaching.”
He stepped closer. “You know who they belong to, Stacey.”
“Does it matter?” she said, voice lower now. “You told me to stay away from you. You made it very clear.”
“Don’t flip this,” he snapped. “You vanished. Had my sons without telling me. Let your dad visit them in L.A. like it was some secret mission—”
“Because I didn’t want you in their world,” she cut in, sharper. “And I didn’t want them in yours.”
“Funny,” he bit back. “Since they damn near walked straight into mine.”
Stacey looked away. “They don’t know who you were.”
“They will,” Elias said. “Soon. But you? You and I—we’re gonna talk. For real. You owe me that.”
“I don’t owe you—”
“Dinner,” he interrupted, jaw flexing. “Tomorrow night. My spot. I’ll send the car.”
Stacey folded her arms. “I’m not on your payroll, Elias.”
He grinned, wolfish. “I know. That’s what makes this fun.”
She rolled her eyes but didn’t say no.
He leaned in, his voice dipping. “Bring your pride. But bring the truth too. I want it all.”
And just like that, he walked away—cooler than the bottle he left behind, but burning hotter than the grill smoke behind him.
Stacey stood still, heart drumming under the surface. She had just lost control of the narrative if she ever was in control of it.
And dinner was less than 24 hours away.
Tumblr media
Stacey crossed her legs slowly, deliberately. Her black silk dress clung to her like it had secrets of its own. Her lip gloss was perfect, her expression was not. She stared across the table at Elias like she was staring down a man with a loaded gun and history told her, in many ways, she was.
But she wasn’t twenty-three anymore. And she didn’t flinch for men like Elias Moore. Even if her pulse said otherwise.
Elias sat like sin on a throne. One hand resting on a lowball crystal glass of scotch, the other draped over the back of the booth. Smug. Rich. And ten times more dangerous than when she left him.
He sipped slowly from his glass, jaw tight, a diamond-studded watch glinting under candlelight. No jacket, just a black shirt rolled at the sleeves, showing off forearms veined and tensed. That same smirk people mistook for charm rested on his mouth. But it wasn’t charm tonight. It was fury held hostage behind an attempt to show good manners.
Stacey had accepted his invitation. Begrudgingly.
Elias looked her up and down.
“You clean up nice,” he said coolly, though the heat in his chest rose like smoke. “Didn’t think LA would turn you into a cloud engineer-slash-tech princess with investment portfolios and twin sons named after your past.”
Her jaw tensed.
She shifted in her seat across from him ever so slightly, graceful, composed.
“I didn’t come here for your sarcasm, Elias.”
“No?” He leaned forward, forearms on the table. “You’re here to explain why the hell I met my sons next to a bounce house and a f**king Capri Sun cooler.”
“So you invite me to dinner? For that…” Her eyes scanned the closed restaurant that only milled with a few staff members.
“I wanted to catch up without any interference. Seeing you yesterday reminded me how much I missed your company.” Stack smirked, deepening his dimples.
“I call bullshit, but I’ll leave it alone.”
”Don’t pussy out. Say what’s on your mind.”
“I know you want to really know why I did it. The truth is I was scared and young. I might not have known much about life yet, but I sure as hell knew about you. Men like you and your brother. Men like my father. I knew if I didn’t want to get forced into a decision that I didn’t want to make, then I would have to take agency of my own life. I had to protect me and my babies. And from what I heard, I wasn’t the only one to skip town.”
“So what? That was a fuck me while you ran off carryin’ my sons? They my kids too right?”
“I—I heard you threatening one of your little conquests to have an abortion. I saw how you treated women you didn’t want any more. Look how you did Mary. What made me different?”
“You know that I love—loved and cared about you. I was crazy about you.”
“Sure had a funny way to show it. Our last conversation you told me to stay away from you and you didn’t want to hear anything from me ever again.”
Elias flexed his jaw feeling himself grow more frustrated with this conversation. He ran his hand over his face exhaling. Men like you and your brother. Men like my father. Stacey’s words echoed in his mind. He respected Big Rich but the SmokeStack twins were a different kind of beast. They were relentless in their dealings and everyone knew not to cross them. That didn’t stop people from trying. Elias was careless with women because he could be. Stack was boystorous, while Smoke preferred to move like a ghost. What's the consequence when you can make shit disappear? she knows not to provoke a man of their word. He told her never to speak to him, so she didn’t. He didn’t do it out of spite or anger. He wanted to protect her.
“I want a DNA test.” He said deadpan.
Stacey nodded at the request. It was equally understandable yet unexpected. She chuckled bitterly, turning her head to the side to gaze out of the vast window beside her. The night view of the city’s lights played as an excuse for her to formulate her response. She straightened her posture before peering into Stack’s chocolate orbs.
“Ok.”
“Ok? That’s all you gotta say?” Elias narrowed his eyes like her indifference was a bigger betrayal than silence.
“I don’t know what you want me to say. Fine! Take the test! It won’t change shit for me. I didn’t come looking for you. I don’t have shit to prove!” Stacey allowed her irritation to slip out.
“Lower your fuckin voice.” he gritted
“Stop cursing at me.” She matched his tone, pointing a freshly manicured finger at him.
“Still a brat. I oughta bend you over my knee and spank you.” Stack bit his lip revealing his gold fangs. Stacey scoffed, rising from her seat, yanking her dress down.
”I don’t even know why I came here. Bye Elias.” She turned, but didn’t make it two steps.
“Anastasia.” He didn’t shout. He didn’t need to.
Her full name slid from his tongue like a knife in velvet. It was rare, intimate, intentional.
She froze.
For a second, the restaurant blurred.
She was twenty-three again, barefoot in his penthouse, wearing one of his shirts and nothing else.
Elias had whispered that name against her collarbone like it was sacred. And then later, he’d said it like a curse.
The memory hit like déjà vu she didn’t ask for.
Elias stood slowly, chair scraping softly behind him. No rush. No threat. Just presence: weighted and sure, the kind of stillness that says don’t test me.
“Sit down.”
Her jaw clenched, a flicker of emotion crossing her face before she buried it. That name still had teeth. She hated that it still fit in his mouth like it belonged there.
“We’re not done,” he added, quieter this time, like a fact more than a warning.
And just like that, Anastasia sat.
Not because he told her to.
But because some part of her still remembered what it meant when he used her real name and it burned.
“Once I get that paperwork, I plan on showing up for them. I’ma try to do right by them.”
”You’ve always tried, Elias. Tried new ventures. Tried new cities. Tried new women.” She took a sip of her wine, slow and deliberate. “Trying was never your issue.”
He glances away feeling the gravity of her words.
“You were a collector of beautiful things. Acquiring more for the sake of having them, which isn’t to speak to their value or what you deemed them to be…” Stacey set down the glass.
“Are you saying that I don’t value—“ she cuts him off, shaking her head.
“No…and yes? Possibly. You wage value in proximity to your ego. If you’re the first one with it, or if it's one of one. The more rare the better right? Until the next thing becomes the object of your affection…I won’t pretend to know your inner workings or who you are now though.”
“Are we talking objects or women?”
“Is there a difference?”
“Ahh Stace! You wound me. You think so poorly of me. Everything has value. Every woman has value. They also have a role to play. I possess the power to assign those roles. It’s made the most prideful and self proclaimed ‘virtuous’ bend to my will.”
“There’s Stack.” She referred to him as his street nickname.
“Don’t do that.” His jaw tightens.
Stacey leans in, locking eyes with him.
“Why not? You taught me how to compartmentalize.”
They stared at each other—wounded, proud, still burning. Finally, the waiter appeared to pour wine. Neither looked away. Just as the door of the private dining room closed behind them, Elias leaned forward again, voice lower now.
“After tonight,” he said, “don’t think you can walk out of my life again without a war.”
And Stacey—chin high, eyes locked—simply said:
“Then let’s not make it a war.”

Tumblr media
It wasn't by choice that you ended up in the opening night of the juke joint. Your cousin Shirley, ever the music enjoyer, caught word of someone throwing a party to open up their juke joint, and as she usually did, she dragged you along with her.
Not that you would've said no if she asked, you knew when to appreciate good music too. If only you asked whose juke joint it was. Maybe then you would've prepared yourself a little more.
Shirley came by your mama's house to pick you up, the two of you walking the short distance to another friend's to hitch a ride with them.
You were ready by the time she arrived, your curls out of their usual bun, defined neatly thanks to your mama's hand. You chose something simple, not having enough time to be fussy about what to wear.
It wasn't a new dress, you'd had it for some time but rarely wore it. It was a deep green, almost emerald colour. Held together by spaghetti straps over your shoulders, the v-line at its front brought all attention to the dainty gold locket that hung from your neck. The dress, made finely from silk, reached your ankles, kitten heels also in emerald on show. It fit you perfectly, hugging your figure in every right place.
A thin shawl accompanied you with the dress, lazily hung over your shoulders to shield you from the breeze that would follow with the night, but also from any unwanted stares. You knew a certain someone would have something to say. That was, if he knew where you were off to.
When asked, you never said you were officially married, nor did you say you were spoken for. You usually left it at "I'm in a good place with someone right now." Because that's all he was at the moment. A good place. His name was Jeremiah, you met a few months back.
He hadn't made any attempt to show you he wanted to marry you, so you played as if that was the case. Though you wouldn't entertain anyone else, and neither would he. So in a way, he was kinda it for you.
Sure, you had your fair share of fun with him, but he couldn't ruin you if anything were to go south. Not when you already were, unbeknownst to everyone else except him.
"You gon' stare at yourself in the mirror all day, or...?" Shirley nudged you as you stepped out of the car, fiddling with the pocket mirror in your hand. You looked up at your surroundings, noticing the juke joint and the cars around it, then back at Shirley, a smile tugging at your lips.
"You know better than anyone what looks mean to a lady."
"Mhm. You sure it ain't 'cause you're seeing Stack again?" She smirked, taking your hand in hers as you walked towards the doors.
"You─── what?!" You stopped in your tracks, someone bumping into you as you did. Shirley widened her eyes a little, apologising for you. "Shir, what did you just say?"
"Girl, I been told you. This here's Smoke and Stack's juke joint. Looks like Chicago finally blew 'em back to what they know."
Your breath hitched as you fumbled at the thin shawl around you. "No, you did not tell me, otherwise I wouldn't have come." You didn't mean to snap at her, but of all people, Shirley knew what the twins, what Stack meant for you.
She sighed, turning to you. Smoothing your flyaway baby hairs with the tip of her fingers, she spoke gently. "I know you and Stack ain't leave it on good terms, but that was ages ago. You've moved on, right? Don't let him ruin your night, yeah?"
You sighed, nodding your head despite thinking something completely different. But there was no going back now. At least you were promised good food and music.
Stepping towards the door, you recognised Cornbread letting people in. He did a double take when he glanced at you, shouting your name out loud. "You ain't so lil' no more, though, my God! How you been?"
"Nice to see you too, Cornbread. God," Shirley rolled her eyes. The two of you grew up together, close since knee height, so everyone who knew you, knew Shirley too.
"Shut up, Shirley. I know it was you who took my dice at that last game," He bucked at her, referring to the last time the both of you saw him over at a gathering in town, years ago. "Anyways, y'all ladies have a good night, you hear?"
He let you both in, and immediately you were hit by the sound of the piano wavering through the joint, bodies dancing and mingling all over, the sweet smell of liquor that longed for you... You had to admit, it looked great.
"Here, let's get us something to drink," Shirley walked to both of you towards were the drinks were being served.
"What can I get you fine ladies... Y/N? Whatchu doin' here?" Annie's face lit up when she saw you, reaching over the counter to give you and Shirley brief hugs.
"I could ask you the same thing! This one here dragged me along with her," you budged Shirley, a bright smile on your face upon seeing Annie. It seemed not so long ago was the last time you saw her, but really it was years. Probably around the same time you last saw the twins.
"Girl, don't act like you weren't jumping at the chance to come with," Shirley laughed, handing Annie a dollar. "We'll take 2 corn liquors please, Miss Annie."
"We damn near the same age, calling me Miss Annie," she kissed her teeth, pocketing the money before pouring the drinks. "You seen 'em yet?" she asked, directed more at you. You took a sip from the small glass, shaking your head 'no' after.
Annie nodded slowly. She knew all that happened between you and Stack. Like you did with her and Smoke. The beginning to now.
Shirley finished her glass, handing it back to Annie before standing up from her seat. "Look, there's Pearline! You wanna go dance, or you're good here?"
"No, I'm alright here. I'll join you later though," you waved her off with a kiss to her cheek, choosing to sit with Annie for a bit longer.
The two of you spoke and spoke as she served customers, and yourself, about everything the last 7 years had done for you both.
You could see Annie's eyes wander off to something behind you as you spoke, and you, in your 'three corn liquors in' state, turned around to see what it was. More like who, it was.
Smoke took a drag from the lit cigarette in his mouth, his head slightly tilting to the side when his gaze settled on you. He was surprised, you could gather that much through his stoic expression. Never was one to give away much.
Tearing away from you, he nodded at Annie. "How's it going? Good?"
She blinked, before nodding. "Nothing wrong so far."
He nodded, turning back to you, taking another drag from the cigarette. "Good to see you, Y/N." He bent down to your seated height to give you a small kiss on the cheek, cigarette smoke still lingering around him. Smoke was respectful towards you most of the times, when he acknowledged you, mainly because Annie had a few words with him about his approach to some people.
"You too," you mumbled, fingers drumming the wooden table in front of you. You liked Smoke, even if most times you couldn't tell if he liked, hell even tolerated, you.
"You seen Stack yet?" He asked. When you shook your head, he only gave you a curt not, walking away as quickly as he did.
"Well he ain't changed one bit," you blew out a breath.
Annie laughed, wiping down a table.
─── ༉‧₊˚✧ ───
The joint was packed to the brim, fellas laughing whilst they rolled dice and racked up dollars, ladies dancing with their girls or men as the blues rang throughout the crowd. It was amazing, you had to admit.
You were leaning against a pillar, observing from behind the scenes as you tended to always do at events like these. You watched on as Shirley danced with a random man, occasionally looking over at you with a wink.
You shook your head with a smile, fiddling with the material of your shawl. You desperately wanted to leave it somewhere, but you knew you probably wouldn't end up getting it back.
Sighing, you began to make your way towards the stage so you could hear the words to the songs better, before bumping into someone.
It was a small bump but my, did it almost send you going backwards. It could only be a man with a chest that hard, and you couldn't control your facial expressions, a mean ass mug made its way to your face before you knew it.
"Sorry 'bout that, you good?"
You knew that voice anywhere. That bass, that drawl... From anywhere. Your head snapped up to his, the scowl still present.
You saw the realisation and surprise fill in his features slowly. Stack was lost for words, for once. He brought a hand to his mouth, removing the toothpick. "Hey..." he said, barely above a whisper. "Whatchu doin' here?"
Seven years and that was all he had? The scoff that left your lips was deserved at that point. "Excuse me," you waved past him, shaking a little at the fact that you just saw the man that left you in absolute pieces, acting like none of that even happened albeit he saw you for all of ten seconds.
"Y/N, hollon," you heard him say but didn't stop moving through bodies, desperate to get as far away from him as you could.
Just as you were about to round the corner to the edge of the stage, his hand caught your arm, pulling you back into what looked like a corridor.
"Elias, get off of me," you gritted, fighting the physical hold he had on you. He couldn't lie, hearing his name roll off of your tongue after all this time had him feeling giddy, but he ignored you as he opened up the door to one of the rooms in the corridor, pushing you inside.
"You hard of hearing? Let me out, I'm not playing." You attempted to push past him, but he stood planted, blocking the door.
"I'm not playin' either. I just wanna talk."
"You had seven years, why now? Hm?"
He deserved that, and so much more. He nodded his head, bringing a hand to his chin, stroking his goatee. When he took a step closer, you took one back, determined to keep this distance between you and him.
"Look," he sighed, trying to catch your gaze but you looked anywhere but at him. "I know I should've said something, could've wrote to you or whatever. But I had to protect you."
"Protect me?" You scoffed. "I ain't need your protection, what I needed was your love. Hell, you couldn't even give me that most times."
Stack didn't allow himself to be upset over your use of love in the past tense. "I did love you, I still do."
"Yeah? You tellin' ole girl the same thing too? What's her name again... Mary wasn't it?"
Stack kissed his teeth at the mention of Mary, the other woman who just couldn't let him go. He'd told you time and time again that she meant nothing to him, that it was just you, yet she still managed to be in the frame.
"Mary ain't shit to me, I tell you that all the time. And I mean it."
"You lie so much, I don't even know what the truth sounds like coming from you," you mumbled, walking away from him to sit on the unoccupied table. If you were going to have a conversation with this man against your will, you at least wanted to be comfy.
"I ain't mean to lie baby, it's the only way I can leave you out of all this mess." He walked towards you, hands in his pockets. "I missed you."
"A little too late for that. You don't miss Mary?" you tilted your head to the size, revelling in the way he rolled his eyes.
"How many times i gotta tell you I'on care about her?"
"As many times as it takes to convince yourself."
"Fine, I'on care about her. There." He stared at you, watching your reaction. When he saw the faintest twitch in your lip, he smiled, knowing he was getting to you.
He took another step closer to you, now stood between your legs. You let him part your legs, like he had done so many times before, his hands gently moving your thighs. He didn't let go of them when he stood in between them, just ran his hands slowly up and down them.
"I'm sorry," he looked right into your eyes as he spoke. "I was gonna come looking for you today, but i figured you wouldn't wanna see me. But when I saw you today... I had to speak to you."
"Elias..." you sighed. "You can't just come back here after leaving me like that all those years ago, acting like everything's okay. You don't know how much you hurt me."
"I do know baby, 'course I do. It hurt me too."
"Not as much as it did me. You ain't the one who had to pick up the pieces of me after you left, Shirley did that. All cause you weren't there and still won't tell me why."
He sighed, stilling his hands on your thigh to lift your chin up.
"I'm here now, and I ain't goin' nowhere. I'm not leaving you again, i promise."
"Your promises don't mean shit to me anymore, Elias. You can't just sorry your way back into my life. I'm not as easy as you used to think I was."
"And why's that, hm? Some to do with that so called man you call yourself having? What's his face, Jeziah, was it?"
"Fuck you, Elias." you pushed him away from you, getting down from the table. Before you could leave again, he grabbed your arm, pulling you into his chest. His arms caged you in, firm and secure in his hold.
"If that's the typa timing you on, we can do that. But I'm not letting you leave til you hear me out."
"I have heard you out. I don't wanna hear no more," you shook your head.
His fingers stroked the material of your dress around your waist, it was taking everything in him to not pull it off of your right there. "Nah, you didn't. Look at me."
He tilted your head up towards his. "I love you. Only you, you're it for me. What I did... I know it was wrong and trust me I wanted to come back to you so bad, baby. But I had to do it, for both of us. What kinda man I'd be if i didn't provide for my woman?"
The fluttering feeling at your stomach only intensified when he called you his woman, taking you back all those years ago.
"You left me without saying a word, Elias," you whispered, voice breaking as a tear ran down your face. Elias hushed you, wiping the tear away, both his hands cupping your face.
"And I will spend the next forty or however many years saying sorry. I mean that." He kissed your forehead, both of you closing your eyes in that moment.
You shivered when his lips left your skin, your palms resting flat against his chest. He pulled back from the embrace just a little, looking at you as he spoke.
"You gon' let me come back?"
He was serious, about it all you could see now. You didn't reply, just brought your hand to the back of his head, pulling him towards you. When your lips met, you swore your legs would've buckled if he wasn't holding you so tight.
Your shawl dropped to the floor as you kissed him, his lips meshing with your so perfectly it was like the last seven years didn't even happen.
Jeremiah was the last thing on your mind in that moment, you could only focus on Stack's tongue wrestling with yours. You let out a moan when his hands trailed to your ass, squeezing as you made out.
He was first to pull away, wasting no time in kissing down your neck to your collarbone, leaving little bites that were sure to bruise sooner or later. And you let him, throwing your head back against his other shoulder, letting him do his work.
It wasn't until he started to walk you backwards, when your legs hit the edge of the table, that you realised what you both were about to do.
"Wait, E, hold on..." your put your arm between him and you, his eyes snapping to your face.
"What's wrong?"
A lot was wrong in that moment, you knew it.
"If I let you do this, you bet not mess up again," you spoke seriously. He nodded, starving for a taste as he bunched your dress up at your hips.
"I told you baby, I'm not goin' nowhere, not away from you again that's for sure."
He kissed your lips, undoing the buttons to both his waistcoat and dress shirt, leaving him shirtless in all his glory. Your hands raked down his toned front, pulling him back onto you.
As he kissed you tenderly, Stack's fingers slipped into your panties, being met by your wetness, allowing him to easily slip into you. He groaned at the same time you did, your head thrown back as he nudged you to lie down on the table.
"He get you this wet, hm?" He didn't need you to answer, he already knew what it would be. It would be nice to hear it though.
You shook your head. "Fuck, Elias, just do it already," you whined, having had enough of his fingers teasing your clit.
"Aight be patient, I gotta make sure she remembers me," he smiled.
You were about to say something slick, before you remembered just how slick Stack could get. Besides, he already began to take your panties off, pocketing them in his trousers.
He lowered his head to your clit, kissing it gently. Your hand immediately went to the back of his head, lips falling apart as he licked a bold stripe up your pussy.
"Fuck, I missed it here," he mumbled into you, the vibrations driving you crazy. It's not like it had been ages since you were last pleasured, but it had been ages since you were last pleasured by Stack. He had such a way with you, a way that no one else did.
He continued to lick slowly, so agonisingly slow at you, and it wasn't until you squeezed his head with your thighs that he finally gave in. After all, he did have loads of making up to do.
His hands came to your hips, holding you just like he wanted. Taking your clit in his mouth, he looked at you as he sucked, his tongue swirling around it. You couldn't hold eye contact, not when he was looking at you like that, your juices coated around his mouth.
"Oh, my God," you whispered, writhing underneath him as he picked up the pace.
"Why you so quiet? He done turned you shy, huh?" he smirked when he noticed your state.
"Stop talking about him," you groaned, feeling your body jerk as he worked you out, tongue lapping you for all your worth. "Fuck, I'm gonna─── Oh, shit!" You came before you knew it, only Stack could work you like that.
He kept on eating you out through your orgasm, letting you ride out your high on his face. "Just like that baby, give it to me," he encouraged you.
You had no more to give, at least not in that moment. He let go of your hips, only briefly as he sat up. You caught the sight of his glistening face, his tongue darting out of his mouth to lick his lips.
"Come here," you mumbled opening your arms for him as you sat up. He pulled you towards the end of the table, meeting your lips halfway. The taste of yourself on him drove you insane, the kiss just downright nasty.
Stack fumbled at his belt, undoing it before he dropped his trousers down as you kissed the side of his neck, your hand wrapped around his throat as he took his dick out of his pants.
He saw the way your eyes glistened at the sight of him, smirking as he unzipped your dress. Stepping out of it, the pair of you were fully naked, nothing new between you both.
"I missed you," you mumbled, a tired smile on your face and he hadn't even fucked you yet.
"Yeah? You missed me or you missed my dick?"
"Ain't it a part of you? It's the same damn thing," you rolled your eyes as your hands caressed his broad shoulders, kissing them.
Stack slid into you with a groan, hooking your legs around his hips as he slowly pushed in, getting accustomed to be inside you again. he wanted to savour this moment forever, your face scrunched up, mouth falling open as you let out such sultry sounds.
He waited for a moment before he started to thrust in and out of you, biting his lips to hold in his own groans. He let go of one side of your hip, bringing that hand to cup at your breasts, squeezing as his thrusts hit you in the right spots.
"Don't you go quiet on me now," your hand wrapped around his throat, pulling his face closer to yours. Stack's brows furrowed at your sudden boldness, but you could tell you already affected him given the way his thrusts stilled for a minute.
"Shit, baby, whatchu doin'?" he groaned, his forehead resting against your as he dug you out. "Fuck, you feel so good, mama. S'like I was never gone."
He regained his composure, swatting your hand away from his throat and instead grabbing yours, not too harsh, just the way you liked it. The sound of skin clapping was the only thing heard in the room, save for your moans that not even your hand could suppress. Thank God this was a juke joint.
"Elias, shittttt..." you shut your eyes tight, the familiar feeling of your orgasm approaching threatening to overwhelm you.
"Hold it," he grunted, speeding up his thrusts. He couldn't be serious, surely.
"Fuck, baby, I can't" you whined, nails scratching along his back as you tried to hold in your release.
"You can, just a lil' bit longer, mama." He sweet talked you, kissing your cheek as he neared his own orgasm. His hand left your neck back to your breasts, rubbing over your hardened nipples. It was too much, the way he was doing you.
"I can't─── shit baby I can't hold it," you whimpered, begging him to let you cum.
"Aight baby, give it to me," was all he said and you let go, a wave of pleasure blanketing you as you came, gushing all over his lower body. Stack fucked you through your orgasm as he came too with a low moan, pushing his seed in and out of you as he slowed down.
"Shit," he sighed out, looking down at the mess you both made. He slowly pulled out of you, kissing your lips as he used his dick to push his cum back in you. He was still the same nasty man you knew.
"I think fat ma missed me," he joked, laughing when you hit his chest. "C'mon, 'fore Smoke think I'm dead."
He helped you get dressed, conveniently finding and unused towel to wipe you both down. You dress now back on, you fixed your hair as best as you could.
Stack put everything of his back on too, tilting his head to the side when he caught you looking at him expectantly, "Yeah?"
"My panties, Elias."
"Nah, I'ma hold onto 'em fore you. C'mon," you rolled your eyes as he opened the door for you, being met with the sound of music yet again. You walked out before him, taking a deep breath and trying to act like that didn't just happen. You saw Shirley, walking towards her.
Before Stack could catch up wit you, Bo caught his arm, looking between the two of you with a smirk on his face.
"Ain't no goddamn way," he laughed. "You know she's in it with that lawyer guy up in Delta, right?"
"So, nigga? I had her first."

I Never Told You (part 1 )
Elias ‘Stack’ Moore x black reader
Description: ( unedited af ) You and Stack have been in love for what feels like forever, but neither of you has had the courage to speak up. Stack is convinced that your heart belongs to Smoke, and as for Smoke? He’s exhausted from trying to show you both that the love you seek is right in front of you.
Word count.: 3,852
A/n: this was originally one part, but I thought it’s a break it up into two because when I tell you, it’s getting a longer and longer 😭 I don’t wanna rush the way I want it to end but the way I’m craving these Sinners fic and I know some of y’all are too. I thought it would be nice to drop it now. Couldn’t contain my own excitement 😂
Part 2 - What I Should’ve Said
Enjoy ! 🩷
Tumblr media
As soon as you stepped off the train, a smile broke across your face. The familiar sights and sounds of home wrapped around you like a warm embrace. You were excited to finally be back, but a flutter of nerves danced in your stomach at the thought of seeing your sister for the first time in ages. Yes, you guys had written to each other, and she had tore your ass a new one in a few of them letters back home bout to running off with the twins without a word. Nevertheless, you knew regardless of how upset she may be with you, she’d always welcome you home with open arms. You missed your sister. You also missed the twins, who you were eager to reunite with. It had been almost a year since you’d all been together, and just thinkin' about Stack made your pulse quicken.
Steppin' aside so other boarding the train would have access to the front door, you made your way toward the center of the station, your eyes scanning the crowd. You were sure Stack knew you was comin' at this time, so you had a feelin' he’d be lurkin' around here somewhere. Just then, you heard it—a voice that sent a thrill of nostalgia through you. You turned around, curiosity piqued, and there he was, front and center.
But your heart sank a little when you noticed the woman standin’ in front of him. Fair-skinned and confident, she had that undeniable charm—Mary. Of course she would find him, you thought bitterly.
You watched as Stack’s gaze followed her, a solemn look crossing his face as she walked away. You should’ve known he’d seek her out the moment he arrived. You’d bet money he could find her in a crowed room, without fail.
You loathed Mary.
It wasn’t a secret. You couldn’t stand her presence and that gnawed at you deep down. It wasn’t just jealousy; it was that gut-wrenching belief that Stack cared for her more than he did for you. He looked out for her in a way that was different from how he looked out for you. The attention he gave her was the kind you had secretly longed for, and judging by the way he stood there, it seemed nothin' had changed.
Oh, how wrong you were.
“Old habits die hard, huh, Stack?” you snarked from behind him, the playful edge in your voice barely masking the hurt you felt.
“Damn,” he muttered under his breath, closing his eyes in resignation. He knew he was caught.
He didn’t even have to turn around to know it was you. Stack could tell by the sound of your voice that you was pissed, especially with the faux sugary sweet smile you wore when he finally faced you. That, and when you were at him, it was the only time you called him Stack and not Elias.
Turning around to face you he could barely contain the smile that wanted to break out.
It had been a year since the two of you had seen each other, but for him, it felt like a lifetime. For six years, y’all had traveled the world together. You had taken care of him and Smoke, watchin' their backs, makin' sure he stayed outta trouble. You had put up with his antics for so long, and he’d never understood why you stuck by his side. That was until you decided it was time to carve out your own path, to prove you could stand on your own.
So you left them. You left him. You promised to return within a year or come runnin' if he called.
But Stack didn’t call.
He figured you didn’t want him to. Not really. A part of him was upset with you for abandoning him. He knew Smoke had written to you a few times, and he tried not to let the green-eyed monster show. Smoke would tell him when he received a letter, sometimes even havin' one for him too. Stack never wrote back, but he always read the ones you sent for him. Several times in fact. He wanted to know how you were, what you had been up to, even if he fronted like he didn’t care. You were miles away and all he wanted was you near..
And now you were back, standing right in front of him, looking as breathtaking as ever. The sun-kissed brown skin of yours practically glowed in the light. The apples of your cheeks rounded as you smiled, dimples showing, and the curves of your hips called out to him as he admired your frame in the flowy yellow dress you wore. It reminded him of your favorite flower, magnolias, and coincidentally, yellow was his favorite color on you too.
You were home for him, and you didn’t even know it.
“It wasn’t even like that, Bam,” he said, tryin' to brush off the tension and butter you up with the nickname he gave you.
“It never is, is it, Stack?” you shot back, crossin' your arms, though a smile tugged at your lips.
“Come on now, after all this time, that’s the mood you wanna get off on?” He hand taken a few steps toward you and grabbed your hand.
“A brotha can’t get no love first?” He flashed you a smile he knew you couldn’t resist.
Despite yourself, your smile grew bigger as you felt the warmth of his presence pulling you in. You wrapped your arms around his neck, sinking into the comfort of his embrace.
“I missed you,” you confessed, your voice barely above a whisper as you melted against him.
“I’m glad you’re here,” he replied, his words a gentle way of sayin', 'I missed you too.'
“Who’s this?” you asked, eyeing the guitar-totin' boy standin' next to them after you two finally pulled apart.
“The boy,” Stack replied, nodding in his direction.
“The boy—Little Sammie, is that you?!” you exclaimed, shocked.
“Miss Y/n?” he said, his eyes wide with disbelief.
You laughed, pulling him into a warm hug. God, he was all grown up. You used to help his ma look after him and his siblings sometimes, and you even sang in his daddy’s church for a while. That was until you started hangin' out with Smoke and Stack more and stopped goin' to church. You didn’t want to hear no sermons about how the devil had his hands on you and how you needed to come back to the Lord.
It was a bittersweet feeling, thinking about how much you missed them and how much Sammie had grown. You could see he still had to get his head on straight, but it warmed your heart that he was still playing the guitar Stack had given him.
“Well then, there will be plenty of time to catch up later. You boys finish up here. I’ll be in the car,” you announced a beat after pullin' away. You knew they was up to no good.
“Little Sammie, help Stack with my bags, will ya?” You pinched one of his cheeks playfully before giving the other a quick kiss, treating him like the youngin' he still was in your eyes.
“Oh and drop the ‘Miss’.” He stared after you, bewildered, as you walked past Stack, givin' him a wink while you patted his chest slowly, draggin' your hand away.
“That’s really Y/n,” Sammie said, still in disbelief, causing Stack to chuckle.
He hadn’t seen you since he was a boy, and he couldn’t believe how different you were now. You were just a teen girl girl in his eyes back then, but now you were a grown woman—an extremely attractive one, at that.
“She’s—”
“Way too much woman for you to handle, lil nigga,” Stack stated matter-of-factly, a smirk playin' on his lips.
Not too much for me, though, he thought to himself, wordlessly pickin' up both suitcases and handing his little cousin one. You would probably fit real pretty in the front seat of his ride right about now, knowin' you and those pretty pick pocketing hands of yours had already snatched the keys from his coat pocket.
“Well, are you?” Sammie quizzed.
“Am I what?” Stack frowned slightly.
“Handling it?” The corner of Preacher Boy’s mouth twitched just a little, and Stack knew the younger man could tell you were vexed with him, and he wasn’t handling shit.
“Bring yo ass on, smart ass.”
As a result of those endless hours of travel, you were exhausted. You hadn’t gotten much sleep on the train, not wantin' to doze off around strange white folks. Your father had raised you and your sister to always be aware of your surroundings. After hearin' Delta’s wild stories about the men he knew from the side of the road, you needed a moment to decompress. So, you let the sounds of Sammie’s guitar and the rhythm of the car rockin' gently lull you into a well-deserved rest.
You weren’t sure how long you had been asleep, but soon you felt somethin' soft brush against the side of your face.
“Bam,” you heard softly as you began to stir.
“Bam.” This time you felt a poke to your cheek.
With a soft groan, you opened your eyes to see Stack standin' outside of the car, looking at you with that soft smile that always made your heart race.
“There’s my girl.” He smiled down at you.
“What you want, Elias?” You tried not to blush at his words.
“We made it. Come on.” He extended his hand for you to take.
You took it, pullin' yourself up to stand. Prepared to jump over, he surprised you by lifting you up in the air out of the back of the car.
You squealed, caught off guard as he held you slightly above him. You looked down at him for a minute, and he slowly set you back down, your body sliding against his.
“Thank you,” you said bashfully, pretendin' to fix your hair in the mirror.
He stood directly behind you, just close enough for you to catch a glimpse of his smirk in the car mirror.
“Anytime.”
“I—” you began, but were cut off by another car pullin' ahead. Once you noticed it was the truck Stack had said Smoke was in, you started walking quickly toward it. Stack told you the two of them had to split the work and that Smoke had a few stops and you knew it wouldn’t be anywhere else, but to see Annie. It was one thing for Smoke to be gone; of course then, he and Annie couldn’t be together. But while he was home, he wouldnt go anywhere without her.
“Annie!” You called as soon as your older sister came into view.
“Y/n?” Annie couldn’t believe her eyes as you ran toward her the biggest smile on your face.
“Surprise.” You spoke tearfully, as you slowed down taking the last few steps before crashing' into your big sister. You embraced her tightly, the two of you holding onto one another as if the other would disappear if you let go.
“Look at you.” She ran her hand up and around your face, cuppin' it affectionately.
“Look at you.” You repeated, mesmerized by your sister’s loving eyes.
Eyes that always looked at you with understanding, compassion, love, and support. Annie didn’t always agree with the choices you made, but she always supported you in choosin' your own destiny.
“Don’t you ever leave me like that again,” she fussed, swattin' lightly at your butt.
“Stop, girl, I’m grown,” you laughed, spinning around in a circle to dodge her playful swats.
“Girl, I don’t give a damn.” Annie fixed you with a stern look. “You’re still my baby sister. You don’t just run off and leave me without notice like that. You scared me half to death.”
“I’m sorry, Annie. It’s not that I wanted to; I just—” you paused, searchin' for the right words.
After a moment, you realized you didn’t need to say much. Annie would understand.
“Mine doesn’t have a mojo bag; he just has me,” you said, your voice wavering, knowin' she would know you was referring to the more reckless twin.
She smiled and nodded in understanding. You stood there for a little while longer, embracing each other, tryin' to wipe the tears from each other’s eyes, gigglin' like school girls as you did so.
“We’ll take more later ya hear?”
“Yes ma’am.”
Pullin' away, you angled your body a little more to the left to finally get a good look at Smoke.
“My girl!” he said with a small smile of his own, and you couldn’t help but laugh.
“Hey Smoke.” The two of you wrapped your arms around one another.
You missed the way Stack’s jaw clenched as you embraced Smoke. The latter didn’t as he grinned at his twin. It was an asshole thing to do, but he couldn’t help it. He had been watching the two of you pine after one another for years. If Smoke had a dime for every time he tried to convince his brother that you felt the same way about him that he felt about you—or to get Stack to confess his feelings for you—boy, he’d be rich.
It was your last night in town, and the three of you went out. You were currently dancin' with some random nigga from round the way. Stack watched you like a hawk, grillin' the hell outta the man who had your attention. Smoke couldn’t do anything but laugh at his brother’s expense.
“Nigga you got it bad,” he said with a chuckle.
“Shut up, bitch. You got it just as bad for her sister,” Stack shot back.
“Sho’ll fuck do. Don’t give a fuck who knows either.” Smoke shrugged blowing a cloud in Stack’s direction.
“Yeah, whatever.” Stack muttered, takin' a sip of his beer.
“Mmhmm, whatever shit, nigga. Could be you out there dancin' with her, tryna cop a feel. Instead, you’re here,” Smoke teased.
“It ain’t like that with us, Smoke.” He denied.
For the life of him, Smoke couldn’t understand why Stack was in denial about you. It was like he was purposely standing in his own way, unwilling to accept a good thing.
“Have I ever been wrong about a woman tryna throw her pussy at you?”
“Nah,” Stack grumbled, his defenses slowly crumbling.
“Aight then, nigga. Listen for once.” Smoke said, playfully mushing the side of Stack’s head as he stood up to head to the bar.
“Aye, watch out.”
“Girl follows you around the world, and you still questionin' shit,” Smoke called over his shoulder.
He could only shake his head at the memory. Smoke swore dealin' with y’all shit was gonna put him in an early grave.
Once the two of you released one another from the hug, you walked back toward your sibling, and Smoke did the same.
“You good, man?” Smoke asked, knowing full well he wasn’t. He just wanted to see if he was ready to be honest with himself.
“Yeah, uh, I’m good.” Stack cleared his throat before repeatin', “I’m good.”
“Good.” He patted his brother on the back. “Now let’s get to work.”
Now, you knew you was comin' to work, but you ain't expectin' to be put through the wringer! As much as y’all got on each other’s last nerves during the setup, it was all part of the charm. Smoke being the bossy one, always puffin’ up his chest like everybody ain’t already know he ran the place; Cornbread, with his big ass, ain’t stop complainin' 'bout how heavy them boxes was; Delta always droppin' “back in my day” stories like they was gospel every five minutes. And Stack? He was slick, finessin' Preacher Boy into doin' part of his work in the name of “respectin' your elders.”
Not to mention you, Grace, and Annie, makin' one little complaint 'bout the heat, which led to Bo shakin’ up a bottle of beer and lettin' it spray all over y’all like a makeshift sprinkler system to “cool y’all off.” But this? This was the stuff you cherished. These were the moments you missed. After hours of busting your backs, the grand opening was here, and the party was in full swing.
You found yourself wrapped up in Stack’s arms, your back pressed against his solid front. The sweet sound of southern blues wrapped around you like a warm embrace. Ain’t nothing like live music from home, and tonight, the air was thick with rhythm. Effortlessly, your body flowed with the beat, swayin' in a circle until you found yourself once again meetin' Stack's chest. One of his arms hung loosely around your waist, his fingers barely grazing your skin, followin' the pace of your movements like it was second nature.
“So, this is new,” you teased, glancing back at him.
“What’s that?” Stack’s voice was low, his eyes glued to the way your hips moved, like he was tryin' to memorize every curve.
Stack thought you was downright gorgeous, and it drove him crazy. He wished he could tell you every single day how beautiful you were. Your body? It made his heart race. Big hips, thick thighs, and those legs that seemed to go on for days. That dress you wore? It gave him a perfect view of your curves, and he found himself lost in thoughts he shouldn’t be havin’.
“You dancin' with me,” you said louder, breakin' him outta his daydream.
“I’ve danced with you before,” he replied, a hint of challenge in his tone.
You leaned your head back further, givin' him a smirk. “Not like this.”
Stack’s grip around your waist tightened, the two of you still swayin’ to the music. “What’s this?” His breath brushed against your ear, sending shivers down your spine that you tried your best to ignore.
“Like you tryna work your way into my drawls,” you shot back, playful but with a hint of seriousness.
“And if I am?” he shot back, spinning you around so you faced him, his gaze intense.
You were momentarily stunned, your eyes searchin’ his for any signs of this bein' a joke, you arms now loosely around his shoulders.
“Smoke told you.” you said, his words heavy like a weight on your chest, but it felt more like a statement than a question.
You knew Smoke couldn’t keep his mouth shut when it came to his brother. Stack had ditched you and Smoke for the night to run off with some floozy and you were hurting bad. Especially after the way he had been flirting with you day after day. After an attempt at drowning your feeling in a bottle of whiskey, you had confessed your undying love for Elias Moore to his other half after the world became a bit too blurry. The truth came spillin' out like vomit, then afterwards, literal vomit. You could curse the ground Smoke walked on for lettin' it slip.
Stack watched as the gears turned in your head, his eyes dropping to your bottom lip, which you had pulled between your teeth. He chuckled softly, still swayin' with you, but the tension was thick.
“Smoke been tryna tell me for years,” he confessed, his gaze dropping to the floor before meeting yours again.
He wasn’t sure if he was talkin' 'bout Smoke tryin' to get him to accept his own feelings or the ones you held for him.
It was the way you cared for him. In every way. You checked on his well being constantly. The effects of the war on smoke were clear. He had his issues and one of them Stack always took care of. Rolling his cigarettes, making certain shit easier for Smoke every chance he got. Stack was the suffer in silence type. No I didn’t know the trauma he had suffered. He preferred everybody think he was OK. But you saw right through him. You seem to be able to tell every time something took him back there the lifeline you’d reach out of your hand, holding his gentle caresses to the top of his hand, which is the tiniest of squeezes that will bring him back and remind him that he was here and safe and with you. Stack was the type to suffer in silence, keepin' his struggles close to his chest. But you? You saw right through him. You could tell when something haunted him, and each time, you’d reach out, holdin' his hand, givin' him that gentle squeeze to remind him he was safe with you.
You were everything to Stack.
The air between you two shifted, thickening with unspoken words and feelings.
“When did it click?” Your heart raced, the world around you fading away.
Y’all had stopped movin’, probably the only two still in the crowd of people dancing and signing having a time.
“The one you left.” Stack admitted, feeling a bit guilty for only realizing how deep his feelings and love for you really were.
Speechless you pulled away from him completely, mouth opening and closing as you stuttered trying to find the right words to say. Overwhelmed with emotion and not quite sure what to do with yourself you turned around to scurry away when he grabbed your hand and pulled you back to him.
“Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold on now. Why you runnin'?” He was holding you again, bobbing his head around trying to catch you eye as you avoided his.
“Elias, you drunk,” you said, your voice shaky.
“Baby, I ain’t had a sip of liquor,” he replied, his grip on your chin gentle, forcing you to look at him.
Big brown eyes searched yours, filled with a truth that made your heart swell with love.
“Y/n,” he started, but just then—
“Stack!” Smoke’s voice cut through the moment like a hot knife through butter.
You two pulled apart at the sound of his brother calling.
“Let me holla at you for a minute,” Smoke beckoned, clearly oblivious to the tension hangin' in the air.
You could see Stack was ready to protest, but you stopped him, gently cupping the side of his face in your hands. Stack might not have been running off liquid courage, but you had dug deep for some courage and found enough bravery to push through.
You pressed a soft kiss to the side of his cheek, and then another right next to the corner of his mouth, lettin' your lips linger just a moment longer.
“Go. We’ll talk later,” you assured him, pulling away with a grin as you turned to find a seat at the bar y’all had been swayin’ next to.
It wasn’t long before Stack's arms wrapped around you from behind.
“Count on it,” he whispered, kissing the side of your neck, sending warmth flooding through you.
You flushed at the feeling of his lips on your skin, that deep baritone voice igniting a fire you didn’t know you had.
You couldn’t wait until later. But unfortunately, later never came.

[a/n: ik i said i was gonna release this later this week but im lowk bored sooo]
Tumblr media
you’ve known stack and smoke since they were elias and elijah.
you and elijah were inseparable. from grade school til now, still close like white on rice. unfortunately for you, the moore boys were a package deal. you had called smoke to tell him you were gonna stop by. “a’igh, i aint home right now but, stack gon’ be there” he soon revealed.
you didn’t have a problem with stack, no never that. just didn’t feel like hearing any smug or flirty comments. “w’nt no point in putting them pretty clothes on..’m just gon’ take em off” stack would say with a shrug and a smile.
you would always brush off elias’ advances over the years. in high school, you said it was his hormones. that he didn’t really like you and was just a horny teen. but now? he’s fully developed; mentally and physically, and knows exactly what he wants (you).
you end the call and started your car going straight to the house.
once you arrived, you’re met by music and deep voices. plural. you skip going in the house and make a beeline for the backyard to see who you were hearing.
you were ultimately met with elias and his friends sitting around smoking, “oh my bad, i just wanted to let you know i was here” you speak with a smile, one hand on your hip and the other being used as a visor to block the beaming sun.
“oh a’right, you aint gon’ give me a hug?” he asked with a teasing smile and open arms. you rolled your eyes walking past him and into the house, through the backdoor. although it was a short walk, you felt like a deer in front of a bunch of tigers, everyone eyeing you up and down. their gazes; hungry.
once in the house you laid on the couch for literally five minutes before stack came in the house. “im finna walk them out real quick, you good?” he asked in a irritated tone. “yeah im okay..are you?” you replied nodding towards him as he shrugged it of with a nod.
he soon came back in and walked to the kitchen grabbing a beer. “what’s up?” was all that came out of your mouth, seeing as how you knew he was mad. “them niggas disrespectful”.
“what happened? they say something out the way?” you questioned sitting up to look over at the kitchen only to see he was walking towards you. “yeah they talkin’ ‘bout—‘she bad as hell’” he answered before kissing his teeth.
thats what you’re mad about?
“oh—boy, you funny, they was complimentin’ me” you laughed as he sat next to you. “nah baby, they was pissin’ me off is what they was doin’” before cracking his beer open, “i told them niggas you was my girl and they st-“ “hold on hold on, what? you told them i was your girlfriend? stack, i aint with you” you corrected with a scoff and a look of disbelief.
“you aint with who?” he snorted “you with me..i’ont even know why you would say that” elias finished with a shake if his head and a laugh.
before you could respond, smoke walked in nodding towards yall, “yall look like a couple all cuddled up” he stated unknowing of the previous events.
god were they delusional.

Tumblr media
“he’s dangerous. if you had any common sense you’d stay away from him.” their words seemed portent at first; a precautionary warning that had her wary of him. she didn’t know him but she’s heard enough stories about him to know that he was feared by everyone. his reputation was something akin of their town’s own boogeyman or freddy kreuger — he was dangerous, menacing and someone to be fearful of.
cleo hadn’t been in town long enough to know if his reputation superseded him or if the rumor’s held some weight of validity in them but her curiosity was piqued to meet the guy that had people hurriedly locking their doors when the sun went down and removing the welcome mats off of their front porches.
at first, she wondered if everyone in town had collectively decided to pull a prank on her as some sort of initiation or simply for their own amusement. because to her elias moore seemed more like a ghost than a vampire. she lurked outside after hours, even against their warnings — completely foolish and naive, but she never saw him around.
she doesn’t know why she wants to see him so bad, maybe it’s because everyone else has and she feels strangely left out. or maybe it’s because she needs to see for herself if there was a world where mythical creatures existed outside of the cheesy television shows she used to watch and the books that she read. but much to her dismayed defeat, time continued on with her being the only one who had yet to meet the feared elias moore.
“what does he look like?” she asked, feigning innocence behind her curiosity that her best friend, naomi easily sees through and narrows a pointed glare at her. “what? i just want to know in case i see him around somewhere!” she murmurs with a halfhearted shrug. it didn’t seem like an actual possibility with how she hadn’t so far, but she didn’t want naomi to know that she was willingly seeking him out.
naomi sighs, pursing her lips as she tapped her manicured fingers against her thigh. after a moment’s contemplation, she reveals: “i’ve only seen him around a few times. he doesn’t look like any of those sick looking vampire that you see on tv. he’s actually…fine.” at this, cleo’s eyebrows raise in amusement at her friend’s description. “he has this look about him that makes you weak in the knees whenever he smiles at you. it’s effortlessly sexy and his eyes — just don’t look in them too long cause you’re gonna find yourself wanting him to turn you into a vampire too just so you can spend the rest of eternity with him. i’m only telling you this because you asked, but don’t go around asking anyone else about him. you don’t want your daddy finding out about it.”
cleo nodded in agreement, but still found her mind wandering about him. she knows that naomi’s right, her overly religious father would have an aneurysm if he’d found out that she was asking questions about the town’s social pariah. but that didn’t stop her from visualizing him through naomi’s description.
she’s only ever heard of naomi speaking negatively about elias so for her to refer to him as fine despite her disliking of him had intrigued cleo. “yeah, you’re right. i was just curious but now i know.”
naomi’s pointed glare deepens, like she doesn’t fully believe cleo. “girl…stay away from him for your own good. trust me. i know another girl who was curious about him just like you are and she got turned.” cleo wonders if she’s just saying that to scare her away, but surprisingly it doesn’t.
“i hear you,” naomi hums in acknowledgment but thankfully doesn’t reprimand her any further about her curiosity.
sometimes cleo makes smart decisions.
when it came to school and her grades, everything was always calculated in her mind for her to choose the best possible outcome. she was annoying obsessive like that — always planning ahead, analyzing and assessing even the most mundane things that infiltrated her life. but other times, on seldom occasions, she makes not-so-smart decisions; one’s that has her acting impulsively and deviating from her normally pristine behavior.
she was supposed to be going back to her dorm room to get ready for a party that she was planning on going to with naomi. it was twelve o’clock and she had just finished an exasperating nine hour bartending shift with annoying alcoholics flirting with her and their heady, glossed over eyes staring at her ass in the tight fitted jeans that she was wearing.
her dad was less than pleased about her place of employment, but he knew that she needed extra money to pay for her clothes, shoes, hair and other miscellaneous items so he refrained from making any comments anytime she she complained about a customer or the minimal pay that she was getting.
cleo was closing the bar; wiping down the sticky counters, recounting the money in the register and overturning the chairs when she looks up and sees him. he’s standing across the street but even with the distance set between them she can feel the smolder of his gaze as he looked at her. cleo stands there for a brief moment just staring back at him until she mustered enough courage to make her way to the front door.
the overhead bell rings in a soft bellow as she pushes the door open. the humidity of the mississippi air sticks against her skin as soon as she steps outside. but even with its scorching temperatures, elias’ stare pierces deeper and has her skin burning. when she steps outside, she sees him making his way towards her — his gait was stealth and calculated.
she feels goosebumps prickle along her skin, air catches in her lungs and warmth curls around her neck as he sauntered closer. the first thing that she noticed was that although naomi had been right in her description of him, she had greatly undermined it. he wasn’t just fine; he was handsome and she could already feel her knees buckling weakly beneath her just at the sight of him. the second thing she notices is his eyes and the phosphorescent glow of red in his pupils. when he finally reaches her, he stands athwart from her and slowly drags his eyes over her body. his eyes find hers again and for a moment she wonders if she could hear the hastened beating of her heart.
“it’s kinda late for you to be out here ain’t it?” he posits and the deepened drawl of his southern accent somehow makes him more attractive.
cleo swallows a shaky breath, nodding. “i’m closing up the bar. we just closed about ten minutes ago,”
he raises his brows, trailing his eyes somewhere offside. “and they just left you to do it by yourself? don’t they know it’s dangerous people out here? vampires walkin’ about like they’re humans.” he says with sarcasm lilting in his voice and clicks his tongue against his teeth with a reprimanding tsk that follows.
cleo juts her chin outwardly. “i’m more than capable of handling myself.” she rebuttals, her hand perched on her hip as she looked at him.
his eyes find hers again and he smirks impishly, nodding his head. “i’m sure.” he says; and it’s something hidden in the way that he says it that has her cheeks warming again. a moment passes between them as he stares at her with an intrigued expression worn on his face. “you ain’t scared of me,” it’s more of a statement than a question, though she knows it’s intended to be the latter.
he sounds and looks surprised by this, that he’d finally encountered someone that didn’t run away when they saw him. “am i supposed to be?” she was more attracted to him than anything, unable to stop looking at his lips and his bared fangs that peeked out from his mouth.
he shrugs, “everyone else is.”
“well i’m not everyone else,” at that he doesn’t respond, only smirks at her again making the butterflies she feels in her stomach somersault deeper. cleo bites her lip as she looks over her shoulder towards the bar. ‘don’t ever invite him in anywhere, that’s how he gets you.’ she ignores her father’s words, pushing them to the back of her mind. “you wanna come in?”
he raises another brow, “you want me to come inside?” this time it’s her that shrugs and he only gives her a brief dubious look of contemplation before he’s following her inside of the bar at her open invitation. she could feel his eyes honed in on her ass and unlike with the drunken middle aged men from before, she isn’t repulsed at the realization.
“you know, at first i thought people were lying about who you are. it seemed like everyone knew what you looked like except for me.” she says, folding her arms against her chest and watching his eyes lower to her perked breast. she bites on her lip, intrigued.
“you were lookin’ for me?”
she nods briefly, “i wanted to know what you looked like.”
he walks towards her until he’s standing directly in front of her; way closer than he was when they were standing outside and it catches her slightly off guard. “well now that you have…whatchu think?” the remark is undeniably coquettish — the soft murmur of it accompanied by the lascivious look that he’s giving her has her pinned beneath his gaze.
“i think you’re not as scary as people make you out to be,” she responds; avoiding the answer that she knows he was truly searching for. but he settles for this one too, indulging in her retreat.
“you think you can make that assumption from a five minute conversation? what if i am like everyone says?” the air between them shifts into this palpable tension; hot and undeniable. he takes a few more steps forward until he’s hovering his heightened figure over her. she cranes her neck to look up at him, “i could bite you right now and you wouldn’t be able to do anythin’ about it”
“if you wanted to you would’ve done it outside,” she rebuttals, seeing the twitch of his curled upper lip.
“maybe i like playin’ with my food before i eat it.” and the innuendo behind his words has her breath hitching.
her skin pricks with goosebumps again at his teasing words. elias takes immediate notice of it; his nostrils flare as he inhales sharply with his heightened senses. and it takes a moment for her to realize that he must smell something radiating off of her body — arousal? excitement? — because he’s chuckling and licking his lips as he reached his hand out and brushed it over her hip. she shivers, not out of fear but of arousal. “and you sure as hell look and smell good enough to eat.”
cleo’s mouth gapes the only audible sound that comes out is a soft gasp. it’s the sound of her phone ringing that suddenly clefts through the tension hanging in the air. she jumps, startled, looking at elias whose eyes narrow at her phone like he’s inwardly cursing it for its intrusion. she reluctantly moves out of his grasp and walks over to pick up her phone that was sat at the edge of the counter.
picking up the phone she sees that it’s a text from naomi asking where she’s at. she’d gotten so distracted with elias that she forgot that she was supposed to meet naomi at their dorm room half an hour ago. she types a quick message in response, telling her that closing up took longer than expected and that she should go ahead to the party without her and that she would just meet her there instead.
she looks up from her phone at the same time elias is already walking out of the door, the sound of the bell ringing announces his departure as cleo stands there with her mind replaying their interaction.
a week passes before she sees him again. he’s standing outside of the door; staring, watching, waiting. she walks towards the entrance and holds the door open, beckoning him forward. “come in,” he walks inside as she closes the door behind him.
“you weren’t here the other night.” he says, catching her slightly by surprise. had he been looking for her this time instead of the other way around?
“oh, yeah. i was off. i don’t work on tuesdays and thursdays,” she explains watching as he nodded before looking away with a sheepish expression. after their last encounter, she spent the entire week thinking about him — how he looked at her, how his hand felt against her bare skin. cleo didn’t understand how she developed such a quick attraction for him, especially when she didn’t even give human boys any time of the day, but something about him was different.
naomi was right, all it took was one look from him and cleo found herself a fallen victim to his charm. “why aren’t you scared of me?”
she’s taken aback again, even more so than the first time. “why do you want me to be?” she challenges, noticing the pull of his jaw as he clenches it shut.
“your daddy’s a preacher ain’t he?” she furrows her brow, curious to know how he’d figured that out without her telling him. “how you think he’d react if he knew you were stayin’ behind after work to talk to me?”
ah, so that’s what this is about.
“well aside from me being grown and fully capable of making my own decisions, what he doesn’t know won’t hurt him.” and she would definitely keep this secret from him for his sake and hers. “elias—”
“stack.” he interrupts to correct her.
“elias,” she says, unmoored by his correction. he gives her a look but listens as she continued. “i’m not talking to you because i’m trying to prove something to my dad or anyone else here.”
“then why are you?”
“because i want to.” she exasperates, frowning slightly. “why is that so hard for you to believe?”
“because you don’t know what you’re gettin’ yourself into,” elias retorts through a forewarning tone that sounded all too familiar of her family and friends who initially warned her away from him. he was right, aside from the fictionalized information that she got through old cw shows she used to frequently watch, she didn’t understand the depth and complications that came along with being a vampire. but her interest in elias made her want to know more — she wanted the truth and all its ugliness.
“then show me.”
elias stack moore had a tarnished reputation way before he got bit and transformed into a vampire. albeit he was the more level headed of the two, the smoke-stack twins were well known for their violent behavior and short fused tempers. their involvement with the notorious al capone and then stack becoming involved in a near ritualistic slaughter hadn’t done anything to ease anyone’s perception of him. his reputation expanded over the near century with people reciting tales of his life; often times dramatizing it completely.
but regardless of the half-truths or stack’s solemn search for penance — he still remained feared to the point where people would refrain from staying outside at night too long just to avoid him. he kept mostly to himself, only indulging in his sexual needs with a few other vampires that lived amongst the town. if he did leave his house, he made sure it was brief just to avoid any inadvertent run in’s.
he knew he was feared and had stories told about him that would give kids nightmares. but she was surprisingly the only one that didn’t tremble in fear when she saw him or tightly clutch her cross necklace and recite scripture from the bible in hopes it would protect them and keep him away like everyone else did. instead of running she gravitated towards him; accepting and intrigued by him in a way he hadn’t felt before.
he was wary at first of getting close to her.
she had a reputation as the preacher’s sweet and innocent daughter. he could only imagine the outcry that would erupt if anyone were to find out that she had been talking to him. but cleo insisted that she didn’t care and expressed interest in wanting to see/know him — all of him. so he invited her to his house.
she came over at work — still dressed in those tight jeans and that cropped shirt that accentuated her lithe physique — all wide eyed and innocent and fucking gorgeous.
as soon as she stepped over the threshold and inside, he felt something shift in the air as he realized that she was the first girl he’d ever invited into his house. he watches her as she looks around spectatingly, crouching over a bit with her hands on her knees to look at the display of photos that he had. “your brother?” she asks rhetorically as she looked at the candid black-and-white photograph that he had of him and smoke taken years back during the time of their youth.
stack nods tersely, pursing his lips in a moue.
and he’s grateful that she notices his reluctance and doesn’t prod any further because even though it’s been over a century since his brother’s death, it was still hurt carrying him around in his memories.
it’s stack who segues the conversation, now turning the spotlight on her. “you said you wanted me to show you, so what do you wanna know?”
cleo bites her lip in thought. stack’s mind is briefly distracted with how sexy she looks that he doesn’t initially hear her question until she asks it again.
“it took me a while to learn how to do it. i taught myself most of what i know, the guy who turned my ex that turned me didn’t teach me much. but it’s the first thing i taught myself.”
she nods, biting on her lip again as she lowered her eyes in a shy chagrin. “so that night at the bar…when you sniffed me what did you smell?”
“you really wanna know?” she looks up, almost contemplative, but nods. “lust. your hormones were all over the place.” her expression’s caught somewhere between mortification and a grimace. “my hearin’ is heightened too…i can hear your heart beatin’ fast as hell. you nervous?”
at her nod, he posits. “cause of me? why do i make you nervous?” he takes a preemptive step towards her, closing the distance between them. he hears her pulse quicken. smells the saltiness of sweat underneath the floral saccharine of her perfume.
she doesn’t respond, only looks at him underneath her lashes. “what else do want me to show you, cleo?” her breath hitches, eyes flit from his lips back up to his eyes in a quick maneuver. her heart beats louder and the smell of her arousal is so thick that he can almost taste it on his tongue. he inhales her scent; feeling his own arousal mix with hers.
he sees her throat stretch as she swallows.
it’s almost feral how he bares an arm around her waist and tugged her body closer to his. she gasps a bit at his onslaught — startled by the abruptness of his movements, but she’s immediately relaxing into his embrace the moment he brushes his mouth against hers. he kisses her with a ravenous vigor, sliding his tongue over the cupping of her lower lip as a terse plea for entry. she whimpers before she succumbs to his prowess, slacking her jaw wider as he intertwined their tongues.
his kisses are bruising and greedy to the point where he steals all the air that was in her lungs. it’s a slip of tongues and a crash of teeth messily colliding, through guttural groans and breathy whimpers. stack’s arms tighten their hold around her before lowering to her ass. he squeezes her through her jeans before giving it a firm smack; smirking at the way it ricocheted. he gives it another hard squeeze as his mouth nipped at the exposed flesh of her neck. “tell me what you want,” he rasps; gruff and throaty, his breath hot against her skin.
his lips pucker as he nipped at her skin; sucking deep, purple love-bites all over. (and it feels so good that she doesn’t even care that she’ll have to cover up the evidence of his markings with makeup to hide from her father and naomi.) she grips the back of his head, holding him against her as she fluttered her lashes and indulged in the pleasure.
“this,” she whispered, voice shaky, body trembling with an intense want. he groans against her neck; alternating between nipping and sucking. and he gets too into it because she hears a low sound that mimics a growl and feels the sharpness of his fangs grazing her clavicle. she gasps, taken back and he’s immediately recoiling — looking up at her with his swollen lips and lidded eyes.
“fuck. i-i’m sorry, i didn’t mean—sometimes when i get too excited it happens. but i wasn’t trying to…” he’s panicking, careening apologies to her. but she’s sliding her mouth over his and kissing him deeply with fervor.
“it’s okay,” she whispers, still pecking at his lips.
stack furrows his brow, “yeah?”
“just don’t bite too hard.”
he nods, lightly grazing his teeth into the softness of her flesh. he nibbles at her neck with the tip of his bared fangs biting deliciously into her skin. the pain is sharp but still pleasurable enough to have her eyes rolling to the back of her head. his hands make their way to the front of her body, sliding over her abdomen and hovering at the waistband of her jeans. she breathes softly through her parted lips, emanating a whimper when he bites into her lower lip. “you smell so fuckin’ good,” he murmurs, reaching his hands between the crux of her thighs and sliding his thumb over her slit — passing the pleasure over the seam of her jeans.
her underwear suddenly becomes sticky with her arousal and knowing that he could smell it on her was sending her over the edge. she feels this incessant pleasure building; coiling in her stomach and spreading through the heat of the place where she desired him the most. “can i taste you?” at her consenting nod, he maneuvers them towards the couch and eases her down onto the cushion.
he pries their wet lips apart with a ‘smack’, a string of saliva draws at their disconnection. she holds the smother head of his gaze, watching as he lowers to his knees. “lift your hips up for me,” he murmurs, already working at the buttons and zippers of her pants that loosen around her hips.
she concedes, arching her hips off of the couch just enough so that stack’s hands are able to tug the tight fitted fabric over her hips and down her thighs. “look at you,” he says; marveling at the sight of her arousal. the dark spot is visible against her pink underwear — soddening through the fabric. “already so wet and ready for me.” he kisses the inside of her thighs, nudging the bridge of his nose against her cunt.
she shivers through a moan, it’s just the barest of contact but she’s hypersensitive to his touch. his deft fingers pull at her ruined underwear, sliding them down her legs and absentmindedly throwing them aside so that she’s sat completely bare in front of him.
her cheeks warm at her vulnerability.
stack’s hand brushes against her calf as he gripped her leg and hefted it easily over his left shoulder. his eyes hone in on her cunt as she spreads open; staring in awe at the slick that’s gathered between her folds. he grabs at her other leg, barring it around his right shoulder until he’s got a perfect position of her cunt displayed in front of him.
cleo arches her hips slightly, holding herself upright as she rests the palms of her hand against the cushions. her heartbeat quickens at the desire that grows, palpable and thick in its emerging, sending another jolting throb directly into her cunt. she could feel the wisps of his breath as he leaned in. he brushes a teasing kiss against her thigh, humming softly at the way she shivers in response.
he nudged himself closer towards her cunt; pressing soft kisses against her skin in passing before he finally reaches the place where he could smell the the evidence of her want. he presses a kiss against it and she shudders, feeling the tension roll down her spine and curl into her toes. she doesn’t even have a moment to gather her bearings, because then he’s flattening his tongue and licking her up from the back of her perineum to her clitoris. “oh—fuck. s-stack,” she bellows a soft cry of pleasure, her hands grip into the couch to seek purchase.
and when he reaches the over sensitive bud, he puckers his swollen lips and sucks her into his mouth; skillfully using his tongue to massage her clit. she feels the texture of his tongue stimulating her clit, sending an overwhelming wave of pleasure burning through the crevices of her body. her breath catches in her throat and she’s shivering so hard that stack has to pull his mouth away to remind her to breathe.
she nods numbly, blinking through the fogginess of her vision. she parts her lips and exhaled shakily; attempting to lull her breathing. “grind your hips against my face,” she whimpers, reaching a hand up to hold the back of his neck to anchor herself as she slowly rolled her hips against his face.
“ohmygo—” the added pressure of his nose and tongue assaulting her clit has her dizzy. his hands grip her hips, fingers dig into the meat of her thighs holding her against him.
he makes his way up her vulva; pausing right before he reached her clit and increased the pressure so that the base of his tongue was forced slightly under her clit. he slows his movements, unrelentingly in his ravenous feat as he holds the pressure there. she grinds against him again, shaky, still trembling through her movements as she buried his face deeper into her cunt.
she could hear the lewd stickiness of her slick as he licked up her pussy; could see it glistening over his face — a messy mixture of her arousal and his saliva dripping down his chin. she’s already shaking towards her release but then he grazes his fangs softly against her clit and she’s suddenly bellowing out cries of pleasure as she cums.
she pulsates around his tongue, the tension tugs in her lower belly. he slides his thumb through her slickness, watching as she haphazardly falls backwards against the couch cowering away from the overstimulation. stack pulls away, lapping his tongue around his mouth as he licked up the remnants of her slick. “you okay?” he asked through a rasped breath, watching as she laid there in a dazed stupor.
she nods, just barely, feeling the heaviness of her breathing begin to lull. cleo never thought that someone as smart as her would be drawn into the temptation from a vampire, but here she was — with her cunt still throbbing around nothing, legs and body completely spent, eyes looking at his face that’s covered in her juices, and it entices her.
and it’s then that she realizes that she was totally and completely fucked. he’d warned her that she didn’t know what she would be getting herself into if she became involved with him but with the way he ate her pussy out so good and had her wanting more, cleo realized that she was willing to test the boundaries of her restraint.
cleo didn’t like lying, she’s always prided herself about being a truthful person regardless of the repercussions that could follow. she didn’t like people lying to her so in return, she treated everyone with the same decency of respect and remained truthful about everything. it’s not until she starts dating stack that lying easily becomes integrated into her life.
she goes to church with her father every sunday, sits in the front pew and listens as he recites sermons and scriptures about demons and evils that plagued the world. it guilted her knowing that he was wistfully unaware of the fact that she was bedding with someone he referred to as one of the demons that walked amongst them, but the way he made her feel was better than anything she’s ever experienced before.
so she keeps the secret buried deeply, and listens halfheartedly at his preachings as she finds her mind wandering on stack again. it’s easier to hide behind her fib with her father, but naomi’s naturally pestering curiosity always gets the better of her and a simple response of “i already have something planned.” does not offer enough of a rational explanation for her.
“you’ve been acting weird these past few weeks…” she acknowledges with a skeptical brow and pursed lips. she narrows her gaze in on cleo who desperately hopes that she doesn’t look too hard enough to see the hickies stack sucked on her shoulder and breast the other night. “you’re here during the day, but always sneak out to go somewhere at night like you’re meeting someone,” she accents, her perception’s dangerously close to discovering cleo’s secret.
“i’m not.” the lie falls disbelieving to both of their ears. naomi gives her a narrowed look, tilting her head. she bites on her lip in contemplation, sighing softly as she concedes. “okay! but you can’t say anything to anyone especially not my dad.”
naomi gives her a bemused look but nods.
“i might be seeing someone,” cleo murmurs, averting her eyes to naomi to see her eyebrows raise. “i am seeing someone. but don’t ask who! because i’m not going to tell you who it is. i’m only telling you this because i know you wouldn’t stop hounding me if i didn’t.”
naomi stands there quiet, considering her words. “is he married?”
“what!?” cleo beseeches, frowning at her friend’s absurd accusation. “girl, no! i am not a fucking homewrecker!”
“hey, it’s a fair assumption!” naomi rebuttals, raising her hands in the air at her defense. “you’re being sneaky and sleeping over at his place at night… it made me think that you only go over there because that’s the only time that you’re allowed to.”
“no. i’m not fucking a married man.” cleo states. she continued to stuff her clothes in her overnight bag, avid to get to stack’s place. she could feel naomi’s he eyes still piercing through her, curiosity sits on her tongue wanting to inquire further about the guy’s identity. but she thankfully relents, only giving cleo a hum of acknowledgment when she grabs her bag and clamors a parting bye as she walks out.
when she arrives at his house, she’s greeted with a smile and kiss, his arm wraps around her waist as she melts softly into the embrace. he maneuvers her bag from her hands, allowing to to fall absentmindedly to the floor with a loud thud. his hands are groping her everywhere; sliding over her ass, squeezing her titties, palming her cunt through the flimsy pair of leggings that she wore. it’s almost feral how both of their bodies aligned with the same wanton desire.
she loves how the outside world becomes a distant memory for them as they remain secluded in the privacy of his house with no worries of interruption or ridicule waiting. “if you had any common sense you’d stay away from him,” had been a warning, but she found herself gravitating towards him despite their attempts of deterrence. and she had no intentions of letting go of this feeling or him.

the ride from atlanta to mississippi was long, too long for how quiet the car had gotten. even with the air conditioner running, the air felt heavy. your baby boy was asleep in the backseat, pacifier slack in his mouth, and his black curls stuck to his forehead from the heat. you had one hand on the steering wheel, fingers tapping in a rhythm to calm your nerves.
the road stretched on forever in front of you, with the GPS voice muted after the fifth "continue straight". your man, dominique sat in the passenger seat mindlessly scrolling through his phone, thumb moving fast like he was tryna distract himself. he had been feeling a type of way since you told him about today’s plans. you caught the look he gave you ten minutes ago, fake mean mugging you with his whole face turned up. full of questions he ain’t bold enough to ask outright.
the tension was cut when he asked, “why couldn’t we just stay in atlanta?” voice laced with too much attitude. “could’ve saved us this whole damn trip.” you sighed, you knew this was coming and could feel yourself getting irritated because he already knew the answer. “because his momma throwing a father’s day cookout. it’s his first one and it’s good for my baby to be round family.”
dominque rolled his eyes while shaking his head. “family? tuh. ain’t none of them came around since he was born, but now they wanna go all out. throwin cookouts ‘n shit.” he tried to mutter under his breath, but you still heard him.
you gripped the steering wheel tighter, eyes still focusing on the rode. “this ain’t about you dominque. i told you that before we even left.” out of your peripheral vision you could see him put the phone down and turn his body in the seat to focus in on you. “you right, it’s not about me.” his voice raised, “but let’s keep it a buck cause its damn sure ain’t just about your son either. you could’ve dropped him off and turned around.” you shot him a look, because now he was doing too much. “don’t start.”
his voice came out sharp, bitter. feeling like he could finally get everything off his chest, like your son wasn’t sleep, but he didn’t care. the words had been sittin on his tongue too long, and now they were spillin whether you liked it or not. “i’m not starting shit”, he snapped. “i’m just saying, look how you dressed. that thin ass sundress, hair done up, wearing jewelry i fasho ain’t get you.” his lip curled as he looked you up and down, voice dropping low, more insult than question now. “this all for me or him?”
his fingers tapped against his fake amiri jeans, eyes still on you, waiting for an answer he assumed he knew. you cut your eyes at him. the way he was acting? like he ain’t realize who he was talking to. like he forgot you had a whole baby in the backseat. “stop raising your voice like you ain’t got no sense”, you snapped. “my son is sleep, and i’m not about to keep going back and forth with you over bullshit.”
he tried to open his mouth, to defend himself, but you kept going. “i’m the mother of elias’ child. i’m gon show up put together regardless. you expect me to pull up lookin like some bag lady in front of his entire family?” the silence was evident after that. you heard him huffing and puffing clearly bothered by what you said.
then came his bitter laugh. he shook his head, staring out the window like he couldn’t believe what he was hearin, “you still call that nigga elias.” he was quiet for good after that, but the disrespect was loud. voice full of resentment and something else y’all both didn’t want to admit to.
this was one of those times you were lucky your baby couldn’t talk yet. if he did, he would of been running to his daddy about what dominique said and you were trying to get them to have a cordial relationship. unfortunately it wasn’t working.
the silence felt suffocating and pushed against your temple like a headache. with dominque’s resentment weighing heavily on you, each mile seemed to go on forever. you decided to pull over when you noticed a faded green symbol for a gas station up ahead. you flicked the turn signal, “i’m pulling over.” your voice was low, you hated arguing because it always drained you mentally. “tank low and i need a minute.” dominque didn’t say nothing, giving you the silent treatment.
you shifted into park, pulled up next to the pump, and released a breath you weren't even aware you were holding. the long drive caused your sundress to stick slightly to the back of your thighs as you climbed out slowly. you went to the rear of your car, swiped your card, and began filling up the tank.
the voice in the back of your head criticized dominque for not getting out to pump your gas. “elias would of did it, argument or not”, you thought. you shook them thoughts away because it was nothing you could do, ya’ll weren’t together anymore. you peaked into the back seat, as the gas nozzle stayed where it was at. inside the car, your son was still sleeping peacefully. completely unbothered by the mess unfolding around him. which he got from his daddy, they both could sleep through anything.
you glanced at your reflection in the car window — lips still glossy, no smudge in your makeup, hoops glinting, and your ass looked fat in this sundress. you fixed the placement of some of the bracelets around your wrist, the ones elias got you, by the way. you looked good and that’s what had him pressed.
from the passenger seat, dominique finally stepped out. stretching like the whole ride wore him out and he wasn’t behind the drivers seat once. he leaned against the car, arms folded across his chest, watching you. “you always gotta make shit harder than it gotta be, don’t you?” he mumbled. you didn’t even glance at him.
“and you always got somethin to say when you feel like you ain’t bein prioritized. ain’t nobody tryin to make you feel small, dominque. but today ain’t about you.” he sucked his teeth, pushed off the car and came stalking towards you. “nah it’s never about me. it’s always elias this, elias that. like he somebody for real. whole time he couldn’t even keep his family together.”
“you got it dominique.” and it was left at that. you weren’t gonna argue in public with a man who couldn’t handle you doin right by your child. you just needed to hurry up and get this over with. drop of your son, play cordial, make you a few plates, and leave before elias reminded you why he was the hardest man to walk away from in the first place.
─────────
after another thirty minutes, you finally made it to elias’ momma house. it took you a minute to find parking since cars was packed in the front of the house and the neighbors. you eased your car into a tight spot across the street from them. “come on”, you muttered hopping out the car.
the air smelt like smoke ribs, burnt ends, and sweet bbq sauce — a classic mississippi summer. your baby started to stir as you lifted him gently from his car seat, resting him against your hip. you didn’t pay dominque any mind, as you made your way to the back of the house. the moore house was vibrant — music loudly playing, uncles loud off liquor while playing spades, elijah was on the grill, kids ran through the grass barefoot with melting popsicles. elias’ momma was setting out foil pans on a fold-up table with her hands on her hips.
as you walked closer, your feet became slightly heavier. every step felt loud and all eyes on you, like everybody at the damn cookout paused just to see who the hell you brought with you. relatives of stack approached you, saying their hellos and cooed at your son. all you could do was give them half smiles in return.
because your attention was focused on him, your babydaddy. he hadn’t noticed you yet, which was a relief at the moment. lazily leaned back in a folding chair with his legs spread wide and elbows rested on his knees. he looked good, too good. stack had his go-to black durag tied tight around his head, white tank clinging to his muscles, gold chain glinting in the sun, and his grills lightly shined when he smirked at something his cousin said. he was having a good time, sipping on his favorite drink — hennessy in a red cup.
all that shifted when one of his messy ass aunties pointed you out in the crowd. “there go your baby mama, eli,” she said, smirkin over her plate of ribs. “ain’t that her right there in that lil pink dress?” he glanced up and just like that, all the playfulness dropped clean off his face.
his shoulders squared up and the relax lean he had in the chair turned into a full sit-up. flexed jaw. eyes narrowed. mean mugging. the moment he clocked the man next to you, his smile vanished, and the gold on his tooth stopped flashing. his eyes moved very slowly, taking you all in, from the bouncing curls on your shoulder to your glossy lips to his little man on your hip.
and the lame ass nigga next to you.
elias’ lips parted just slightly, but he ain’t say nothing. not yet. he just stared.
you felt it, that familiar look he gave you. the one he gave you back when you used to test his patience just to see how far he’d go. heat began to crawl up your neck, not from embarrassment, but knowing you fucked up. he was trying to keep it cute in front of his people, but stack wasn’t a level headed nigga. no, that was smoke. smoke was the calmer twin, the one you could reason with. and when he looked over at his brother across the yard and gave him that sharp nod. saying all the words he needed with his eyes —“if something pop off, be ready”. you already knew what it meant. you and dominique was beyond saving.
you gripped your son tighter, adjusting him on your hip and forced a smile towards elias’ momma who pulled you into a one-armed hug. “hey baby”, she greeted. “look at my grand baby, ain’t he getting big?” you nodded, voice light. “yes ma’am. growing too fast for my liking.”
she gave dominique a simple “hi”, but didn’t say his name. just looked him up and down real quick, then turned her attention back to the food table like she was tryna keep the peace.
peace was thrown out the window when you showed up with another man. stack was looking at you like you personally betrayed him. he rose slowly, as though tension tightened every bone in his body. the red cup hung loose in his fingers, but his whole frame said anything but relaxed.
one of his cousins who already peeped game, leaned over to try and stop him. “aye stack, chill.” but he wasn’t hearing none of that. nobody understood how he was feeling, that was his babymomma at the end of the day.
not just some random bitch he used to mess with. you were his, his headache, his soft spot, his unfinished business. and he would do anything to get his family back. he was already walking toward y’all, straight through the crowd, eyes locked on you. nothing about his body language gave soft or calm.
he made his way across the yard, cutting through chairs and coolers like the crowd wasn’t even there. like his whole family wasn’t lowkey staring, forks frozen mid-air, watching how this was about to play out.
dominque was right next to you, standing tall like he had something to prove. arms crossed over his chest, chin up like he was ready for whatever. stack’s eyes didn’t leave yours once. not even when he got close enough for you to smell the henny and versace cologne on him.
when he finally spoke, it was low and grumbled, like he was trying real hard not to raise his voice “this what we on now?” you didn’t answer right away. you couldn’t. because in reality, this was a terrible idea. there was a familiar sting in the back of your throat. the one you got whenever stack looked at you like this, like he knew you better than you knew yourself. as if he was waiting on you to say something dumb so he could call your bluff.
you shifted your son on your hip and shaked your head. "let’s not do this here, elias." he licked his bottom lip, head tilted slightly. still looking at you, taking you in like you owed him something. “nah we gon do this right here, in front of everybody.” he turned slightly towards dominique, just enough to size him up. “you the new nigga?”, stack asked straight up, grill flashing just a little — a crazed smile forming on his face.
dominque puffed his chest out, “yeah i’m with her. problem?” stack laughed, a serious laugh like what he said was funny to him. “you with her. that’s cute.” and like a switch he turned back towards you, looking dead in your face, expression wiped of every bit of playfulness. “you really brought this clown to my mama house? on father's day? with my son?"
your heart sank, because now whatever jealousy you were trying to get him to feel was biting you in the ass. “elias please—”, he snapped cutting you off. “you knew what you was doing. came all this way looking good and smelling sweet. ‘n had the nerve this bring this lame ass nigga, like i wasn’t gon say something.”
dominque stepped forward a little, trying to come to your defense. “she not doing shit. you mad emotional because she chose me, nigga get over it.” and had the nerve to laugh in his face. it was silent for a moment, stack had to process the straight bullshit he fixed him mouth to say. he stale faced him, voice oddly calm. “nah, she settlin. you the in-between. the lil nigga holding her bag while she waitin for me to remind her who the fuck she belong to.”
you bit your lip hard, head turned away as you gently patted your baby’s back — trying to soothe him, and yourself. you unfortunately knew what was coming next. dominique stepped towards stack, clearly not used to somebody pushing back. “man, i’m not scared of you. you just mad she don’t want your toxic ass no more-”. before he could finish his sentence, stack’s fist came up fast, clean, and cracked him dead in the mouth.
dominique stumbled back hard, hand flying to his lip that was already pouring blood in his hand. stack ain’t even flinch. just stood over him, eyes dark, jaw clenched, chest rising slow. “talk that shit again nigga,” he growled. “i dare you.” you stepped between them fast, voice loud. “alright that’s enough! both of yall need to stop.”
stack’s eyes flickered towards yours, and his gaze softened. he looked at your son, now whimpering soft against your shoulder and his whole face shifted. the anger inside him subsided at that moment. for a second, it was just you, him, and the baby.
and then, of course dominque had to ruin it. “you really gon let him disrespect me like that? you gon stand there and let this nigga think he can put hands on me?” you turned your head slowly. looked at him with nothing but exhaustion in your face. “you shouldn’t’ve said shit,” you muttered.
then you looked at stack again. he was still breathing heavy, still tense, but his eyes were on you now. not dominique. just you. “you comin with me,” he said, voice low, thick in a way that made your knees feel weak. “wait—” he stepped in close, barely touching you but still taking up all your space. “let me word it differently for you, bring yo ass inside.”
you looked back at dominque. his lip was busted. and he was scared to even look stack’s way. you couldn’t even feel bad. not really. you gently handed your baby over to stack’s mama, and she just took him with a sigh and shake of her head.
with your son safely out your hands, he reached and grabbed your wrist. and you let him, didn’t even fight it. he pulled you into his momma house like he paid mortgage himself. the screen door slammed behind y’all, and the second y’all hit the hallway, his hand was on your ass, gripping hard.
“you out your fuckin mind”, he snarled against your neck, lips dragging over your skin. “comin here looking pretty as fuck, smelling good. knowing i ain’t touched you in months.” you gasped, moaning softly when he bit your shoulder, rough teeth dragging over the dip of it before he licked the sting away. the grip he had on your hip got even tighter. you could feel how mad he was. his dick was pressed up against your ass, already hard and heavy through his jeans.
he tugged your sundress up, hand palming your panty covered ass like it was his again. “take yo ass up stairs.” he didn’t have to tell you twice, you practically ran up the stairs, flip flops almost sliding off your feet. you hit the top stair and turned to the first room on the left, his old room — your back hit the edge of the bed right as he stepped through the door.
he slammed the door shut with one hand, not bothering to lock it. stack pounced on you, gripping your throat slightly, just enough to make your breath hitch. he kissed you like he was punishing you for making him wait. tongue in your mouth, lips rough, teeth nipping at yours. his golds cold against your lips, his hands greedy, yanking at your dress like he didn’t care if it ripped. and he didn’t, he’ll buy you a new one.
he slowly peeled the straps of your dress down. you were already bare underneath, no bra, your breasts spilling out and brown nipples already hard. stack’s lips never left yours as he pushed the dress to your waist, palms rough against your back, until he finally pulled away to look.
“god damn”, he muttered, biting the corner of his lip as his thumb brushed across one peaked nipple. “i ain’t seen these titties since you was pregnant. they still mine?” you nodded too fast, chest rising with every breath. his hand came up and slapped your tittie once, not hard, just enough to sting and make your knees buckle a little.
“i said talk, not nod.” “yes—yes, they yours,” you breathed, mouth parted. “always been.” he let out a low chuckle, “i know.” his lips wrapped around one nipple and sucked hard, before doing the same to the other one. now both coated in saliva, he took his two thumbs to brush over your nipples. rolling and tugging on them, just to feel you squirm, to hear the way your moan cracked when it got to be too much.
“fuck i missed the way you sound”, he said while inching toward your neck leaving soft kisses. “you ain’t moan like this for that other nigga huh?”, his voice tickled your ear while one hand was still on your nipples.
“no, fuck no,” you gasped, thighs already rubbing together for friction. “bet he ain’t even know how to suck on these right.” he latched on again, sucking until your back arched, your body begging.
he slid down to his knees, “lay back”, he muttered. “legs up.” you followed quickly. he planted soft kisses on the inside of your thighs. “look at you”, knuckles grazing over your panties. “i can already tell this pussy wet.” you let out a low whine, wishing we would do something, “stack please.”
“i know, i know baby.” he let out a low, knowing grin. his fingers hooked into the sides of your panties, yanking them down your trembling thighs with no patience. slow enough to watch the strings of slick cling to them, but fast enough to remind you he wasn’t in the mood to be soft.
“fuck, look at this pussy”, he murmured, eyes locked between your legs like he was witnessing something sacred. “all this mess? you that fuckin wet for me, huh?” your thighs trembled as the cool air hit your soaked folds, and he held the ruined panties up with a smirk, index finger running through the sticky wetness clinging to the lace. “so sticky, baby. you must’ve missed me real bad.”
you whined when his fingers spread you open. clit on full display and wetness spilling out of your slit. the moment he slid his tongue between your folds, you cried. tongue flat, wide, dragging through your folds with no mercy. he sucked on your clit like he was mad at it. you jerked forward, but he grabbed your hips and pulled you back, eating like a man starved, nose buried, tongue fucking you.
“mmm,” he groaned into your pussy, beard soaked. “you missed this nasty shit, huh?” you could only let out a nod, hands gripping the sheets while your thighs trembled. “missed me suckin on this clit, fuckin you open with my tongue…makin you cum without even puttin dick in you.” “f-fuck, elias—oh my god,” you cried out, back arching.
that tongue was still disrespectful. sloppy, greedy, licking from clit to slit and back again like he missed the taste. he pulled you forward, buried his face deeper, eating like he was trying to drown in it. “i’m about to cum”, you screamed.
he smirked against your pussy, spit and slick dripping down his chin. “there she go.” your orgasm hit hard, too hard, and he didn’t even stop, not while you twitched and cried and begged. when he finally pulled back, you were soaked, thighs sticky, your pussy fluttering around nothing, empty and aching.
he stood, unbuckling his belt with quick hands, pulling his jeans and boxers in one swift motion to free his dick. that familiar fat dick slapped against his stomach, veins thick, tip angry red and leaking. you moaned at the sight. “gimme that dick,” you begged finally, your voice gone, eyes glossy. “elias—baby, please, fuck me.”
“now you remember how to act.” you looked down to see him stroking his dick slow, watching you squirm. “look at you. laid out like a slut. that nigga ever make you beg like this?” you shook your head no. “didn’t fuckin think so.”
“turn around”, he said voice hoarse. you did, planting your palms on the bed, back arched just the way he liked it. he stood behind you, taking a second just to admire. “she so pretty,” he muttered under his breath, rough knuckles brushing over the swell of your ass. “don’t make no sense…”you gasped when you felt him drag his tip through your folds, slow and steady, coating himself with your slick.
the low grunt he let out told you just how good it felt. his tip circled your entrance, teasing. “this my pussy?” he asked, voice a low rasp that scraped down your spine. you nodded your head, trying to push back into him, but he held your hips in place. “nah i need you to say it.” a frustrated, needy whine slipped from your lips. your voice trembled, breath catching in your throat. “yes, eli—”
you couldn’t even finish. he slammed into you with no warning, deep and rough, knocking the air straight out your lungs. your mouth dropped open but no sound came out for a second, just the echo of skin slapping skin and the high-pitched moan that followed once you caught your breath.
“say it again,” he gritted out through clenched teeth, dragging his hips back only to slam forward again. “tell me who this pussy belong to.” “y-you!” you cried out, eyes rolling back as he hit your sweet spot over and over again. “it’s yours elias, it’s yours. i promise.”
your knees were already starting to buckle, the way he gripped the fat of your waist, the stretch of him, it was all too much. your hand reached back instinctively, pushing weakly at his stomach. “eli—slow down,” you whimpered, voice barely a breath. “it’s too much.”
he wasn’t hearing none of that. he caught your wrists and twisted them roughly behind your back, pinning them in one strong hand. “you gon take whatever the fuck i give you.” without breaking rhythm, he lifted one leg up, planting his foot on the edge of the bed. the shift in angle had your spine arching, eyes flying open as the next thrust punched a cry straight from your chest.
he was deeper now, way deeper. dick punching at your g-spot. your face dropped to the mattress, fingers clawing at the sheets. you could barely breathe, and he didn’t let up. just kept digging deeper, rough and steady, the grip he had on your hips making sure you stayed right where he needed you.
“yeah,” he rasped, sweat dripping down his temple. “keep runnin that mouth, now look at you. can’t even talk.” broken moans spilled from you uncontrollably. you was sounding like you were possessed by the dick. repeating his name like a broken record. “sound real obedient now, huh?” his voice turned low, mocking, the gold on his tooth flashing with each groan behind you. “lil mouthy ass always actin like you don’t remember who you belong to.”
he leaned forward then, chest pressing into your back, lips right by your ear. “you do now, though, don’t you?” you nodded desperately, voice gone, body limp except for the way your thighs trembled from being split open and stuffed full.
you started shaking, vision blurry, drool slipping from the corner of your mouth. heat bloomed from your core, spreading through your belly and straight up your spine. your mouth fell open, a soft string of moans tumbling out, breath hitching every time his hips slammed into yours.
your pussy clenched around him on instinct, thighs trembling as you tried to hold yourself up. but you were so close, you could feel it coming. his grip tightened on your waist, pulling you back harder into him. “you about to cum, baby?” he rasped, breath hot on your spine.
you barely managed a nod, a broken, desperate “yes” escaped your throat as he drove into you deeper. “that’s it. cream on my dick”, he growled. “i feel you mama.” your legs gave out completely, collapsing at the weight of your release. the orgasm that hit you was blinding, hips jerking, thighs twitching, body rocking with wave after wave of pleasure as your cries filled the room. you were sure anyone that came into the house would here you, but you didn’t care.
he kept going, fucking you through the aftershocks, letting you ride it all out. “damn, you soaking my shit.” he then flipped you onto your back like you weighed nothing. your legs fell open, lower half completely soaked and mind in the clouds. his body hovered over yours, his face twisted in that look he always got when he was about to nut, jaw clenched and eyes wild.
he lined up again, quick and calculated. one deep thrust and he was buried inside you, both hands sliding beneath your knees, pushing your legs up to your chest. “look at me,” he grunted. “eyes on me while i cum in this pussy.” you could barely breathe, let alone think, but you did, eyes locked on him, lips parted, whispering his name.
“take it”, he snarled. “take all this nut. i’m about to put another baby in you. you want that mama?” you nodded your head fast. “i wanna be a momma again,” you sobbed out, voice breathy and broken, thighs trembling where they clung around his waist. “gimme another baby, elias.” your nails clawed at his back, desperate to hold on to something, anything, while your body shook beneath his. “make me yours again,” you whispered against his lips, eyes glossy, lips swollen. “put one in me so i never forget.”
his strokes got meaner, like he wanted to carve himself into you. like he needed you to feel him even when he wasn’t around. his mouth dropped open, head tilted back, gold glinting as he groaned through his teeth, “okay, mama. i got you.”
his rhythm turned ragged, hips stuttering as he buried himself deep one last time. you felt the pulse of him inside you, warm, thick ropes filling you up, spilling out around his dick. you felt the weight of him collapse onto you, chest pressed to yours, his breath ragged and warm against your collarbone. he whispered low, sweet praise into your ear, words only meant for you. he then eased off you slow, dragging himself out like he hated to leave, his body already missing yours.
he didn’t go far though. just to the other side of the bed, where he leaned against the headboard, chest rising and falling to catch his breath, and dick still standing at attention. his chain rested crooked on his collarbone, catching the light as he reached over on the nightstand to grab one of his pre-rolled blunts, lighting it with a flick of his lighter.
you were curled into the bed, trying to catch your breath. trembling from overstimulation, thighs slick and warm, breath coming in uneven puffs. but when your eyes met his — dark and hooded, full of lust and love, you felt your heart skip a beat. "cmere," he murmured, voice dragging low and thick, smoke slipping between his lips as he stared you down. “we not done girl, come ride this dick.”
you blinked, eyes widened, lips parted in disbelief, and body already reacting before your brain could catch up. his legs were spread, one hand resting lazily on his thigh while the other held his pre-roll near his lips. that smug smirk crept up slow as he mockingly patted his thigh, like it was your permanent seat. “i’m nuttin all in that pussy. ain’t stopping till im shooting blanks”
his dick jumped with the promise of more, still thick and hard, despite busting a nut, slick from both of yall juices. he was making it hard to say no. and you didn’t have the energy to resist him.

admit it. | stack x reader blurb (sinners)
"stack, what happend last night," you paused, fidgeting with your fingernails, "i-it was a mistake."
stack turned his head to you, your meek confession left him furrowing his brow in confusion, but a smirk slowly grew on his face, his grills gleaming. he knew you was lying, your body gave it away. you crossed your arms, looking down at your feet, trying your best not to melt at the spot you stood.
“it wasn’t no damn mistake when you were sittin’ on my face.”
"thats not fair stack, you told me to do that." you argued, you felt your ears heating up. stack chuckled, he always thought you were so cute when you tried to argue. you turned your back to him, not wanting to look at him anymore. you can hear stack hum from afar, followed by the sound of shoes shuffling. you thought stack was leaving, until you felt hands on your shoulders and something against your rump.
fingers laced with golden rings, gently moving stray curls from your face and behind your ear, “but you still liked it.” he whispers, his breath cools your already heated ears. his free hand grabbing onto your waist. your bottom lip disappeared between your teeth, trying not to let out a moan.
"go on, say you liked it."
you slowly shook your head, resisting. you wanted to move but his touch made you froze in your place. all the memories from that night replays in your mind. no man has ever touched you the way he did.
oh stack~
and in your mind, no man ever will.
stack..right there- oh god!
that's it. give it to me pretty girl.
"i liked it." you admitted, feeling stack chuckle vibrating against your ear.
